It is a villa from the beginning of the century but also contemporary as suggested by the pool and furniture lines. Its wide and multiple shaded or sunny terraces with upscale furnishings allow you to enjoy at any time the Var’s climate. The outdoor kitchen and pool house on the ground floor allow you to lunch in the freshness even under hot weather. The pool maintenance is provided daily by a contact person housed in an apartment separated from the house without vis-à-vis with the property. Villa Fiesole is a few minutes (2-3) away of the block where you can launch your boat or jet ski. These can be parked on the property (enclosed) between the villa and the housing of the referent. 4 new bicycles for adults, one for child and bicycle helmets are also available. You can, if you wish, hire others in the city centre a few minutes away by feet. The modern kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances (American fridge, range cooker...), the large living room gives access to a wide terrace overlooking the pool and leading to the garden via an external staircase. On the first floor the master bedroom (with shower and separate toilet) and bedroom with four single beds provide access to a large and sunny terrace. A large bathroom with shower and toilet also occupies this floor. On the second floor: a master suite, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The 4 bedrooms and living room are equipped with televisions.

The villa is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Perfect Holiday for a big family / friends' group

We enjoyed our week at the house very much. Everything was organized perfectly and the house fitted the online description. The location close to the town center and the beaches were just what we had been looking for and the set up of the rooms was very convenient for our group, consisting of two families with each three children. We can definitely recommend the house and would consider renting it again.

Wunderschöne historische Villa mit herrlichem Pool und Garten

Wir (6 Erwachsene & 6 Kinder) hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Fiesole. Die historische Villa von ~1875 ist sehr geräumig, mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, top ausgestatteter Küche, bequeme Betten, toller Terrasse und erfrischendem Pool. Die Gebäudesubstanz ist gut in Schuss, hat aber wie die Einrichtung hier und da ein paar Alterserscheinungen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alles in Cavallaire ist fussläufig erreichbar. Durch den eingewachsenen Garten ist man trotzdem super privat. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter, Hausverwaltung und Nachbarn war immer sehr nett und hilfreich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Semaine à la hauteur de nos attentes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison. Nous étions 9 jeunes adultes et la maison est largement équipée pour accueillir tout le monde. Le cadre est reposant et le voisinage calme. De plus la maison étant très bien située il est facile de se balader sur la côte d'Azur (Saint Tropez par exemple n'est qu'à 30 minutes de voiture). Nous n'avions pas de voiture mais il est possible de se faire livrer les courses, de commander des taxis, et la maison n'est qu'à une dizaine de minutes à pieds du centre ville de Cavalaire. Nous aurions seulement aimé être tenus au courant avant d'arriver du montant de la caution ainsi que des frais de ménage supplémentaires. Merci beaucoup pour cette superbe semaine, nous recommandons cette maison !

Vintage Haus mit schönem Meerblick

Die tollen Bewertungen täuschen! Das Objekt ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus hat zwar einen gewissen Vintage Charme aber die Einrichtung und der Pool sind Austausch-/ Renovierungsbedürftig. Es gibt zwei schöne Doppelzimmer die restlichen Zimmer sind sehr einfach und lieblos. Der Pool hat viele abgesprungene Fliesen und scharfe Kanten nichts für Kinder die toben möchten. Das wäre noch akzeptabel gewesen aber die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter hat die Urlaubslaune getrübt. Wir haben eine Weile vor Anreise noch eine weitere Person per Chat angemeldet und keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Zwei Tage vor Ankunft erreichte uns eine Nachricht wir sollen 2000€ Kaution und weitere 250€ für die Endreinigung bereit halten. Diese Kosten waren im abgeschlossenen Vertrag nicht angegeben und wir sind bei den Wochenpreisen davon ausgegangen, dass die Endreinigung inklusive ist. Wir wurden vor Ort nicht Willkommen geheißen und haben keine Einführung des Hauses bekommen. Die Dame der Agentur hat uns nur den Hauscode zukommen lassen und sich wegen einer Hochzeitsfeier entschuldigt. Für die zusätzliche Person war kein Bett bezogen und keine Handtücher vorhanden. Auch in weiteren Zimmern haben Handtücher gefehlt und waren teilweise so muffig dass wir sie erstmal selbst waschen mussten. Pool und Terrasse waren stakt verschmutzt, der Rasen nicht gemäht. Der Pool wurde statt täglich, wie im Vertrag beschrieben nur einmal mittwochs gereinigt. Auf unsere Nachfrage nach der fehlenden Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern wurde uns nur barsch geantwortet es wären genug für die gebuchten Gäste vorhanden. Das Bett eines Doppelzimmer war überhaupt nicht bezogen ( wir hatten für 6 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder gebucht und noch eine Person nachgemeldet ) Man kann doch nicht einfach davon ausgehen dass es sich “nur” um Paare handelt die sich drei Doppelbetten teilen und zwei Kinder die in einem Vierbettzimmer zusammen übernachten sollten. Zwei Tage später wurden dann doch Handtücher auf dem Fußabstreifer auf den Boden abgelegt. Wir wurden während des Aufenthaltes nicht gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist sondern nur mehrfach darauf hingewiesen dass die Kaution und die Endreinigung noch zu bezahlen wären. Am letzten Tag gab es dann auch noch einen Rohrbruch im Keller der aber noch am selben Abend behoben wurde. Wir würden das Haus nicht nochmals buchen hauptsächlich wegen der unfreundlichen Art, der ungepflegten Außenanlage und der schlechten Kommunikation.

Tolles Haus mit Meerblick

Wir haben das Haus mit 9 Personen bewohnt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut isoliert und großzügig aufgeteilt. Es gibt genug Zimmer für viele Personen und auch im Außenbereich ist alles auf eine hohe Personenzahl abgestimmt. Den Pool konnten wir im April schon nutzen. Caroline hat uns empfangen und die Kommunikation rund um Check-in und Check-out hat super funktioniert. Insgesamt fanden wir die Zeit in der Villa Fiesole super.

Wir haben das Haus wie beschrieben genießen können! Top Lage, Meerblick, toller Pool, komplette Ausstattung! Ein sehr schöner Platz um Urlaub zu machen. Prachtig huis met veel charme

We hebben met onze kinderen en vrienden een zeer leuke week gehad in dit huis. Het huis is ruim en uiterst smaakvol en ligt in een aangename buurt, met winkels en strand op wandelafstand. Airco op de slaapkamers is zeker een pluspunt. De keuken had wat mankementjes, wat we ook aan de huisbewaarster gemeld hebben. Zeker een plek om terug te keren!

Villa mit flair - toller Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit drei Familien in der Villa. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Der Garten ist wunderschön und es gibt verschiedene Ecken zum entspannen. Auf drei Terrassen Ebenen kann man auch mit mehreren Personen ein ruhiges Plätzchen finden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es gibt fünf Schlafzimmer, wobei zwei davon ein eigenes Bad besitzen. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben direkten Zugang zur obersten Sonnenterrasse. Außerdem gibt es noch zwei weitere Bäder. Die Betten fanden wir sehr bequem. Obwohl es an einigen Tagen sehr windig war, konnten wir zum größten Teil draußen sitzen, da der Garten rundum eingewachsen und dadurch windgeschützt ist. Sehr schöner Pool, der im April auch schon genutzt werden konnte, allerdings war das Wasser kalt, was dem Spaß keinen Abbruch tat. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung wurde von Caroline sehr nett durchgeführt. Auch mit der Kautionsabwicklung hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt mit großer Auswahl. Ein schöner Strand ist in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Es gibt in der Nähe einen schönen Küstenwanderweg, von dem aus man eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer hat. Kurz gesagt, alles war perfekt, bis auf das Wetter an einigen Tagen.

Great villa, great location

10 of us (6 adults and 4 children) spent 2 weeks at the villa. We spent most of our time,when relaxing, on the large balcony and ate all our meals out there. There is a BBQ on the balcony. The pool is a good size with great facilities of this ground floor- 2 showers and one toilet. We often showered the children in this shower after swimming. There was also a fridge which gave easy access to cool drinks throughout the day. The villa was in walking distance to the centre and we often walked in. The way in being all down hill with the last 100 meters or so on the way back being quite steep but manageable and there is a free shuttle bus down to the centre and to other local areas. Bikes were provided and my husband and I cycled down most mornings to pick up the croissants and baguettes for the day. This was a lovely way to start the day and we stopped for coffee on route. All bedrooms were a good size with 2 leading on to a balcony with some comfy seating to enjoy the view. Plenty bathrooms. A good equipped kitchen and washing facilities. The town centre had a good choice of restaurants and bars and a nice beach area. The villa is a good base to travel to other areas and we enjoyed trips out to for example, Port Grimaud, Grimaud, Gassin, St Tropez, to name a few. Booking of the villa was easy with good communication from Frederick and having John Pierre on site was reassuring without been at all intrusive. We would highly recommend this villa and the town of Cavalaire Sur Mer for a holiday.

Excellent Holiday Villa

I would highly recommend staying at this villa particularly if you are holidaying with other families. The villa is very spacious with plenty of room for large groups. The home is well maintained- clean, stylish, comfortable and has all the necessities. Beautiful gardens and plenty of shaded areas for when the sun gets a bit much. We had glorious 30 degree weather all week It is around a ten minute walk downhill to the centre of Cavalaire where there are decent bars and a few good restaurants at the Marina. The beach is lovely. Bikes are provided for guests' use as well. There is a helpful caretaker who lives near the villa, but who is not intrusive. The owner is brilliant, answering emails quickly and efficiently. We definitely plan on returning!

Schöne Villa mit vielen Terrassen und Meerblick

Die schöne 'Villa Fiesole', ein altes Anwesen, das teilweise modernisiert ist, eignet sich besonders gut für zwei Familien, da jede eine Etage mit Schlafzimmern und Bädern für sich hat. Die zahlreichen Terrassen, im ersten Geschoss mit Sonnenmuscheln, im Erdgeschoss mit zwei Esstischen zu je sechs Plätzen und Gas-Grill, beide mit Meerblick und nochmals sehr einladenden Plätzen rund um den Pool, sind fabelhaft. Wir hatten eine rundum wunderbare Zeit. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern, mehr Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern und eine etwas intensivere Reinigung.

The perfect holiday

We were 13 people that stayed in Frédéric's villa and it was just wonderful. Frédéric was very helpful before and during our stay, both in giving tips on how to best get to the villa and also for various activities. The on-site guardians Pierre and Caroline were always ready to help with a smile. The house is fully equipped and nothing was lacking. The pool area was a favorite, with lounge chairs for everybody and a nice kitchenette area where you can sit and enjoy a lunch, taking a break from from the sun. Dinner was served outside on the balcony every night, and the Weber grill was used for several BBQs! Cavalaire-sur-mer is conveniently located between Marseille and Nice, with several destinations close by such as St. Tropez, Cannes, Monaco and others. I would definitely recommend Frédéric's wonderful villa to everybody travelling to south France. /Dadi Janusson

Quelle belle semaine nous avons passé! Tout était parfait.Très belle demeure,rien ne manque.Nous étions 6 adultes et 5 enfants, chacun avait son espace.Caroline et Jean Pierre sont très présents en cas de petits soucis mais ils restent très discrets. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation ( 1/4 d'heure à pied pour se rendre au centre ville et au port ). Des vélos sont à disposition ce qui est rare dans les locations. Bref , nous sommes rentrés avec un gros " bourdon " Bravo pour ce paradis.

Perfect family holiday

This was one of our best holidays ever. The description of the house and environs was just right and it really was walking distance into the town. If anything the pictures didn't show how spacious the house was and how well it accommodated two families. There was enough room for people not to feel crowded and everyone had their own space. Although the house was close to town it was in a lovely, peaceful area where you really felt you were on holiday. The swimming pool was a very good size and well maintained by the delightful caretaker, who was always available but never intrusive. I would most definitely recommend this delightful and lovely villa, although hesitate to do so as it would be great to keep it a secret! Cavalaire sur Mer is a town with a good personality - it really does have a heartbeat and there is something for everyone from the youngest member of the family to the oldest (including teenagers!). For a family holiday it was a perfect spot.

Vacances de rève

Un merveilleux séjour passé dans cette location haut de gamme, au delà de nos espérances. La villa est spacieuse et très bien équipée, le jardin soigné, très bien arboré et surtout très reposant. La mise à disposition de vélos, d’une table de ping-pong, de boules et même d’une planche de paddle pour se balader à la rame le long du rivage complètent cette prestation qui nous a tous ravi.
