This charming villa was renovated in 2012. It is fully equipped, including WiFi. It is located right above the Mormoiron village with all facilities, 5min walk. Nice view on the Ventoux and the surroundings hills.

The house has 4 bedrooms:1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom (shower, sink, WC); 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds; 1 bedroom with bunk bed. 1 large additional bathroom with bath, WC, sink. 1 separated WC. Open kitchen on dining room, direct access to terrace with built-in BBQ. Living room with TV and piano.

There are several terraces, protected from the wind. Therefore it is possible to eat outside at any season.

The swimming pool is 4m x 8m and is heated (28°C) with floating alarm. The swimming pool is open from May to September.

Several bikes can be stored in the big washing. Private parking. Quiet dead-end street.

Zeer aangenaam vrijstaand huis met mooi zwembad.

Prima. Huis is tiptop in orde. Woonkamer beneden in kelder, via slaapkamer te bereiken. Maar geen gebruik van gemaakt i.v.m. prachtig weer. Mooi ruim zwembad. Fijne overkapping met schaduw bij buitenterras. Enige minpunt : geen airco in slaapkamer / huis. Met 35 graden overdag en 20 graden ‘s nachts toch wel een minpunt.

Oude villa met charme.

Heel gezellig huis! Heel goed uitgerust. Zelfs zodanig veel dat er weinig plek was voor eigen gerief. Bij mooi weer kon je de Mont Ventoux zien. Het zwembad was reeds verwarmd.

Belle maison avec un bel espace extérieur

Belle maison avec une belle piscine où vous pourrez vous détendre sur les transats, à l’ombre d’un arbre. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Les lits sont bon et les moustiquaires dans les chambres c’est nickel. On peut acheter le pain chez l’ utile Express, 5 min à pied de la maison. Ou à la boulangère Sucre et Farine, 16 min à pied ou 5 min en voiture. Si je dois mentionner un point d’attention, ce serait que la porte de troisième chambre est un peu coincée. Mais c’est d’une importance secondaire.

Excellent séjour

Nous venons de passer un très agréable séjour dans cette maison, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée jusque dans les petits détails (épicerie, bibliothèque etc.). Les terrasses ombragées ont été particulièrement appréciées. La maison est parfaitement située pour visiter cette belle région, tout en se trouvant au calme. Un grand merci à Murielle qui s'est très gentiment adaptée à nos heures d'arrivée et de départ. A recommander sans aucune réserve pour des vacances réussies.

Fantastische week gehad

Fijn huis in prachtige omgeving met uitzicht op de Mont Ventoux. Aangename besloten tuin met prima zwembad. Woonkamer in souterrain, niet praktisch, maar prima woonkeuken met grote tafel. Heel fijn dat basisbehoeftes als peper, zout en specerijen voor het bereiden van de maaltijden er al standaard zijn. Ook nog perfect voorjaarsweer: kortom perfect voor ons.

Bon sejour mais quelques regrets

Cette maison n’est absolument pas faite pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Il s’agit d’un faux plein pied. Le séjour n’est en fait pas au niveau de la maison mais est accessible par un escalier en colimasson très étroit qui se situe dans une des chambres et se trouve à l’autre bout de la maison en sous sol. Nous n’y sommes pas allés de la semaine

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans votre villa dans laquelle nous sous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous avons apprécié son équipement complet et de qualité (cuisine et literie), l'environnement très agréable : jardin calme (bien clôturé pour nos deux chats) avec des parties ombragées et une piscine bien ensoleillée. La maison est restée fraiche lors des jours de grosse chaleur, en maintenant les volets rabattus en journée. La piscine a été bienvenue aussi et très utilisée. Les trois générations ont particulièrement apprécié votre maison et son bel environnement avec des balades variées dans toutes les directions entre vignes, lavande, forêts et villages perchés. Nous vous remercions pour la qualité de nos échanges avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Les personnes qui nous ont accueillis sont agréables et très professionnels de même que le pisciniste. Pour passer un excellent séjour ...

Très belle maison avec une vue dégagée, notamment sur le mont ventoux! Très bien située par rapport au centre du village, elle nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour entre piscine, ballade dans le village, visite de la région, ascension à vélo du mont ventoux, et farniente au son des cigales... nous avons plus profiter de l extérieur de la maison mais cette dernière est très bien équipée . La maison est très bien équipée, à quelques minutes à pied du centre du village, au calme et sans vis-à-vis. Très bien située également pour réaliser de belles visites dans de charmants villages et des sites remarquables (Mont Ventoux, Vaison la Romaine, Fontaine de Vaucluse,...). Comfortable house with lovely garden and pool, well situated in a quiet cul de sac in Mormoiron.

Great welcome from Laurence and Patrice. The house is well equipped, with 3 good sized double bedrooms and bunk beds in a 4th. Mormoiron is a quiet but pretty village with bar, boulangerie and epicerie.

Excellent séjour, habitation très agréable, très propre, bien aménagée et fournie en matériel divers (ustensiles de cuisines, installation audio pour connecter une tablette ou téléphone et profiter de musique en journée, bonnne connexion wi-fi, jeux de société, jeux d'extérieur...). Environnement extérieur calme, clôturé et sans vis-à-vi. Belle piscine chauffée et bien exposée (malgré quelques soucis techniques durant deux jours). Proche de beaux sites touristiques et vignobles à visiter. À recommander sans soucis.

The villa exceeded my expectations!

We had an amazing stay at the villa in Mormoiron! It was the perfect place for us to stay during all the festivities of a friend's wedding. We were able to explore the nearby villages and enjoy everything the area has to offer! The wood burning barbecue stove was an unexpected perk. Prachtig huis, tuin en zwembad

We (vier volwassenen en vier kinderen) hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Eerste dagen prachtig en warm weer, daarna iets minder. Water van zwembad was fris, maar voor onze kinderen geen probleem..... Ontvangst in huis was zeer gastvrij. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie kachel die het ook prima deed. Slaapkamers waren ook ok. Veel buiten geweest alwaar een heerlijke tuin met prima open haard c.q. BBQ. Zwembad was top. Heerlijke ligbedden en stoelen De omgeving is schitterend met historische dorpen en schitterende markten. En natuurlijk de imposante Mont Ventoux. Kortom een heerlijke week vakantie. Séjour d'une semaine (2 adultes, 2 enfants et notre border collie). Le propriétaire est très réactif et attentif à ses locataires. Merci à la personne chargée de l'accueil pour sa disponibilité et son efficacité. La maison - conforme aux photos - est propre et fonctionnelle. La vue sur le mont ventoux est superbe, la piscine très agréable (aucun vis à vis). Le jardin entièrement clos nous permis de passer nos vacances avec notre chien. Nous recommandons cette location.

it is a great place- very cosy, clean, well equiped and a great style. you have a great view into the countryside but still close enough to get fresh croisants in the morning from the bakery:)) we came back year after year!
