Great location! Comfortable, 1-story brick ranch house (and partial basement) available for MASTERS rental. House details include: 3 Bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin (loft bed) and 1 twin fold-out), 2 full baths, kitchen, living room, den, dining room, and breakfast bar. Basement includes a media room and washer/dryer. Amenities include a private fenced-in backyard, deck, gas grill, wireless network, and carport. No pets are allowed, and smoking outside only. Maid service is available upon request. From our house, it is 0.7 of a mile to one of the two main entrances. Two grocery stores are within 1 - 2 miles along with many wonderful restaurants! My husband and I moved here from Atlanta with our daughter over 10 years ago for that smaller city feel. The proximity to Augusta National did not enter our minds when we made the purchase, but we are glad that it worked out! The first few years we stayed in town - even when we did not attend the tournament, you could not help but to feel the excitement! It was so neat to walk out onto the deck and hear the roar of the crowd from the back nine. Anyway, we rented our home the last five years with the same company, but finally had to decline because we could no longer be out of our home for such a long period of time (11 days!!). Having such good experiences with VRBO, we decided to give it a whirl! If you are new to Augusta, where ever you rent, please take the opportunity to find out as much as you can about our city because it has a lot to offer. We are becoming more than just a golfing destination! Enjoy ~ :)

It is so close to the Augusta National golf course! You will find a lot of other fellow renters in the neighborhood.
This is IDEAL lodging for a Masters trip. You can see from the map that it’s nearly next door to the course AND within the same neighborhood – which allowed us to avoid getting into traffic during our entire stay, while still providing easy access to both the course and several dining options.
We could have easily walked to the course, but (fearing weary legs at day’s end) opted to drive to the parking area. Both the drive to/from the course were painless and shockingly traffic free. In fact, on the drive back to the house, I’m not sure we ever came to a complete stop once we put the car in gear.
The house itself is immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable. And the owner could not have been more gracious or accommodating.
If we are ever fortunate enough to again score tickets, we will absolutely look to return.
Access to the Augusta canal towpath is within a few minutes of our house, which offers biking, running, and casual walks. Please take the opportunity to also visit the Augusta Canal Authority, which is located downtown off of Greene Street.
