Newly Renovated Sapphire Beach Studio w/Balcony & Spectacular Ocean View

Thank you for looking at our newly constructed Studio Condo in St. Kitts Building. After Hurricanes Irma and Maria in September of 2017, the entire building was completely gutted and rebuilt. Each unit was then finished by the individual owners. We put a lot of thought and effort into this unit, taking into account our many years of management and concierge service at major resorts in the Caribbean.

This unit is fitted with an ultra quiet AC system that will keep you cool and comfortable through out your stay. The custom kitchen features granite counters and stainless appliances. The all new bathroom has beautiful walk-in shower with glass and stainless accents. The queen size bed has a 14 inch premium memory foam mattress. There is a brand new smooth sliding glass door leading out to a cozy outside balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee or shaded afternoon cocktails while looking out over Sapphire Resort and the beautiful islands nearby. This unit has cable TV and WiFi.

The unit is fully stocked with linens and towels for both bath and beach. There are beach chairs and a cooler for the beach. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, a glass cook-top stove, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and most everything you need for making light meals should you choose to eat in.

Just outside the building, only 100 ft. away is one of two swimming pools on the property. There is a restaurant and bar just a 3 minute walk from the unit. Sapphire beach is just down the hill (7 minute walk). Red Hook with it's many bars and restaurants, grocery store and ferry to St. John is just 3 minutes away by car or taxi.

St. Thomas is a hilly (volcanic island) island and Sapphire Village is built on the side of a hill overlooking Sapphire Beach and the waters beyond. While this offers amazing views, it does mean that walking home from the beach is up hill. Please keep that in mind as a short walk down to the beach means a slightly more exercising walk back at the end of the day.

As owners of several units, Heidi and Robert are often nearby and can always be reached by phone or email. We have lived in the Caribbean most of our lives, and enjoy sharing our knowledge of local history, culture, places to visit and favorite eateries and watering holes. We are very happy to help arrange tours, excursions, boat rentals, massages, car or jeep rentals and more. Please don't hesitate to ask.

Great communication by the host and the condo was exactly as described. Clean, updated and great location. Walk to nearby pools and Sapphire Beach. Upper pool is right outside your door. We rented a jeep and parking was never an issue. 5 minutes to Red Hook and easily catch a ferry to St John.

We had a great stay! Great view sitting on the balcony having our morning coffee, and such an easy walk to the beach! Gorgeous pools, and delicious outdoor dining (great air circulation) at Sudi’s restaurant a 3 min. walk without leaving the community. Great chef and service! Also, check out Pangea for great dining (10min walk) Robert and Heidi are very responsive, and give clear, accurate instructions. Thanks! We’ll be back!

Excellent Vacation Getaway

My girlfriend & I rented this property for a 4 day vacation getaway & it was so worth it! Extremely clean, excellent view (as advertised), short walk to the beach & much more! With two pools nearby, Sapphire Beach, & Red Hook, there was so much to take advantage of! I would stay here again every time. The only tiny downside is the walk down & back up to the property from the beach, but it did not take away from any of the experience! 10/10 - Thank you so much

St. Kitts Condo-

Stunning views, condo had everything we needed, including beach towels, ice chest and beach chair! Short walk to swimming pools and Sudi's Restaurant/Bar. This would be a perfect condo except the road below is the incoming gate to Sapphire Village which resulted in some noise at times. The owner was very prompt in getting back to me. Overall, I'd stay there again!

My wife and I were in St Thomas for a work related event at another property and just needed this Sapphire Village condo for one night. The owners were extremely nice and quick to respond to any questions. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. It was great having the folding backpack style beach chairs provided so that we could walk straight down to the beach and enjoy a day in the sun.

Sapphire Beach

Great location - Sapphire Beach is a great beach and location. The beach is beautiful with a nice reef for snorkeling. Sudi's is a good bar with decent food and drink options.The room could use a few upgrades but was comfortable. One power outage (about 3 hours) which I hear is common. I was a little startled when I found people in our room spraying for pest control but otherwise peaceful.

Very nice unit, well equipped in the highest building on the property. We rented a car so it is easy to go to the beach down below carrying all your beach gear ( cooler, chairs, beach bags ) if you were walking figure a 15 minute walk to the swimming beach area. We are 68 so it can be a hike going back up if you are lugging stuff back up the hill. Unit is all updated and nice view from balcony.

My wife and I visit St Thomas regularly and this is the first time that we have stayed in this particular condo over the Holidays. We were very impressed with the condo itself at is very clean and contained everything that we needed for our stay. We can't say enough about Robert and Heidi with the way they respond to any requests that we had during our stay. If you are looking for a beach, sapphire beach is beautiful and very close to the condo with great snorkeling. If you are looking for nightlife or shopping, the town of Redhook is a short walk or drive from the condo. Most importantly if you are a diver and looking great diving locations, this is the place as many dive shops are close by. We intend on contacting Robert and Heidi for our future visits and if you are reading this we highly recommend that you contact them for your upcoming visit(s). Gary and Vicki Fort Worth, Texas

The price is right!

This was a very clean and convenient little studio that acted as our home base in St. Thomas. I do recommend you either have a car, or expect to take a cab. The beach that was a stone's throw from this condo is absolutely beautiful, though it is a VERTICAL walk back up to the condo, as the studio is located in the highest building of the complex. We are fit and enjoy the challenge, but it is not for everyone. It is easy enough, however, to get a lift up. The view from the balcony of our condo is just as pictured - beautiful. The restaurant that is on the complex property and an easy walk - just a couple of minutes from the condo - is one of the best restaurants we visited. We enjoyed a lovely brunch, and dinner one night with great live music. Overall, a great stay, and the hosts were so responsive when I reached out via e mail with a question. Great deal, good time. Thank you.
