Great place ! Very clean and so close to the beach. It was perfect. Large dining table to have dinner with family and friends. Balconies to relax on in the sun and listen to the ocean waves. We would definitely rent this place again.

Wonderful house with even better hosts. They make your stay incredibly easy from a booking standpoint and have very clear easy to follow rules. Don’t look at any other houses to book, this is the one.

Host was great and communicative before and throughout the stay.The house was great and right by the beach with beautiful views. Very large space for family gatherings and great to use if you need a break from the city.Close to Carmel, Monterey and other local sites.Definitely recommend and will want to rent the house again.

They have everything you need. Great host. Kind and caring. We had an issue with the downstairs heating they immediately responded to our request. They did a follow up on the following day which is very nice of them. The house is just walkable to the beach. Highly recommended.

This home is in a great location, is well equipped and accurately described. We had a wonderful weekend with extended family and would definitely stay at this property again.

A few of the other reviews mentioned that the kitchen and bathrooms were rather dated. Well, that is true, they failed to mention how fabulous this location is. This house is in a gated community that is security at the gate 24 /7. The best part about this house, is you are literally a few steps away from the beach. I took my high school senior here for her high school graduation gift with a few friends and it was the most wonderful experience. The house is extremely well stocked with every cooking utensil you could want, and all of the appliances and mattresses were very new. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and very kind. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

I have stayed at this home now 3 times. Every time the home is clean and well stocked with everything needed for a large group. The views and location are the best, we plan to stay again!

Everything was perfect for our last minute spring break trip… honestly I had no clue when this property said they had “everything” you would need, they actually meant that literally. We did not have to leave the property once after getting to it, we door dashed a few items one time for food, but other than that, the house was absolutely perfect. Anything you could possibly need for a quick trip was readily available in the home. Definitely will come back.

Very nice view of the beach between buildings.Nice layout. Perfect for our group. Very nicely stocked kitchen.We especially appreciated the entertainment: dolphin swim-bys 2 of the 3 days!!Friendly owner/ manager that answered all our questions.

Family vacation

Lovely family get together at this location. Close beach access for long walks and bonfires. The home is older but clean and lovely. Will consider staying here again in the future.

The house was so perfect for our family. We didn’t want for anything. Lots of children’s toys, puzzles, and sand toys. Our host was gracious and returned an email with a phone call immediately. We would definitely suggest this house to other families
