Paradise on Pensacola Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is breathtaking as soon as you walk through the front doors. All the rooms located on the same floor without any steep stairs was perfect for great grandma. A beautiful and big Thanksgiving gathering could not have been more perfect because of the spacious amenities, a perfectly stocked kitchen, and the absolutely incredible view and access to the beach. We gave it a thousand thumbs up! THANK YOU!

Just okay stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 1101 property needs maintenance and upkeep on several items. The master bathroom sink faucet, kitchen trash disposal broken, sand in one of the beds, leaking water pipe under porch. Worst of all was the oven temperature surging and burning foods. Also, the house has a roach problem. Otherwise, the house is roomy and view ocean across the is awesome.

Beautiful property in a fabulous location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used the house for my daughter's wedding week lodging and had 17 people staying. Everyone agreed that it was perfect for us. The check-in and checkout processes were great and we didn't have to do a whole lot of stuff before checkout. The house is beautiful and had everything we could have asked for. Comfy bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. We did quite a bit of cooking and baking while we were there and they had such a great stock of kitchen ware and utensils - it was so nice!! Having two refrigerators was also awesome - one for food and one for drinks! I loved the separate little bar area and ice maker! We didn't use the pool much because the beach was so close and the weather was so fabulous while we were there. The location of the property, so close to beach access was a key attraction for us. The front patio was also a great gathering place with the many chairs and table. The long indoor table with chairs was great for meals and for the game night we had while we were there. I would be hard pressed to find anything that didn't meet or exceed our expectations. If anything, I would say we could have used another large trash can - we were there for 5 days and filled all three of the ones that were there. For anyone staying, make sure to take extra kitchen garbage bags, dish washer soap, toilet paper and paper towels with you - they provide just enough to get you through the first couple of days if you have a large group. If you're staying for awhile you will also want laundry detergent. The dryer is a little slow, especially if you are drying beach towels. Overall the property exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend. It is worth the price.

Plenty of room for the kids and grandkids with close and easy access to the beach, which is helpful with little ones. Pool is also a nice amenity! We're planning to return next year!A door handle needs to be repaired and the BBQ grill is shot, so hopefully the owner will replace it during the fall for other guests and before we return next year! Grilling out is an important part of our weekly meal plan when vacationing there!

Perfect Family Get Together

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family of 16. I would only recommend painting the house number so it is easier to find. We all agreed we have never seen a home better stocked from the kitchen to pool floats. We especially loved the separate large ice maker in the kitchen and the second refrigerator located on the ground floor. The porch has plenty of seating and a perfect amount under cover. The view of the Gulf is awesome. And it was so convenient having a walkway to the beach right across the street. The pool deck had plenty of seating and tables. It had plenty of covered areas. We had a couple minor things to be fixed and the Paradise Beach management responded immediately. The technicians who came to work were very pleasant and competent. We were absolutely thrilled with this home, and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were placed in this rental last minute due to some maintenance issues at our original rental. Paradise Beach homes management company placed us in this home, and they were wonderful! We can’t thank them enough for making sure we still had a great vacation. This home was amazing, the best part would have to be the front deck with beautiful views of the gulf. The home is fully stocked with plenty of towels, and dishes/pots and pans. The separate ice machine was a nice extra bonus! We would gladly stay in this home again, the location and ease of walking to the beach was perfect!

Family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a place to enjoy the beginning of New Year as a family. The house was just as displayed. The rental staff were courteous. Issues were 1) couldn't open windows, 2)one of the LR chairs was broken which made sitting precarious, 3) surface clean but deep cleaning lacked. Positives 1) beautifully located, 2)very well supplied kitchen for family meals, 3) plenty of space for family to spread out, 4) plenty of linens, 5)easy access to beach and town for supplies. One last piece that was concerning was the unusually high pet deposit. Having stayed at multiple VRBO's this was by far the highest we have ever had to pay.

Only problem both years are the roaches just about all over the house, this year little to medium size ones. Last year the big cockroaches. Love the location but won’t rent a 3rd time. Exterminator came both years but didn’t solve the issue.

Family Reunion

13 family members stayed at this property in September 2023. Overall everything was very good and met our needs. House was clean with nice decor and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes & utensils which made cooking easy. Ice machine was great. Loved the big kitchen table and all the nice deck furniture outside. Plenty of under house parking and easy beach access were nice features. My only negative comments are these and none is really a deal breaker. 1. All the beds were as hard as a rock. 2. 3 of the double queen rooms shared just 1 bath. Theoretically that could be 12 people if the house was at capacity [SInce it was a family trip my adult kids shared our bathroom to alleviate some of the congestion. ] 3. Pool was ice COLD

The covered porch was great for storm watching. My only suggestions would be invest in new living room furniture (it was not very comfy) and look in to getting a half bath down by the pool. Neither are deal breakers, we would absolutely stay here again!

Overall the property was fabulous but I do wish there was one more bathroom. We knew ahead of time but I didn't think it would be too inconvenient I was wrong. House was lovely and close enough to the beach 😍 We could view the gulf while drinking our coffee. The kids loved the pool and the gorgeous porch. I would give it a 4.5.Paradise Rentals were fabulous. Even standing outside on checkout da to minimize the wait on the busiest day of the year.You all are wonderful.

Great Family Vacation House

Reviewer Comments: This house was the perfect house for my family's vacation -- there were 14 adults and only 3 small children -- so the bedroom layouts were perfect -- all queens and kings -- no bunks -- everyone had their own bed and the house was very large so we had planty of space to hang out - the large front porch was also wonderful as well as the pool and outside seating area around the pool --we had a great time -- would highly recommend!

Plenty of parking as I believe you could park as many as 14 cars in the driveway and under the house. We will definitely consider this home again because it was walkable to the beach and short drive to restaurants. The only downside is that every bedroom doesn't have it own bathroom. Paradise beach homes was great! Communications were outstanding.

Great House for Our Family Vacation

We had 8 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Having the 5 bathrooms was nice. Super easy walk across the street to the beach. The pool was too cold, even for the kids. A couple of the mattresses need to be replaced. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.
