TrÚs bel appartement de caractÚre à 5 minutes de la plage, du port et du marché

Appartement de 85 m2, entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© , dĂ©coration soignĂ©e, pour 4 personnes. Il se trouve en plein cƓur de la vieille ville, Ă  2 pas de la plage, du marchĂ© provençal, du musĂ©e Picasso, des remparts...Il se trouve dans une rue trĂšs calme en zone piĂ©tonne. Place de stationnement privĂ© gratuite Ă  7 min Ă  pied de l’appartement.

L'appartement se situe en RDC. Il se compose de 2 chambres ayant chacune sa salle de bain et son wc. (La literie est récente), d'une grande cuisine de 11 m2 entiÚrement équipée,et d'un grand séjour de 35 m2 en sous sol avec télévision et chaine hifi pour écouter ipod iphone ou tout autre lecteur MP3. L'appartement comporte de nombreux rangements et placards.
Climatisation dans les deux chambres.

La vieille ville d'Antibes est trÚs animée avec ses cafés, ses boutiques et restaurants, son marché quotidien. La plage est à 5 min à pied.

It was perfect!! Amazing location (right next to the market) the unit was newly renovated and restored and the communication with the property manager was amazing. We will be back!!

This place is fabulous. The photos on here, whilst good, do not do the house justice. Four of us stayed, two couples. We stayed from a Monday to Saturday. The bedrooms are on the small side but perfectly useable, you don't need any bigger. Both bedrooms are ensuite. The kitchen is a good size and has everything you need. We got food from the local market, a couple of minutes walk away, for breakfast and then ate out the rest of the time. The living room, which is downstairs in the basement is just something else. We looked forward to getting back there, watching Derry Girls with a glass, or two, of wine each evening. What they have done to this house, especially the living room, is fantastic. The location is perfect, in the old town. A minute or two brings you to the brilliant market, shops in the old town and the ramparts. We found nothing to fault this place. Can't wait to return!

Very clean and comfortable place. Has AC units in each room. Has shampoo and conditioner too. Check in was a little hard because I think I didn’t understand it was in a pedestrian only zone. So parking a little farther (6-8min walk) was harder for my handicapped parents but otherwise it was a great location! Close to lots of restaurants and the market!

Wonderful Apartment in an ideal location

We stayed as a family of 4 for 4 nights. The apartment was ideally located for access to both the beach and restaurants in the beautiful old town area of Antibes. The property was as described and very clean. Communication with Isoline was excellent. The two air conditioned bedrooms both had en-suite facilities. The basement lounge was a welcome retreat from the very hot weather. We wouldn't hesitate recommending this property.

Unique Space in a Quaint Village

This has to be the coolest place I’ve ever stayed in. There was a ton of space and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Basement had a cave vibe. The village has a ton going on with amazing restaurants tucked into every corner. Host was very responsive and helped us with getting a parking pass for our rental car. I will be back!

Loved our stay at this apartment. Well appointed and full kitchen. Perfect for 4 people. Huge living room in basement which we didn’t really use, but which has great character- and great for picturing taking!Location is amazing - so close to beach, port and market. A hidden gem on a quiet side alley, but super close to everything.

Wonderful stay in Old Town Antibes

This apartment in the Antibes old town is as charming as its photos, comfortable and well located. Although the 2 bedrooms are small, the beds are comfortable and the double-paned windows block street noise. The extra half bathroom is a plus and the downstairs living room area spacious and atmospheric. The apartment was very clean when we arrived.There are very few closets. The only one in the hallway was almost entirely taken up with cleaning equipment, which we had to move to have room to hang a few clothes. Otherwise there are dresser drawers in each bedroom and a small ensuite bath. These are also very clean and work well.The wifi works well only in the downstairs living area, not at all in the bedrooms and sporadically in the kitchen, which can be inconvenient. Old Town Antibes is charming, providing beautiful walks, markets, restaurants and gelato stands(!) The apartment is minutes from the fabulous Picasso museum on the Promenade along the Mediterranean. The Promenade is a real plus, providing a lovely long walk.Communication with the hosts before we arrived was excellent -- they were always responsive to our questions. Arrival at the apartment was not as well done, since we were given the wrong instructions for where we needed to be dropped off by the taxi in order to meet the person who was to lead us to the apartment. No cars can go on the pedestrian streets of the Vieille Ville. Once in the apartment, all of our questions were promptly answered.

Location, Location!

Lovely, comfortable, remodeled apartment in historic, scenic, medieval Antibes. Vibrant neighborhood, many restaurants, yet apartment is very quiet, located in a pedestrian only area. Great parking nearby. Walkable to daily, outdoor market, marina, essential shopping, Picasso museum. Excellent location. Good communication with hosts. Great VRBO experience.

Wonderful

The property was excellent and very clean. Both bedrooms and baths were comfortable and sizable. The kitchen was well stocked and the downstairs living room was large and well appointed. The location was ideal and close to the sea. We could really walk anywhere in Antibes and the nearby parking was very convenient. We would stay here again in a second.

Prime location and great apartment

This 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath apartment is in a perfect location! It's steps away from the happenings in the old town of Antibes, and other directions to a local church, the Picasso Museum and the pathway along the sea. There's even a 1 star Michelin restaurant next door. The location is quaint, on a beautiful stone "street" and is unbelievably very quiet. There is also a large den/living room downstairs that can be used as another bedroom on a comfortable couch or a good sized gathering place. The internet is best downstairs. We loved sitting at the cozy kitchen table with the window open, reading, writing and eating. We would definitely stay here again! Note: if you have a car, make sure you park in the correct lot!

Friendly greeter

We had a wonderful stay, beginning with an enthusiastic greeting from Sophie, and ending with the same. The architecture is notable, as are the furnishings. In the summer you could spend the entire day downstairs in the cave. But then you would miss the million dollar views of the Mediterranean. It was perfect!

Fantastic Location

We love the location of this property. Car was not really needed but parking was provided which was located within easy distance. There is not direct access to property by car but that was not problematic. I would definitely recommend.

Everything you need in ideal location

This charming apartment was perfect for us. We were not home a lot, but when we were, we would hang out in the kitchen or downstairs. The ocean, beaches, carousel, Musee Picasso and "farmers" market are all walking distance. I was concerned about the heat in Europe. It says in the description of the unit that there is only a/c in the bedrooms but the apartment was comfortably cool for our entire stay. It was a delightful surprise! The decor is charming and the apartment has all basic necessities. The parking spot was ideal. It was a short walk from the apartment. Isoline was very responsive. Our flight sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours without clear communication from the airline PLUS it took us over 2 hours to get our car (!!!) so we arrived late to meet her with short notice. She accommodated us without any stress or issue. Two FYIs that are not really "complaints" because I don't think they are really in LL control: (i) the bathrooms are smelly. I suspect this has to do with the age of the building/plumbing. This was bearable but something to know, (ii) (mostly for US travelers) we relied heavily on knowing that the unit had washer/dryer (2 kids and we packed light...) but the same are not quite up to US washer/dryer standards. The dryer took a very long time and made the kitchen HOT. We ultimately had to toss a few items because they had weird stains from the washer that I could not get out. Luckily there was a drying rack and we used that.

Superb location

Fantastic 2 bedroomed apartment with basement lounge. Great location in the old town within 2 minutes of the bustling town centre with its market and bar’s & restaurants. The beach is a 5 minute walk. Accommodation was very clean and well equipped. Would highly recommend.

Superb Apartment Superb Location HIGHLY Recommended

The apartment is simply superb. Ground floor two bedrooms both with ensuite and another WC. as well as a well fitted out kitchen with dining area. Downstairs in the basement is an amazing eclectic and VERY large lounge area with a well connected TV. Owners were mega respoonsive to an issue and dealt with it immediately and responsively. Cannot recommend this property more highly.

Great location.

Four adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely flat. The location could not be any better. It is steps to the ramparts leading to the beach and harbour, steps to the covered market open daily (except Monday), steps to many, many restaurants. The flat is spacious and pictures accurate but the second bedroom is smaller than thought. Removing the dresser may offer more space. We were there for a week and had hoped to make most dinners at home as we like to cook and the market and harbour are right there. Unfortunately the kitchen was not well stocked with pots and utensils so we needed to be creative in our cooking. The wifi is stronger in the lower level. Isoline was helpful and will remedy both. This is a fantastic place to stay. We were sad to leave Antibes.

Excellent Location

Beautiful apartment, reasonably equipped kitchen, toaster and coffee maker need to be upgraded, location is fabulous, short walk to parking, the posting we saw implied parking was on site. Market, restaurants, shopping, museum and beaches are all very close.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Antibes

Isoline was very gracious after we arrived a day late due to our flights being cancelled and ongoing delays. Nothing was too much trouble and we found the apartment a beautiful place to relax after a turbulent 2 days of travel. The downstairs space is so peaceful and quirky. The location is perfect, with everything at hand, and just up the road from the authentic French markets. Parking is always difficult here so it was great to have the parking space down by the Marina. We would stay here for weeks if we could, but sadly, we have to go back to work...
