The property is very close to the beach. It develops on a single ground floor with the possibility of eating outdoors. Outside there is a shower with hot water, private lighting along the entrance path. Parking space inside the property.

Unterkunft mit einmalig toller Lage

Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermieterin sehr angenehm und freundlich. WLAN wurde uns auf Wunsch auch extra zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Vermieterin war immer sehr schnell erreichbar und freundlich. Sehr geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse. Besonders toll ist die warme Außendusche auf der Terrasse. Man ist in einer Minute an einem schönen freien Strand. Links und rechts gibt es aber auch mehrere Sonnenschirm- und Liegenverleiher.

Abbiamo passato due bellissime settimane nella casa. Vicinissima al mare, la spiaggia molto bella. Spazio fuori piacevole, e la doccia esterna molto comoda! La casa è spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. La proprietaria sempre gentile e disponibile. Grazie!

Ottimo appartamento, pulito e ben attrezzato

Ho soggiornato tutto il mese di Agosto 2014 e devo dire che è un ottimo appartamento, grande, pulito, fresco, ben accessoriato e a due passi veri dal mare. Il mare di Riva del Sole è il migliore della zona. L'appartamento ha anche spazi esterni fondamentali per la vita da mare e per famiglie come la mia. Devo spendere due parole anche per la proprietaria Sandra, molto gentile e disponibile, fin dal primo contatto. Merita il massimo delle stelle. Consigliato. Francesco
