Entrée sur dégagement, cuisine moderne (lave-vaisselle, plaque à induction, hotte, four traditionnel, four à micro ondes, bouilloire, 2 cafetiÚres, toaster, presse-fruits etc. etc. La cuisine donne par une ouverture sur :

Le salon climatisé avec une table pour 6 à 8 personnes. Télévision, Internet, chaßne Hi-Fi, bibliothÚque, grand vaisselier. TrÚs confortable canapé qui offre un excellent couchage pour 2 personnes. La baie vitrée est occultée par de grands rideaux.

Salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, pare-douche, 2 lavabos, sĂšche cheveux, WC suspendus
Une chambre climatisée avec un grand lit de 160 et de trÚs grands rangements

Terrasse avec vue incroyable sur la mer du cap de St Jean Cap Ferrat à l'aéroport. Table de 6 à 8 convives pour manger face aux flots.

Great apartment by the sea

The views from the terrace are spectacular. The tram is right behind the apartment and plenty of food and stores within a short walk. Would definitely stay there again.

Vacation in Nice

This was an absolute gem. A few steps from both trolly and bus lines along the promenade. It also had easy access to the beach. In spite of it being closer to the airport, we found it to be very quiet and slept well. We also really loved the balcony and watching the sea. I can highly recommend it.

The property was beautiful and an amazing location looking over the Mediterranean Sea. However the stay would have been perfect with little touches such as more than 1.5 toilet rolls, coffee pods for the machine and more comfortable mattresses on the beds in both bedrooms. The apartment and view was even nicer than online. We loved our stay and the host gave very clear instructions for our trip.

Great location

The location is great, just minutes from the airport, complete view of the beach/water. Just walk across the street and you’re in it! Large condo/apartment plenty of room. Super cool that the bathroom floor is heated! Little market just minutes a walk away. Bus line right in the front to take you down to the main area.Super great place!!

Great place to stay in Nice!

The property was amazing! It was right in the water and very close to the tram lines which made it very easy getting to and from the airport. The host is amazing and was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage early so we could explore the area. It was a great place to stay!

The apartment had a lovely view and Thierry gave very clear instructions on how to access the property. We had to buy our own toilet paper & trash bags as there were no extras in the property. Additionally, some of the sheets in the 2nd bedroom appeared to have not been washed in some time & there were no additional towels either. We also struggled with water pressure in the shower. These things aside, the property has a gorgeous view of the Med, is close to a market, the tram, and various restaurants.

We absolutely loved the view from the balcony of this apartment! It was also clean enough and provided ample space for our family of seven, which was a huge benefit. We all slept soundly and enjoyed our time here. The only hiccup we experienced was upon arrival, as the instructions appeared to be outdated. However, the host was incredibly quick to respond and help us sort it out. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the spaciousness and the beautiful view.

Gorgeous view of the beach, kitchen well equipped with coffee maker, dishes, microwave and toaster. Air conditioner worked well. Thierry always very responsive and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great apartment location and space.

This apartment had plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. The view was amazing and so convenient to take the elevator down and have a swim in the sea. It was close to restaurants and grocery and the tram was right behind the building so we could get to the rest of Nice and the riviera. Would recommend.

Apartment is definitely in need of updating. The view is terrific. The location is very good, right on the tram line and bus routes. The on-site parking is almost impossible unless you have an extremely tiny car.

Great Nice views!

This property offers great views on the promenade of Nice. This tram is right behind the building for easy access to the airport and downtown Nice! The kitchen is very small but adequate. The inside of the property is dated. There are several accommodations for families with small children.

"We enjoyed our stay in Nice. The apartment was very nice and the view from both sides of the house fantastic. Day and night amazing! The apartment was fully equiped, a lot of space and everything that was promissed was there. The owner was very helpfull and for us everything was more than pleasant. If we ever come back to Nice, we are sure to rent this apartment again. We wouldn't think of going elsewere. It was great."

"Wonderful appartment with great sun exposure, clean and meticulously maintained, with truly stunning and unforgettable views of the city and the Bay. Each night we had dinner and spent our evenings on the spacious balcony, enjoying the view. The residence is quite high up on a hill, so walking there from sealevel is a good exercise. Just what we needed

Although it's not walking distance from old town Nice, you can't beat the relaxing view. Public transportation was easy to access and figure out. The apartment itself was older, but it had everything we needed for our stay. My husband got sick and stayed inside most of the time but he did enjoy the TV time and view. Basic necessities were helpful, including the grocery cart, umbrellas and beach mat.

Good property but needs some TLC

The location of the property was good but you need the tram to be working to go to Old Nice. Public transport in FR is tricky with closures and strikes etc. The bathroom needs major cleanup with mold everywhere due to the lack of good exhaust. The owner is nice and tries his best but the apartment is not stocked well. We had to get multiple things which you would expect to be present in the place. The kids bedroom is good for 2 not 3 people but the sofa was nice and the AC's worked. The washer is very small and there is no dryer (only hang dry..)The balcony has a good view and you can see sunrise. Very close to the airport which was helpful. Property manager did provide all the details before arrival but VRBO site had very different instructions, so was a bit confusing but owner was responsive to guide us through.

View and Sea access go a long way

Had a lovely time. All day at the beach was wonderful. Was able to cook a delicious meal in the kitchen. Less good - Thierry accidentally sent me instructions to check in at a different location which was difficult after traveling. He was kind enough to drive us to the correct spot but ugh. The elevator did not work after our first afternoon - and the apartment is on the 7th (8th) floor. The table on the deck fits so tightly that you cannot sit around it comfortably. There is no dryer. Only washer which is common but I think listing said both. Might stay here again in spite of shortcomings.
