Leonidionhouses - The Ogra House

This residence, located in an architect's villa built in 2012 and directly overlooking the sea, is located in an olive grove of 25,000m2, 3 km from the small fishing port of Tyros.
The property is 225km from Athens Airport and 240km from Patras Port. It is ideally located for visiting the famous cultural sites of the region such as Mycenae, Epidaurus, Nemea, Mystra, Monemvasia etc.).
It is possible to hike in the mountains of the hinterland (Mont Parnon) or go rock climbing in Leonidio, a small town which is about ten kilometers away and which offers magnificent climbing sites. high level.

The house overlooks the sea about 45m and a private path leads in 6 to 7 minutes to a small pebble beach.
From inside the house and even more from the huge terrace and adjoining garden, you will have a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Argolis and its coasts, the Aegean Sea and the island of Spetses.

The part for rent consists of a large garden level of 180m2.
The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped (modern and old furniture, high quality bedding and linens), very well decorated (original paintings).
It can accommodate up to 10 people in all seasons and provide them with excellent comfort.
In summer, two small 'cabanas' hidden in the olive trees and with them also a fantastic view of the sea can accommodate 4 to 5 additional people.

Sehr schönes Haus 80-100m über dem Meer. Extrem ruhig, von der großen Terrasse kann man die Farben des Meeres und die Wolken genießen. Abstieg zum Meer sehr steil, aber gut machbar - dort Baden zwischen Felsen gut möglich. In umittelbarer Umgebung sehr schöne Kiesstrand-Buchten. Auto erforderlich - nächster Ort in 5 Minuten mit charmanten Uferrestaurants. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der das Gelände selbst gestaltet hat. Für Kleinkinder wenig geeinget, da steiles Gelände. Der charaktervolle Flügel kann ebenfalls genutzt werden.Vielen Dank für diesen herrlichen und ruhigen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Ruhe pur, im Haus alles gut gepflegt. Vermieter sehr nett, hat uns nach Mitternacht abgeholt und zum Haus gebracht und auch fürs Frühstück am nächsten Morgen gesorgt. Der Sonnenaufgang am Morgen ist späktakulär! Wir danken für die schöne Zeit!

Ein wunderschönes Haus für große Gruppen

Georges ist wirklich ein sehr guter Gastgeber, hat uns, obwohl es schon spät am Abend war, in Tyros abgeholt und uns zum Haus gebracht. Es gab frisches Obst, Wasser und Saft waren kaltgestellt, die Betten gemacht. Das Haus ist ausreichend groß für 10 Leute,wobei eines der Betten französischer Standard ist. Georges war jederzeit ansprechbar, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, Georges!!!

Une maison très agréable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, tout y est beau et pratique. La vue est époustouflante et la situation idéale pour associer les plaisirs de la mer et les visites archéologiques, les sites les plus célèbres sont à proximité. Georges, le propriétaire, reçoit avec gentillesse et met tout en oeuvre pour le confort de ses hôtes.

Superbe maison dans un lieu tranquille vue magnifique et accès direct à la mer.

Nous étions 10 , 2 couples avec des enfants ( de grands ados dans le lot ), la maison était parfaite pour nous. La région est sympa, de nombreuses plages de galets quasi désertes.(en juillet en tout cas ). Les Grecs sont super gentils et parlent un peu anglais . La région est très peu touristique donc tranquille pour profiter de la mer. Seul petit bémol la vie nocturne était un peu trop calme pour les grands enfants. Location à recommander le propriétaire est sympa, discret et serviable et en plus il parle super bien français. Merci à lui pour ces super vacances. Oliviers

Everything was Perfect!

It was our second time in the Ogra House. We had an unforgettable stay in the summer and now we had the oportunity to spend 5 nights here in the winter. Everything was perfect, we had wonderful evenings by the fireplace. The heating system is impeccable and the views from the house are even better in the winter as the atmosphere is very clear. Georges is a wonderful host and Altin, the new "manager", is extremely helpful. A big thank you, -Un Grand Merci de Jacques&Co.!

Fantastique

Superbe appartement aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. La vue est magnifique, la plage privée facilement atteignable à pied. Super Haus für Kletterferien in Leonidion

Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen und super ausgerüstet, vom Grill über Liegestühle ist einfach alles vorhanden. Der Vermieter spricht Englisch, Deutsch und Französisch, daher sehr einfache sich zu verständigen. Alles war sehr gut vorbereitet, am Apéro nach unserer Ankunft hat es auch nicht gefehlt. Kann das Haus und die Gastfreundschaft des Vermieters nur weiterempfehlen!

une maison parfaite !!

Nous (trois couples avec enfants en bas âge et une adolescente ) avons passé un merveilleux séjour. La maison est très bien construite avec un espace jour et un espace nuit ce qui s'adapte parfaitement à tous les rythmes de vie. La vie dans cette maison est agréable et l'espace extérieur et aussi particulièrement adapté à toute sorte de groupes. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de cette location. Notre hôte a été charmant. La maison est très bien équipée (clim, bbq, plancha, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge etc .... La plage est un peu difficile d'accès surtout avec des enfants mais elle est splendide et privative ! bref nous espérons revenir bientôt dans ce petit paradis!

כל מה שרואים בתמונות אמיתי! בית גדול עם נוף מדהים. בעל בית מקסים, שחשב על כל פרט שינעים את שהותכם בבית, ממגבות ושמשיות לחוף ועד לפסנתר כנף בסלון. גרנו בבית למשך שבוע, שתי משפחות, שמונה נפשות, הרגשנו בבית ונהנו מכל רגע. העיירה הקרובה – TYROS – עיירה קטנה אליה מגיעים בעיקר נופשים יוונים, כמעט ולא שמענו שפה אחרת חוץ מיוונית. מומלץ בחום, למי שמחפש נופש שקט הרחק מההמון הסואן.

Just Perfect for Us

We were 2 families of 4 with children between the ages 6-9. We were looking for a quiet comfortable summer house suitable for 8 people and found this perfect place! Firstly, Georges our host and the owner, was extremely helpful and welcoming. The house is spacious, everything in it is of high quality. Georges thought of everything so we had high quality cotton bed sheets, bath towels and beach towels, there were also beach mats and sun umbrellas and a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ area, the house has beautiful views of the sea and is surrounded by olive trees and vegetation. It is located just a few minutes drive from the beach town of Tyros which we found to be the best town in the area, it has nice beaches and Taverns and all in all is a very relaxed place to spend your days and evenings. We also made a few worth while trips, each of about a little over an hour's drive, one to Nafplio and one up to the mountains to the village of Kosmas. If you like to take it easy and enjoy the real pace of Greece, this is defiantly the place for you! Only 3 hours drive from Athens and you are in this Peloponnese Paradise. We highly recommended this place, it was just perfect for us! Thank you Georges from the Weinshtein family.

Une adresse à conserver!

Tout était parfait ! La maison est spacieuse, meublée avec goût et très bien équipée. Il ne manque absolument rien (du linge de maison à la vaisselle en passant par les électroménagers). La vue sur la mer de la terrasse est un spectacle dont on ne se lasse pas. En contrebas, à quelques minutes à pied, il y a une crique privée où l’on peut goûter au luxe de se baigner dans une eau cristalline sans avoir de vis-à-vis ! Quant au propriétaire, c’est un homme charmant qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis dans sa maison. Georges a tout fait pour que nos vacances se passent merveilleusement bien. Une adresse à conserver !

A HONEYMOON IN A SMALL PARADISE

We were on a honeymoon trip in Peloponnese and spend an unforgettable time in the apartment. A warm welcome and a complementary bottle of champagne in our bedroom.The place is even better than the description - around is green and very quite area,the apartment is new and modern,clean,fully equipped,even a piano in the big living room,everything provided in the kitchen,3 bathrooms, extremely comfortable bed with an open window over the sea, panoramic sea view in a sunny garden with a path going to the private beach / 6 min./ - a perfect place.We also visited Naphlion an old capital of Greece.We highly recommend this place.We'll definitely come back in this small paradise.

TOUT ETAIT PARFAIT!

Nous étions deux couples avec quatre enfants. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable et très reposant dans cette magnifique propriété située dans un cadre absolument merveilleux, face à la mer, au milieu des oliviers et sans aucun voisinage visible. Nous avons beaucoup aimé les baignades dans la petite crique privée située en contrebas de la maison où nous étions seuls au monde! L'habitation est vaste, très confortable, très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre avec une décoration moderne de très bon goût. De la merveilleuse terrasse, les "lève-tôt" ont pu assister à de magnifiques levers de soleil sur la mer et le soir, la lune qui surgissait de la mer ( c'était la pleine lune) a été pour nous un spectacle fantastique! Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois le soir à Tyros, petit port de pêche adorable, très authentique, dans un site superbe, avec ses bars et ses tavernes "pieds dans l'eau" pour boire l'ouzo accompagné de "mezzés". Le propriétaire est charmant, chaleureux, très professionnel, très serviable, tout en étant extrêmement discret. Nous avons adoré nos vacances dans ce lieu paradisiaque! Rien à redire; tout était parfait!

Wonderfull experience

"A wonderful house in a wonderful environment, a 5 stars accommodation in an oasis of peace. The place is impeccably clean and perfectly equipped, provides everything, - original paintings, high quality bedding and selected china and cutlery to a tuned Viennese grand piano. A huge terrace with panoramic views and a small private beach complete this small paradise! We met the owners just once, but they previewed and prepared all necessary to make our Easter holidays unforgettable. Even the teenagers were very happy with their stay and the possibilities offered by the house and the surrounding area. Thank you! "
