Mas of 4 bedrooms (poss 5 on request), beautiful view, near Uzes / Pont Du Gard

In a small picturesque village with its vegetable gardens, you will appreciate the comfort, the charm and the authenticity of this big old house, perfectly renovated.

The garden is spacious, with plenty of space, offering different atmospheres, always with beautiful views of the surrounding hills and generous vegetation.

The originality of the property is its two swimming pools, one of 10m * 5m, suitable for games and swimming while the Zen pool, in its stone setting, invites relaxation.

This house is our second home, so it is very well equipped, whether in appliances, dishes, furniture or bedding ..... High chair and cot available if necessary.

On the ground floor:

a large living room with open kitchen (and back kitchen) dining room, living room and toilet; a parental suite (vast room with a queen size bed, terrace, office and room of water / WC)


Anduze Room: two beds of 90

Collias room: a bed of 120

Uzes room: a bed of 140

The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a shower, a jacuzzi bath; the toilet is independent.

The land of 1100 m² is fully fenced and closed by two gates. The garden is equipped with automatic watering and maintenance of the pool is done once a week.

As soon as you leave the house you can take hiking or mountain bike trails, marked out; they guide you through the scrubland and its Provencal scents, eg. at the top of Montaigu nearby, from where the view, near the Madonna, carries, well beyond the towers of Uzes, to Pic Saint Loup and Mont Ventoux.

Mas très agréable

Le mas permet de bénéficier d‘un espace cuisine très spacieux. Nous avons apprécié le séjour. Nous avons aimé la tranquillité de ce village qui est très proche d’Uzès. Nous serions très tentés d'y séjourner à la belle saison (été) pour profiter de la terrasse orientée plein sud.

Très belle propriété, bien équipée, chaleureuse et spacieuse

Avec ma famille, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour au mas des Arandelières. Les hôtes sont prévenants, la maison est très bien rénovée, décorée et équipée, ça change de ces locations sans caractère que l'on trouve parfois. Uzès est à 2 pas et les balades dans la région sont nombreuses, dans un paysage vallonné. Beaucoup de petits détails appréciables, des espaces vastes, aérés; nore seul regret a été de ne pas avoir apporté nos vélos pour découvrir la région sous cet angle : il est toutefois possible d'en louer à Uzes. Fortement recommandé.

Another possibility for A7 and A9 exit Remoulins then direction Uzès. A Uzes take direction Saint Quentin Pottery.

Things to see in the area:

Uzes with its three towers and the most beautiful market in Provence 5 km, Le Pont du Gard 10km, Nimes and Avignon 30 minutes to 40 minutes, Anduze with its bamboo and small train of Saint Jean du Gard to 45 minutes, The museum of candy 8km.

Not to mention:

The Provencal market on Wednesday and Saturday in Uzes, Climbing Canoeing on the Gardon Collias (10km), many wine estates and oil mills and also the Grau of the King and the Sea to 1 hour.

2 full Theaters in the heart of Uzes.
