Villa of 180 m² fully air-conditioned, all comfort with exceptional views of the bay of Golden Beach, in a very quiet place. Neat decoration, combining modernity and architectural tradition of the Cyclades. Large flower garden with magnificent swimming pool of 16,5m x 6,5m. 2 large covered terraces facing the sea and a solarium with 180 ° sea views and many Cycladic islands.(Naxos, Ios, Sikinos, Folegandros ...)
The beach 250m from the villa is easily reached by a nice little path and no major traffic route should be borrowed to access it. The sandy beach is the longest and most beautiful of the island, equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs, bars and taverns. A multitude of water sports are offered.

Amazing villa

This beautiful villa was a dream, large inside and plenty of space outside. The pool was a really good size. Well equipped house with all you would need for a comfortable stay. The owner was very helpful. 5 mins walk to a beautiful beach. You would need a car for the supermarket and some great restaurants near the villa. Loved our stay at this villa . The views to the sea was beautiful from so many rooms from the villa. Would love to go back one day.

Tout est parfait dans cette villa ! La situation est idéale avec de jeunes enfants , la mer est facilement accessible à pied et la plage de sable très agréable. La piscine est superbe ! Merci encore , nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Tres beau sejour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux sejour dans cette maison en famille avec 5 enfants de 9 à 21 ans. Propreté impeccable, piscine de bonne taille nettoyée régulièrement pendant la semaine, maison idéalement située à moins de 5 minutes à pied d’une belle plage de véliplanchistes par un petit chemin. En voiture nous avons pu découvrir les nombreuses plages de l’ile et visiter les villages qui ont chacun leur ambiance. Que du bonheur !

Almost Paradise in Paros

Property is exactly as shown if not nicer than the photos. Location could not be better. Villa is well appointed with silverware, glasses, etc. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Great spot on Paros.

Great property for families with older children. Can walk to great beach.

Fantastic property especially for two families of four with older children (bedroom arrangement not suitable for young children for one of the families) Photos don't do it justice, pool area is beautiful and very private. Living area beautifully decorated. Whole house very clean. Amazing views. 5 mins walk to best beach on Paros and tavernas. Owner very happy to help, easy to contact. Would absolutely recommend.

Unforgetable

This beautiful villa is located at the South East of Paros, 250 m from Golden Beach (5 min by foot), the longest sand beach and very well known spot for windsurfers. We particularly appreciated the quietness of the house, the juge swimming pool and the big garden. The villa is decorated with a lot of taste, comfortable with airco but authentic.Stunning sea view. We really appreciated being pioche up at the port and the owners were available at all Time to answer our questions and vive us informations about the restaurants, the beach and all the possible activities on the island! We just booked the villa once more in August. Perfect villa for a family holiday!

Très belle maison avec vue magnifique

Belle villa confortable et calme avec une vue magnifique sur la mer . Grande piscine entourée de Lauriers et palmiers La chambre au 1 er étage est tres agréable avec vue sur la mer . Les 3 autres sont en demi sous sol ( sans vue) mais ont l'avantage d'être fraîches : Le bus à 15 minutes à pieds permet aux ados de sortir le soir vers Naoussa Nous avons beaucoup circulé ds l'île et aurions aimé profiter encore + de la maison ! Le prix est élevé mais justifié !

Super séjour à Paros! La maison est située tout pres d'une tres jolie plage, la golden Beach, la maison est très jolie, la piscine immense, et tout était parfait! Maison typique blanche, avec un intérieur aussi tres bien décoré, et sobre à la fois. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir!

Magnifique : vue imprenable, calme et confort !

Particulièrement bien située sur l'île de Paros. Calme olympien, vue magnifique, tout le confort dans cette villa conviviale, on s'y sent chez soi... Accès facile à la plage qui porte bien son nom (golden beach) et la piscine est un plus ... Entretien du jardin, de la piscine et de la maison sont bien assurés. Nombreux restaurants dans les environs (suivez les conseils des hôtes : que de bonnes adresses avec excellent rapport qualité/prix). Nous attendons juillet 2015 avec impatience!
