On almost private beach. Unique view of the sea. 170 m²,can accommodate 8 to 10 people. Five bedrooms, among which one studio with 2 rooms en suite and one bathroom-independent annex- and one more studio with a small kitchen and bathroom-independent annex (Can be rented, after special agreement).
In total,5 rooms and 5 bathrooms, interior living room, open kitchen, dining area. A small bedroom easily used for staff room. Large landscaped outdoor space. Two Dining tables for 10-12 persons one indoors and one outdoors,2 seating areas under pergola plus one exposed to the sun for endless sunbathing . BBQ. Large space for children under pergola. Garden, Covered parking. Sports activities nearby (Ski-kite-Wind surfing) on foot. Shops and restaurants 1 km away. Just 100m away from the main entrance of the complex, there is an Italian restaurant-owned by Italians- with a fantastic view to the sea


Páros Island between Mykonos and Santorini in the center of the Aegean Sea. Thirty minutes by plane from Athens, 2h 30m to 4h by boat from Piraeus. One of 4 independent villas in a 9,000 m² fenced plot. Right on the water on the small beach of Messada. On the east coast of Paros, opposite Naxos and between the small port of Piso Livadi and the town of Dryos.
On foot you reach Punda beach where one of the largest beach bars in Cyclades is located and on Néa Chrisi Akti beach a destination sought by qualified windsurfers. Both ranges are classified with blue flag. Within a kilometer there are several fish taverns, supermarkets and all necessary shops.
Naousa 12 km away, offers nightlife, shopping, quality restaurants.

Amazing, Relaxing Get Away with spectacular sunrises and sunsets

We had an amazing time at this lovely house. The pool flowed into the ocean which was only a few steps away. The house is so convenient to all the popular sites. We were able to walk to a beach club and to a fishing town for breakfast. Loved everything about this house and the island.

Beautiful villa and location

We loved the villa and location. The villa was beautifully appointed inside and out. There was a lot of outdoor comfort from which the amazing views could be enjoyed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very well appointed. We enjoyed the location, which was on a quiet part of the island but a quick drive to Piso Livadi and other villages. Beautiful beaches nearby.

An incredibly beautiful place! We are already dreaming of returning.

We absolutely loved Villa Danai! Everything was even better than advertised, as pictures cannot do it justice. The house itself is tastefully decorated, and had everything we could possible need. The view was gorgeous, and there were so many lovely places to sit and sip a glass of local wine while relaxing. There is a beach just a short distance away, and you can walk to many others from here. There is a wonderful Italian restaurant just up the hill, and many other fantastic Greek restaurants close by, as well as a bakery. (think baklava!!) Paros is a wonderful island, with so many places to explore. Danae was available immediately to help with any questions we had, and made sure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend staying here, and I know that we will return!!

Fantastic Home in Paros!

We were here in mid-September for a 10 night stay...wish it could have been longer! The place is just as pictured on this site. It is a very well maintained home with great outdoor sitting and dining areas offering great views of the sea and the island of Naxos beyond. Most of our daytime was spent at the Mesada beach, located about 100 yards in front and to the right of the house, snorkeling/swimming off the rocky area just to the left of the house, and Punda beach, about a 10 minute walk through a beautiful coastal trail. Afternoons were spent having lunch in the huge outdoor dining area (with BBQ) and evenings in another outdoor area with a beautiful view of the sea. The indoor area has a great layout, with 1 bedroom/bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms/1 bath downstairs, giving everyone lots of space. It is tastefully furnished and the kitchen has all the utensils you'll need. We really loved this side of the island...quiet away from the hustle and bustle. Piso Livadi (5 min drive or 30 min walk through coastal trail) is a very picturesque small town with lots of good dining options. The island is not too big, so getting to Parikia or Naoussa for shopping and dining does not take more than 20-30 minutes. I hope to return to Paros again, and would definitely stay at this villa without a doubt. Loved it. Thank you Danae for sharing this with us and making our trip to Paros fantastic!!! Vacances familiales très réussies

Maison confortable et avec une très belle terrasse en partie abritée pour les repas. Proche des commerces et des nombreuses plages (5 min en voiture). Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli et sont charmants et francophiles. Seul hic, la maison est sur 2 niveaux avec 2 chambres en sous sol où il a pu faire tres chaud.

Très agréable semaine en famille

Nous avons passé une excelle semaine à la villa Danae, tout à fait conforme à la description. Les 3 chambres sont spacieuses et agréables, le jardin offre beaucoup de différents endroits pour se détendre. La maison est bien équipée, il y avait dans les placards l'épicerie nécessaire et de quoi survivre, ce qui est fort appréciable. Danae nous a accueillis très gentillement, nous a tout montré dans un français parfait et était toujours disponible pour nos questions. La maison est située au dessus d'une petite plage quasiment privée et a 5 minutes en voiture de Golden Beach. Nous allions souvent dine dans le petit village de Piso Livadi avec un port, une plage et plein de restaurants / tavernes très sympas, situe aussi a 5 minutes de voiture. En conclusion, très bonne adresse!

endroit idéal sur Paros

nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans cette jolie maison bien équipée avec vue dégagée, au calme. La maison est bien construite, la clim n'est pas nécessaire. Il y a 2 jolies chambres équipées de terrasse, et une sans vue ni terrasse. la maison donne sur une petite plage moitié sable moitié rochers (1mn à pieds) fréquentée uniquement par les quelques maisons environnantes. dans les commentaires on voit que la baie d'à côté est occupée par un bar/piscine/plage privée plutôt destinée aux 18/25 ans qui viennent effectivement en nombre grâce au bus qui fait le tour de l'ile. La musique qui commence vers 10h et s'arrête vers 20h, mais pas de nuisance même sous le vent. la maison est surtout proche de Piso Livadi, le plus joli petit port de l'ile, auquel nous allions à la nage (de 30 à 45 mn aller). bonnes vacances!

A dream villa

The first thing I thought when I first came to Villa Danae was that the photos I had seen on the website were not misleading; rather they could not make the beauty of the place and the villa. The house was very clean and in perfect conditions. The location is lovely: from the living room, from one of the bedrooms and from the terraces you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Naxos. Everything in the house is delightful and designed to offer maximum comfort. The owner is a very serious and helpful person. My only regret was having to leave after a week.

Excellent villa for a perfect vacation

We stayed for a week in August and we were very impressed from this cute villa by the sea. It is perfect for any family or couples seeking privacy and quie quietness. The villa was very clean and fully equipped and the master bedroom has an amazing sea view. The private beach is also fantastic and has natural shade in the afternoon. The only reason we don't want to recommend it further is because we want it to be available next time we visit!!!

A perfect villa !

I spent in this villa two weeks on July and the only thing I can say is that everything was simply perfect. The villa is very close to the sea; after 5 min walking you find a little sandy and rocky beach with crystal clear water especially when there is no wind.On the beach, some trees gives you the precious shadow from the Greek sun from 1 pm on (getting bigger and bigger in the afternoon). The villa is really beautiful and I felt myself as living in one of those I'm used to see on the specialized magazines (it's clear the architech's hand!). There is a big terrace with a spectacular view on the sea and Naxos; you can have your meals here even at noon as the dining table is in the shadow and repaired even from the strongest wind. In the evening we enjoyed perfect grill from the gas barbecue. The villa is furnished with great accuracy in every littlest detail (everything in the house remembers you that you are at the sea!) and very confortable (we were 7, I mean at its maximum occupancy). It's near to restaurants and market (Piso Livadi 10 min by car) and to other beautiful beaches. The owner is very kind and prompt to answer to your need, if any. The music by Punda beach wasn't absolutely loud and never in the evening. We spent a great time here, hoping to come back!

Un superbe balcon sur la mer

La maison est magnifique (maison d'architecte), décorée avec goût vue imprenable sur la mer, grandes plages à 15' à pied sur un sentier de douaniers. Barbecue à gaz, trois grandes terrasses pour s'isoler à l'ombre, paradis pour le windsurf (Chrisi Akti) et les restaurants de plage (Piso Livadi). Accueil de qualité, les lits sont faits tous les jours. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et parle couramment le français. Seul bémol: le "Punda beach", une grande boîte à ciel ouvert, diffuse de la techno très fort de 15 à 20h pendant la saison estivale, mieux vaut aller se promener à ce moment-là. Renseignez-vous pour savoir si c'est ouvert.
