House of 1970 renovated in 2012. Built on a wooded plot of 5000 m², not overlooked. Bungalow with 4 bedrooms Ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen, sitting room 35m², bathroom, 2 showers, 3 WC.
Access by private road, no other houses beyond. All the peace of a house 'end of the world' in the heart of the peninsula of Saint-Tropez. Shops 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bicycle bike path.
Private parking for several cars,
6x12m private pool secured by fence with gate.
