We loved our stay here! The area is so quiet. The house was perfect for our family, and the pool and lanai were our favorite places to hang out. Communication with the hosts was great! We also loved having the use of bicycles during our stay. The home was very clean and the property managers were quick to respond with answers to any questions we had. I definitely recommend a stay here!

Relaxing

Our 2nd stay at the Villa. Love the amenities, quiet neighborhood, access to bike trail and beaches. For a tranquil and worry free stay in SW Florida, this is the place.

Great house

Very clean, great pool. We spent most of our evenings relaxing in the pool recuperating from golfing. Thank you and hoping we can rent it again next year.

We are surprised with your comment about the mattress as it seemed fine when we were there in November but we will certainly get our manager to check it out and will get it changed if necessary.

Perfect holiday

This house is made for a perfect stay. Beautifully presented, well spaced accommodation enabling privacy for all and immaculately clean throughout. Nice pool outlook at the back of the house and we enjoyed staying here for the 4th of July watching the fireworks from the local community. All amenities provided such as beach equipment, pool towels etc. Plenty of useful information regarding local area and recommendations provided by host. Would definitely return!

Amazing

We had the most wonderful stay at the villa and were there for a whole month. The villa is exceptional with everything you could want. Very clean and well equipped. We had a few issues which were sorted out immediately. The owners were very easy to contact and very attentive. All in all we had the best time and would recommend it to anyone. Would love to go back.

Rotunda, FL

Owner and management were excellent to deal with. We had several problems while staying there but their response to our issues was top notch! The sunsets looking over the pool and golf course were fabulous. The home set up gives room for everyone to spread out. Some items in the kitchen need replacing which they are aware of and will do for the future. We hope to return some day.

A hidden gem!

This home has it all! Two master bedrooms, four baths, a pool, giant lanai, and super quiet neighborhood. We had a fabulous stay and the property managers were amazing when we had a human error on our part!! Thank you for such a comfortable home away from home! It is super close to beaches and fabulous food. If you like golf, 3 courses await you without ever leaving the neighborhood. There is quite a bit of construction due to rebuilds from Hurricane Ian but it is still very quiet and all the waterways have tons of fish! I highly recommend this home. Be sure to note that your money is converted because the owners are in England so your bank may charge you a fee upon renting.

Beautiful villa!

Our family of 5 enjoyed the villa and all the amenities. The pool is wonderful which we utilized every day, sometimes morning and night. The house is very well maintained and the check-in process was smooth. The area of Rotonda West is a peaceful area away from crowds. We did a lot of driving on this trip and it is about 10 minutes to get in and out of Rotonda. We enjoyed the wild life around the house and my husband went golfing each day. He golfs about 3 times a week at home and his review of the course closest to the villa was excellent. Several times I could watch him golfing from the villa. We all took a bike ride one evening and enjoyed the bikes. The coolers and beach chairs were very nice as well. Our favorite beach was Siesta Key beach which was about a 75 minute drive but worth it. We also spent a day at Busch Gardens and Clearwater beach. We had a couple minor issues at the villa that were corrected promptly by the management company. Overall a great accommodation.

Relaxing Getaway

Our stay was excellent. Maintenance was very helpful and quick to respond when the power went out. We loved the house and having our own private pool to relax before going to the beach each day. We also enjoyed watching the golfers play across the water way. The only thing we wished we saw was an alligator. The home is large enough to give everyone their own space to spread out. The kitchen was also filled with all the necessary materials to cook each day. We loved that the rental came with beach chairs and umbrellas so we didn’t have to pack them. We would definitely stay here again.
