THE HOUSE IS A 1.5 KM FROM THE SEA AND A FEW HUNDREDS OF METERS FROM THE PINETA THAT LIES ON THE SEA BLUE FLAG OF CASTIGLIONE DELLA PESCAIA. RENTALS ONLY WEEKLY. INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL USE OF WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING, BICYCLES AND BEACH EQUIPMENT.

Posizione strategica

L’appartamento è molto grande e si sta bene in 8. Dispone di tutto ciò che è necessario per una vacanza al mare. La doccia fuori è molto comoda per lavarsi. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Altamente consigliato.

Villetta graziosa e pulita ben collocata,ma con dei particolari migliorabili.

Graziosa la location,ma sicuramente migliorabile nel complesso. Riparare le zanzariere rotte alle finestre e magari aggiungerne una nella camera /salotto .Aggiustare l'armadio a cui cadono le ante,eliminare l'amaca strappata dal giardino. Sostituire le biciclette arruginite e magari dotare la casa di accessori ,come scope e accessori per le pulizie nuovi,dato che quelli presenti erano logori e vecchi. Piccoli dettagli che danno un immagine migliore per quanto riguarda l'attenzione all'ospite. Gentile e disponibile la proprietaria. Fantastico mare,splendida località.
