About the host

little old me grew up mainly in Lancashire but travelled around a bit due to my dads work, my title would be manager but a better description would be 'general sort out everything manager' in a bar & restaurant with a little bit of property lettings. I strive to make things better - so I am open to comments to improve.

Why they chose this property

Fabulous cottage which I lived in for many years - I love its features the original 1907 stone stair case to the high beamed vaulted ceilings but it has a contemporary feel to it. I had fitted a unusual large french cast iron bath which is a luxury in itself, a new cream log burner has just been fitted and is a focal point to the open plan living area. Gas central heating throughout with instant hot water combination boiler.

What makes this property unique

5 minutes to the motorway networks, M6, M61 & M65 - 1 min walk to gym, pool and childrens play area.
