Some unpleasant experience

The apartment was clean, large and bright. There are everything you need, exept....towels. Not for the hands, not for the body. We had to buy them in the nearest shop. So it was additional luggage in our suitcases. For the first time in our "apartment practice" we were firmly determined by the time of arrival and departure, not given the chance. We asked to give the opportunity to leave the apartment at 10: 00 (as written in the contract !!!), but it was defined the time 8:30. So we had 2 free hours with the children at the bus stop. It was unpleasant....

Nous sommes ravis que l’appartement vous ait plu. Les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas stipulées dans le contrat ni sur aucun des sites de location. Même dans nos nombreux échanges de mails. En revanche, le linge de lit vous a bien été fourni. Vous avez convenu avec la conciergerie GROOMLIDAYS, votre heure de sortie. Celle-ci n’a pas pu prendre en compte la modification de dernière minute de votre heure de départ. Nous espérons que vous avez pu vous reposer et profiter pleinement des plaisirs nautiques. Super !

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour! L'appartement est très bien situé proche de toutes commodités. Il n'y a absolument rien à redire sur l'équipement de l'appartement il est fonctionnel. L'accueil est remarquable! Franck et sa maman sont des personnes très humaines ! Je recommande vivement de logement pour séjourner à Cavalaire. Merci à vous et à bientôt ! Sandra D.
