Charming holiday cottage amidst nature but not far from Goteborg

During the winter season (01 October - 31 March) we only rent monthly, at least 1 calendar month. However, special prices apply where electricity is not included in the price.
Close to nature winter cottage holiday home located in beautiful Nedflo surrounded by forest and lake. You need a car or other means of transport as it is 7 km to Hindås and public transport. The price may go up and down slightly depending on demand at the current time. As a rule, it is cheaper to book early.
The house, which is about 52 square meters, consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed), kitchen and living room with an open floor plan and wood stove. Bathroom with shower cubicle. The cabin is adapted for a maximum of 4 people, primarily 2 adults and 2 children, but also works with a different composition. There is also access to an extra guest bed if additional sleeping space is desired. Washing machine and dryer are available. Also included are barbecue, garden furniture, stereo, TV (via Chromecast), DVD player, some DVD movies, kitchen equipment, toilet paper, bed linen and towels. The house is partially adapted for the disabled in the form of a ramp up to the front door and removed thresholds.
Previous owners had disability support in the form of a walker indoors and a wheelchair outdoors. Somewhat cramped with a wheelchair indoors but works with a little benevolence.
Internet is available and Wi-Fi. .
In Hindås, there is free shuttle parking if you want to use the bus or train. The timetable is available on Vasttrafik and you are looking for a trip from / to Hindås station in Härryda. Good connections with Gothenburg.
Arrival and departure times are set to 14.00 and 11.00 respectively in the event that the cottage is occupied the day before or after. In other cases, these times can be changed by agreement.
The house is about 20 minutes from Landvetter airport and about 35 minutes from both Gothenburg and Borås. You have both the big city close by but live close to nature.

holliday in the nature

The apartment is very good, you can tell that it is used privately by the landlord. Everything is there, from the barbecue to the fireplace with firewood. Thank you very much for the great week. We are happy to recommend this.

Beautiful cottage with nice trips arround

The cottage has a good location with nearby shopping possibilitys. We got some very god Tips from Tord, the landlord, wich places we could travel arround.

Een knusse vakantie woning in een mooie omgeving

Deze knusse cabin bevat alle basis benodigdheden die we nodig hadden. Ik genoot elke ochtend van mijn ochtend wandeling met mijn hondje rondom het meer heen vanuit de cabin, zelf liep ik hier een uurtje over. De eigenaar Tord is een hele vriendelijke man die erg behulpzaam is en met ons mee dacht en tips gaf. Het is dat we elk jaar een nieuw land willen zien anders waren we zeker terug gekomen. Ik ga vooral het bjuasjon meer en Omgeving missen….

Einfach nur schön!!

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern dort und wir fanden das die Ausstattung sehr gut war. Der Vermieter ist toll und kümmert sich um alles! Die Location war für uns Ideal. Ein schöner Badesee, Angelsee alles sehr nah am Ferienhaus. Göteborg ist auch nur einen Katzen Sprung entfernt uvm. Immer wieder gerne. .☺️ Die Strassen sind gut befahrbar nicht so wie vorher beschrieben. Thx Tord to care for us..🙂

Peaceful retreat yet close to city delights.....

Mr. Warmenius' (Tord) and his daughter's cottage is a fully complete and comfortable lodging. We stayed 9 days and used it as a base from which to see many interesting and lovely sights in the surrounding southern Sweden area and also to take day trips to the cities of Gothenberg and Trollhatten. Neither are long driving distances. Locally, many forest walks are available as the cottage backs up to trails and the woods. Bird song abounds and aside from the occasional vehicle all is tranquil and quiet. I found the swimming beach delightful and within walking or easy biking distance. The cottage is quite private and fully equipped. Self-catering is a welcome relief from looking for restaurants every day. The kitchen is particularly well appointed. That said, the pizza place in Hindas was quite tasty. There is no TV reception so, we chose to take the optional WiFi. It was reliable and fast enough for basics. Tord is a friendly and helpful man. He is a font of local knowledge and also can advise on many if not all things Swedish. He is well traveled. His own home is a couple houses down the road and he will check in on you daily to make sure all is well. We would definitely consider staying here again if in the area.

Perfect place to have some quiet and relaxing days

Super nice cottage with all you need.

Very cosy cottage surrounded by woods and lakes. Very silent for pure relaxing. Everything you need is there. Landlord is very kind and helpful. Has a lot of proposals for sightseeing and enjoyment in the neighbourhood. Many thanks, Tord. From cottage you have easy access to Gothenburg on motorway in around 35 minutes. No disturbance at all from nearby Landvetter airport.

beutifull and good service

when we came we meet Tord the owner a very friendly and warm host he gave us a quick tour and we quicly found out we could had saved half of our packing as Tord had provided with most ..there was coffe in the kitchen and meet in the freezer ..you dont see service like that everyday .... there was a booksheel full of dvd´s and games for the evenings and he had made a "book" full of usefull information about both the surrounding area but also about most see places in sweden ...... me and my family has visited many places and never been unhappy about our stays but we most say this is the best service we have ever seen and have already desiced to return to Tord´s lovely cottage next time we go to sweden i can HIGHLY RECORMENT this cottage both if your alone, a couple or a family up to 4 ...and dont even get me started on the lovely beach close by or the beautifull landscape around the house ...our family gives it a 10 out of 10 both for the service the landscape and the price Thank you Tord From Lars, Anne and our son Nicky

Nice and comfortable cottage

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay in this cosy cottage! The cottage provides you with all you need, from flash lights to very dry wood for the fireplace. It has a veranda for a (evening) drink, a garden to play some Kubb, for example, and a nice view. Furthermore: enjoy the silence since it has no neighbours and traffic is low. Owner Tord provides you with all information you need: about Sweden, its surroundings, tips & tricks. We did some really nice hikes with the kids, in the forrest and around some beautiful lakes. All in all, a beautiful part of Sweden to visit and a very nice holiday house to stay in.

Nettes Ferienhäuschen in ruhiger Lage.

Der Vermieter Tord , der in der Nähe wohnt, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit Er kümmert sich um seine Gäste, und ist ständig bemüht Ratschläge für Touren oder Ausflugsziele zu geben. Das alleinstehende Häuschen bietet einfachen Standart, ist ruhig gelegen, ohne direkte Nachbarn. Die Gegend bietet optimale Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Radfahren, Angeln, Bootstouren oder auch schwimmen. Es liegt ein Gästebuch aus, wo reichlich Freizeitmöglichkeiten sowie Attraktionen empfohlen werden.
