Lovely house and we’ll located

The owner was very helpful in providing information to plan our week’s stay. The house itself is spacious, well equipped and located a few steps away from the Lot river. A calm and relaxing location and ideal for warm evenings in the garden after a day’s sight-seeing.

Great house. Really clean and equipped with everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Any queries we had prior to our stay were responded to very promptly. Good location for visiting the area.

Peace and tanquility

The owner was very helpful, providing lots of useful information about restaurants how to get around. The villa was perfect. A lovely pool and plenty of space.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at Sans Souci, the house is beautiful, very well-equipped and even bigger than it looks in the pictures!! The pool was excellent and very much enjoyed by our 5 and 2 year olds. It’s an excellent base for visiting the local area, we especially recommend “le Chaudron Magique” farm, we had a wonderful morning making bread, cheese and milking goats.

Family Holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in Clairac. The house and garden are amazing and so well equipped. Jill was so helpful throughout the stay. We spent most of our time in the lovely garden and pool. We visited lots of great places, including a farm where we made our own bread and cheese and milked goats! Try Aquafun Park, which was like Total Wipeout and such fun! L’Equelle D’Or is a fab restaurant in Clairac and definitely worth a visit.

Spacieuse maison toute équipée, grand terrain, piscine au top, le Lot au pied de la maison, séjour reposant 👌 Propriétaire et associée très sympathiques et arrangeants. Vous passerez forcément un super séjour !

A classic French house perfect for family holidays

Sans Souci is a lovely classic French house on the banks of the river Lot. We stayed for 2 weeks with between 9 and 4 of us...at all times a very comfortable stay. The house is very well equipped with gas barbeque, pool and lots of kitchen stuff so no shortage of pots and pans... also perfectly situated with a good sized local Carrefour in walking distance....Clairac is across the river and has some free tennis courts which we all used. Also has a lovely "beach" on the far side of the river which is great for relaxing and swimming in the river...reasonable bar / restaurant next to the beach. The local area as many local markets as well as the local prune delicacy ( prune museum worth a visit) . We also cycled a bit and good rides marked out following the course of the river in both directions....

Vacances géniales !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique maison. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et la personne a été disponible au cours de notre séjour. La maison est très bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous venions avec 5 enfants âgés de 6 ans à 1 an qui ont adoré le grand jardin et la piscine. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter l'année prochaine.
