Palm Tree Villa oli arkkitehti suunniteltu ja uudelleenrakennettu 6 vuotta sitten, se on kokonaan uusittu. Villa tarjoaa täydellinen paikka kaiken haluamasi omalta Barbados loma.
Tilava Asuminen ja ulkona yksityinen tila tarjoaa kodinomaisen tunnelman, joka tarkoittaa loma alkaa heti annat omaisuutta.
Olemme asentaneet painevesilaitteisto ja säiliö, jonka avulla voit nauttia täysin suihku, vaikka sähköverkkoon paine käännetään alas saarella, aikoina kuivuus. Aurinkopaneelit varmistaa kuumaa vettä ja varmuuskopiointi sähkövastus tukee niitä.
Suuri maanalainen sade vesisäiliö antaa vettä kastelujärjestelmän että vedet puutarhassa yössä, pitäen puutarha näköinen kaunis.

Villa on mukavasti kalustettu rento, nykyaikaiseen tyyliin. Pääsisäänkäynti ovi aukeaa avara oleskelutila / keittiö, ruokapöytä istuin 8 ja siirtomaa rottinkikalusteet. Erillinen TV-huone on varustettu 50 "Smart TV, koko talo on tuettu Wi-Fi. Lounge ja tv-huone on kova puulattiat. Loungessa ja keittiössä on 2 ilmastointilaitetta, 2 kattotuuletin lounge-tilassa ja yksi TV-loungessa.
Keittiö on hyvin varustettu liesi, amerikkalainen tyyli jääkaappi / pakastin kylmällä vedellä ja jään annostelija. Astiastoa ja lasit, kuten akryyli uurteita käytettäviksi ulkona, 8. Kompakti astianpesukone ja 17kg pesukone.
Pohjakerroksessa on 3 makuuhuonetta (1 kylpyhuone) ja perheen suihkuhuone / wc. Ainutlaatuinen 1. kerros Master Suite on saavutettu kovan puun portaat. Kaunis huone kova puulattia ja holvattu "peitattu" katto luo kaunis tilava huone, jossa Yhdysvaltain King Size (UK Superking), sänky. Suuri suihkukaappi, w / c ja marmori, peilattu turhamaisuus alue. Walk-in closet / pukuhuone on runsaasti roikkuu ja säilytystilaa ja talot henkilökohtainen turvallinen arvotavarat.

Makuuhuone 2 on kaunis lehtipuu queen (UK King) oma suihku / wc, marmori alaosa on suuri peili ja seinäkaapit.
Makuuhuone 3 queen (UK King) ja seinäkaapit, jakaa perheen suihkuhuone ja wc kanssa makuuhuoneessa 4, joka on queen (UK King), vaatekaappi laatikkotilaa ja peili.
Kaikissa huoneissa on täysi ilmastointi ja kattotuuletin. Kaikissa huoneissa on hiustenkuivaaja ja hyvä ripustustarvikkeet.

Ulkopuolella peitetyn terassin, jossa on pöytä ja istuimet istuvat, tarjoaa ihastuttavan varjostetun alueen. Hyvin hoidettu puutarha nauttia ympäri vuoden väri lukien upea "Flamboyant" puu, jonka jälkeen tie on nimetty! Taka puutarha on tilava ja yksityinen ja pieni pyöreä pöytä ja istuimet. On 6 täysikokoinen sohva käytettäväksi altaan vieressä. Vesiputous altaaseen kytkeytyy automaattisesti, istuin sisällä allas on hyvä paikka jäähtyä. Allas säilyy kahdesti viikossa loman aikana.
On ulkopuolella suihku ja ylimääräinen w / c altaan vieressä. Terassin vieressä on erillinen baari, jossa on pesuallas ja jääkaappi. Neljä polttimen Charbroil-kaasugrilli, jossa on kaasua.

Mukana oleskelu on jäsenyys Beach House, kaunis Beach Club sijaitsee rannalla, näkymät Karibian. Vain 4 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Beach House on vain jäsenille allas, jossa on lepotuoleja ja suora pääsy rannalle. Beach House on myös kaunis baari ja ravintola vieressä jäsenten alueella ja on tunnettu Sunnuntaibrunssi, suosittu harrastus saarella. Vieressä sen sisar rantabaarissa Drift, nykyaikainen loungebaari etsii suoraan ulos yli valtameren on täydelliset puitteet auringossa masentava (tai kaksi)!
Sandy Crest Medical Centre on 300 metrin päässä ja tarjoaa 24h palvelu. (Käänny vasemmalle pois Villa, se on lopussa Flamboyant Avenue).

Sen erinomainen sijainti arvostetun Platinum West Coast, olemme varmoja että viihdyt Palm Tree Villa. Rannat ovat kauniita, ihmiset ystävällisiä ja ravintoloissa erinomainen. On hyvä loma!

I could have written this review from the first evening of our arrival because the villa and location was perfect for us from the start to the end of our vacation. The pictures don’t give the villa justice. We found it to be clean, well curated and comfortable. There is a television there but no one in our party of eight adults turned it on. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. We didn’t get to use the bar area or barbecue grill because we were so busy eating out at nearby restaurants. Maybe next time, as we do intend to book this villa again. We were mindful to turn off the a/c units when going out for the day as we are aware of the high cost of service on the island. Special thank you to the housekeeper Deborah, she is good at what she does.

There were three couples and one single in our party. The home was well equipped for our stay and we were able to cook several meals both inside and outside. Shopping, restaurants and the beach were all a short walk making the area perfect for our needs. The host and their team were friendly, informative and quick to respond to any questions we had about the house or area in general. We would absolutely recommend this property for your trip to Barbados.

We had an amazing time staying at the villa. The description of the property is accurate with the beach a short walk away, a variety of food options nearby and easy access to public transportation. Lovely well equipped villa in perfect location

Just returned from an amazing 2 weeks in Barbados staying at Palm Tree Villa. Beautiful Villa which is well equipped with anything you could possibly need. Perfect location for shops and restaurants and Holetown beach where you can swim with stingrays close to the beach, Bus stop is very close so you can explore the island on the reggae buses. But equally lots of taxis available. Can’t wait to return

Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful time in a great villa. All rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The bathrooms were clean and of a high standard. Kitchen was well equipped but a tad bit old. The villa had a big garden und a lovely pool area. We loved it there and would return any time to have another vacation.

Beautiful Villa, Perfect Location and First Class Hosts

Pine Tree Villa really exceeded our expectations, which were already high! The villa (including its lovely garden, pool and outside areas) is beautiful with everything you could need and many additional extras and nice touches (travel adaptors, hairdryers in each room etc ) that in many ways make it feel more like a five star hotel than a self catering holiday. The location is perfect with beautiful beaches a two minute walk from the villa, the supermarket a five minute walk and a bus stop just behind the villa to take you pretty much anywhere on the island you want to go. Fabulous restaurants and bars on the doorstep too. Jules and Michael were incredibly helpful with first class communication from the minute we booked to our final day when they wished us safe travels home. I’d be back in Pine Tree Villa in a heartbeat!

Excellent host and accommodation

This property is well appointed in a great location. It is spacious, clean and well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is comfortable furnishings and beds for upto 8 adults. There is a very pleasant garden and plunge pool ideal for cooling off. The local beach is only a couple of minutes walk as is the beach club with its changing rooms toilets and sun beds. There are an array of shops bars and restaurants all within a very short walk of the property. There is also a very good supermarket very close by as well as a medical centre. It’s hard to imagine a more convenient location and a car is not necessary- however there is ample parking too at the villa too! Michael and Jules have been terrific hosts and the local team manage the property to a high standard. We had a great family holiday at the villa and we have no hesitation in highly recommending the villa.

Another Great Visit to Palm Villa

This was our second stay at Palm Villa and we had another fantastic time. The villa and all of its amenities were great. We had everything we needed. The owners went above and beyond by installing an additional security lock in advance of our arrival when we shared concerns about our younger daughter leaving the villa over night. We’re already looking forward to returning.

Best Holiday in Palm Tree Villa

Palm Tree Villa is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. The whole experience of booking and dealing with Jules was exceptional. We had our flights cancelled due to a hurricane and there was a lot of back & forth to sort this all out and not loose out on our holiday. Thank you for your patience Jules! We didn't get to meet the property manager but they were in contact via WhatsApp if we had needed them. There is a concise manual in the villa which tells you everything you need to know for trips, restaurants, beaches, taxi & buses. The villa itself is spacious and well-maintained, and had everything we could possibly have needed for our stay & the air-con is a welcome relief. All the beds are fantastic & comfy, lovely big American style ones. Got to watch Wimbledon on their TV which was a pleasant surprise for me! The outside space is great and the pool is ideal to pop in and out of from the heat. The location a few minutes walk to restaurants, supermarket & the beach club (which they have passes for in the villa). Thank you Jules and Michael, you have a beautiful home in Barbados.

Magnificent!

I don’t know where to start with this property. It is absolutely beautiful, I actually don’t think the pictures do it justice. It immediately felt like home, it had everything we could possibly need. Communication from Michael and Jules was wonderful, they were very attentive and made sure that they were able to meet our individual needs. We travelled with a 8 month old and they ensured that we had a suitable cot for her. In addition, we were unaware that it was a bank holiday the day after we arrived, which meant we’d be unable to buy food from the supermarket, so the hosts arranged for essential food items to be waiting for us on arrival. I can’t begin to express how grateful we were for this. Both the house manager and housekeepers were just as lovely and attentive, everyone we came into contact with with regards to this booking was absolutely wonderful. The location of the villa is so close to bars, restaurants and shops and was just perfect for us. We would absolutely stay here again and I’m just sad our trip wasn’t longer.

Perfect Holiday in Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Tree Villa - it really is a home away from home. Communication with the property owners and the property manager were very good. We had a smooth check in and enjoyed our stay very much. The location is brilliant - a large supermarket is a few minutes walk away, as well as some local restaurants and bars. Access to the beach club is a wonderful bonus. We would recommend Palm Tree Villa as a great place to stay in Barbados.

Wonderful Villa in fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Tree Villa - a group of 7 of us. it was really comfortable and spacious. The open plan kitchen living area worked really well and was a lovely sociable area we could cook, eat and relax together. The bedrooms were perfect with fans and air con to keep cool. We also made use of the BBQ/outside area which was nicely protected from the mosquitoes. Jules was very helpful with tips and advice before and during the stay. Jan and her team looked after us well and were great responding to any questions we had. We loved the pool and garden where we did morning yoga, sunbathed and relaxed. It really is a well planned place for a family or like us a group of friends to stay. The location was fantastic. Close to everything. We used the beach club most days, local supermarkets, great restaurants and above all the beautiful beach with sunsets. We explored the island beyond by bus and car. Bus stops are very near to the villa and are very frequent. It is a great island to discover and we had a wonderful memorable holiday, in wonderful surroundings. Would love to return. Palm Tree Villa - You've been amazing

Such a perfect villa in a fantastic location. This villa has catered for everything you could possible need. We have had a fabulous holiday, wonderful memories made. The owners, housekeeper and cleaning lady Deborah have been brilliant, always very helpful and attentative. Highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Holetown.

Fabulous Holiday In A Wonderful Villa

Our family had a fabulous time at this wonderful villa. The service from Jules and Michael was superb right from the time we booked. Nothing was too much trouble great advice and guidance around airport transfers, hire cars etc thank you Jules😊 The villa was so well equipped it had everything you could possibly need it really was home from home and more. The ice maker on the fridge was fantastic😊 The pool was perfect for cooling down after a relax on the sun loungers😎. Late afternoon the rooftop terrace was great for catching the last rays. Location was excellent it was central to holetown close to beaches, restaurants and shops. The team looking after the villa were always on hand if there were any queries. We will definitely use this villa again. Thank you Jules and Michael for making this wonderful villa available to our family.

We loved the outdoor area it served our needs quite well. All matters that happened were immediately taken care of. Property owners are a pleasure to deal with. The pool was lovely! We had to request that 2 more pillows be dropped off and they were there that afternoon. The service people that needed to come for different reasons were prompt. My husband and I loved Barbados and would like to return again. This time we will need a larger home as we have a very large family.

Exceeded our expectation

Our family created wonderful memories at the Palm Tree Villa. The hosts were very accommodating, and the property manager and housekeeping staff were helpful and attentive. From the large and beautiful bedrooms to the extremely well equipped kitchen, the property exceeded our expectations. We certainly hope to stay at Palm Tree Villa again. Fantastic family accommodation

Lovely property which for our family of 6 adults & 1 infant worked really well. The BBQ & pool were really good & allowed us to have some really great family time whilst our baby needed to be in house. Location is great, with a wide range of restaurants to suit pocket & style. Only negative for area was high cost of taxis. They charge per person & not vehicle so a 5km trip was costing 50 US. Thanks Michael & Jules for excellent help & communication.

We are Michael & Jules, a professional English couple who enjoy travelling and love beach holidays that offer a blend of activity and relaxation. We are both foodies and love eating out, enjoying international cuisine and sampling the local specialities.
We started choosing villa stays over hotels several years ago, finding the freedom that it offered, better suited the way we wanted to spend our holiday time, enjoying the privacy of having our own living areas and pool.
That's why we chose Palm Tree Villa! We have visited Barbados many times and love the fun and friendliness of the people we meet on this beautiful island. The sun, the sand and the Caribbean Sea collide to make Barbados a perfect location to spend time with friends and family or enjoy quite time and romantic walks along its many soft sand beaches.
We live in the UK but will visit as often as we can. When we are not staying in Palm Tree Villa we will rent or swap it for similar properties around the world.

Location, Location, Location! We wanted a property that gave us access to all that Barbados had to offer and a place that first time visitors to the island could feel comfortable, knowing that everything they need is on hand without having to hire a car if they didn't want to.
Palm Tree Villa is a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants & bars and the beach club facilities, of The Beach House.
The villa is spacious and feels like a home from home, not a holiday rental and we have tried to make it comfortable as well as practical . It is spacious, allowing families to spread themselves and find their own space.

Palm Tree Villa was architect designed and rebuilt 10 years ago and stands out among its neighbours as the only 2 storey house on the street. The pool with waterfall and coral stone arch surround, has been beautifully designed and is a great place to relax at any time. The roof terrace, added in 2018 is a lovely additional space to enjoy.
Simply entering the house, though the gate leading straight into to the garden and onto the arched terrace feels like the entrance to the start of a great holiday
