Appartement spacieux et calme situé au premier étage d'une maison canarienne typique au premier étage avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et une piscine commune. A proximité des golfs, à 200 m de SAN BLAS, point de rencontre avec de nombreux restaurants et boutiques de cadeaux, attraction touristique. Charmant village de pêcheurs Los Abrigos à 2 km à pied accessible par un sentier pédestre longeant la mer.

Appartement 68m2. Convient pour 4 personnes: 1 chambre avec lit double, 2 lits d'appoint dans le séjour. Très grande terrasse 14m2 sans vue mer et piscine. Jour de soleil de 10 h au coucher du soleil.
Situé dans un complexe très propre et calme "Sand Club" à 300 m de la mer avec de beaux sentiers de randonnée le long des falaises. Hautement recommandé !! Voiture non nécessaire, Grand supermarché à 200 m. Des lignes de bus assurent également la direction playa Americas, Los christianos, ....

Great location

The full process was great and he apartment was spotlessly clean. The apartment as a whole is a little tired but this is reflected in the rental rate. The balcony is excellent getting sun all day and is located near the shops and restaurants. We would definitely return again.

A fantastic location spoiled only by the noise of a jackhammer from 8.00am till 6.00pm every weekday in the apartment below us. Not the owners fault obviously but would love to go there again and get the peace and quiet we went for.

Lovely complex

The apartment had everything you need including washing machine and dishwasher. Fabulous Seaview overlooking the pool. Only downside is lack of air con except ceiling fans but at 38 degrees an aircon unit would be better and apartment is dated but clean and serviceable.

Filthy apartment

The whole apartment was filthy. We arrived to find dirty cloths in washing machine, used toiletries in bathroom, which included a used disposable razor, endless amounts of face cream, sun tan lotion, tooth paste, tooth brushes and a dirty hairbrush. How disgusting is that. We contacted the host on arrival who didn't answer or return our call. The headboard was nailed to the wall with 2 large screws which stuck out from the wall. The hob, sink and work surfaces were filthy. So bad was this apartment we did not as much as boil a kettle. There was a hole in the wall in bedroom where a socket had been removed. On checking out a cleaner arrived, i questioned the cleanliness of apartment only to be told it had not been cleaned since the 16th of October, we arrived 22nd December. Absolutely shocking. The reason it was being cleaned was the owner was arriving that day at 4pm . Obviously she wanted a clean apartment, not giving any thought to paying guests. It turns out there was workmen in the day before we arrived and the host said she didn't have time to get it cleaned. Honestly there was dust everywhere. I urge anyone who is thinking of booking this apartment to think again. The host offered £41 refund, really!!! The pictures online are dated at least 10 yrz ago. Pool area also dirty, we didn't use it either. Be very cautious about this accommodation.

The apartment was well cleaned 21th december the day before your arrival by myself. No dirty clothes in washmachine etc... I am really disapointed in this review because I know this isn't true. The only problem: we reformed the bathroom and the work finished the day before your arrival. We couldn't clean the groundfloor because the silicon must dry in 24h. I apologize for this inconvenience

Prima kwaliteit -prijs

Wat in der advertentie staat klopt helemaal, Dicht bij het vliegveld en kortbij het centrum. De inrichting van het appartement is wat gedateerd, maar opdat je toch veelal buiten leeft is dat niet erg. De slaapkamer heeft een prima 2 persoons ( senioren)bed, In de keuken is alles aanwezig van snelkookpan tot staafmixer, In de badkamer is een nieuwe regendouche en een zeer ruime wastafel. Er zijn ruim voldoende handdoeken en beddengoed aanwezig. Het balkon is zeer ruim en voorzien van een buitentafel met stoelen en 2 ligbedden. Je kijkt op het zwembad en op de oceaan. Bushalte is vlakbij. In het dorp is een supermarkt. Je kunt leuk over de boulevard wandelen naar nabije dorpjes.

Great location would definitely return

The apartment was a bit tired and could do with an upgrade but overall everything you need for a short stay. A great location with a fabulous sea view all amenities at hand bars shops and restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and helpful would definitely return to this apartment we had a lovely peaceful holiday would recommend a visit.

Our home from home on holiday.

This the second time renting here. It is not luxurious but it is very clean & ,comfortable. Very acceptable for our needs. The best feature is the private balcony which gets the sun all day.

We had a great holiday although the weather was not as good as we hoped.
