One kingsize main bedroom, second bedroom double bed and single bed.
Spacious open plan kitchen, diner and living area with TV.
Fully equipped kitching, including microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.
1 bathroom which includes bath with shower + separate shower. Also an additional w/c.
Large patio area with table, chairs and 4 sun loungers.
Newly refurbished Communal pool with bar/restaurant area.

Really nice apartment—very spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. Communication from the owner was excellent throughout.The location is ideal, with plenty of bars and shops close by. The pool bar was nice and friendly, offering food and drinks. The only downside is that the pool area is quite small for lounging, and sunbeds come at an extra cost (3 plus 1 for a mattress). It was also frustrating to see some guests pay for their beds and then leave towels on them all day while being elsewhere.Overall, a very good stay and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

The negatives first There are 3 beds in 2 bedrooms all of the beds need replacing! The main bed literally rocks on its base, dreadful The queen bed the mattress is so thin you can feel the baseThe single bed is even worse, my daughter had hip ache the mattress was so thinNo one slept well for the whole weekThere is only one set of keys for the apptThere is a very steep ramp accessing the apptThe positives! The lounge and kitchen is nice and well equipped and the balcony is huge with a kebab shop/bar literally right outside your back gate step. Nice guys and not noisy though!Good sized fridge/freezer and good quality washing machineThe fans are industrial size so you are coolWould I stay again

Fabulous apartment

The communication before the holiday was excellent and we found it easily, details for checkin were detailed and it all ran very smoothly. We arrived at the apartment prior to checkin, cleaners were present and we were able to leave our suitcases prior to and ready for the checkin time. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday (2 couples). The apartment block has a lovely pool area and the cafe / bar which was open 5 days was excellent. We would definitely book this apartment again.

Week with family

Had a great stay at this well located central apartment. Stayed with my sister and our two sons for a week in October. Location was great: right next to the beach and entertainment and not too noisy but it could be heard at night when the doors were open, fine once they were closed. A couple of the fans in the bedrooms didn't work particularly well and could probably do with being replaced, we knew there was no air conditioning when booking so not a complaint. Only improvement I could suggest is that a second set of towels/bedding would have been handy, as would a second set of keys to the apartment, when the fans are running you can't hear anyone at the front door, but this is just my preference and not a complaint. Had a great stay and would definetly recommend, finally the pool was gorgeous and spotless but you do pay for sunbeds! Apartment

Fantastisch appartement

Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad in dit appartement. De ligging is midden in het drukke gedeelte van Playa de las Americas, maar absoluut geen geluids hinder. Het heeft een heerlijk terras. Alles erop en eraan. Van handdoeken, wasrek, complete keuken tot aan stoelkussens, ligstoelen enz. Wat helemaal fantastisch was is de wasmachine! Zeker met een baby van 6 maanden!

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir waren fĂŒr 20 Tagen in der Unterkunft mit unseren beiden Kindern (3,5) und die haben es sehr dort genossen wie wir. Das Wohn und Esszimmer ist riesig und in der KĂŒche ist alles vorhanden gewesen. Wir fĂŒhlten uns wie "zuhause" und wĂŒrden diese Unterkunft immer wieder nehmen. Leider hatte man auf der riesigen Terrasse nur am Morgen/Mittag Sonne aber dann kann man auch zum Strand. In der Nacht war es mit offenen Fenster leider oft zu laut von der Straße aber das ist nur meckern auf hohem Niveau Es war toll!! Und Kevin der Vermieter auch super!

Alles war top. Hervorzuheben die Sauberkeit! Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage (auch im Objekt selbst), wenn man einige Tage in die Touristenflut eintauchen möchte. Trotzdem relativ ruhig und sicher. Gut ausgestattet. Gutes Preis- LeistungsverhÀltnis. Problemloser Check In. Empfehlenswert.

Winter sun break

Lovey place, very central. Clean, easy communication with the owner. Terrace/ balcony is not on a sunny side, so you don’t feel too hot, but plenty of space for a bigger group or a family. Close proximity to all the food places and shops.
