Menos de 5 minutos a pie del estadio de Kalimarmaro Panateneas (línea de meta de la Maratón). Se encuentra en todos los Zapeio y el jardín nacional. Alrededor de 15 minutos a pie de la plaza Syntagma.
Es un apartamento moderno, completamente renovado y tiene un balcón muy acogedor.

El apartamento es nuevo y ofrece una estancia de lujo a los invitados. Se encuentra a 70 metros cuadrados para que los huéspedes puedan moverse cómodamente en todas las habitaciones. Fue renovado con una gran cantidad de cuidado y amor para crear un lugar moderno para cualquier huésped se sienta especial, durante su / su estancia.
A petición de la reserva, este lugar puede alojar cómodamente a un huésped más (un total de 3 huéspedes) con el uso de una cama de aire individual cómoda (1 metro de ancho) que tiene la altura de una cama individual normal. El vecindario:
El vecindario específico donde se encuentra el apartamento es muy agradable y seguro, pero muy animado, con una gran variedad de restaurantes, cafeterías y bares en la zona. Es uno de los barrios más antiguos de la ciudad con magníficas casas neoclásicas y agradables calles peatonales donde los huéspedes pueden caminar y tener una idea del antiguo centro de la ciudad de Atenas y de la cultura que lo rodea. Muy cerca (2 minutos a pie) desde el apartamento, hay un pequeño supermercado, una tienda de comestibles tradicionales, una panadería tradicional y uno de los mayores lugares de café en la ciudad.

Acceso:
Todos los medios de transporte público están muy cerca de la ubicación del apartamento. Los autobuses y las paradas de tranvía están no más de 2 minutos a pie, así, la estación de metro Acrópolis es no más de 8 minutos a pie del apartamento. El autobús X95, que viene desde el aeropuerto, termina en la plaza Syntagma, que es alrededor de 15 minutos a pie desde el apartamento.
Desde el aeropuerto, puede tomar muy fácilmente, ya sea el tren / metro o el autobús X95 para llegar a la zona de apartamentos (o también puede tomar un taxi si lo prefiere).

The perfect apartment

Nice sized modern apartment with full living room, kitchen and bedroom closets within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. It even has a small washing machine and drying rack. Rena was so sweet and patient with our questions. She left us home made cookies and fresh fruit. Rena and her apartment deserve 6 stars.

We arrived in Athena the day before the shut down of the city beacause of the Coronavirus . Rena the owner, was just great with us . We were suppose to stay 15 days in Athena but we had to leave Greece 9 days later and come back in Canada in emergency because the airports were closing down In all the country’s .Rena the owner, offer us reimbursement without asking and she was really exceptionnal and helpfull . She help us getting a flight out of Greece and she was more efficient than our gvnmts. During our stay she gave us good recommandations on what to do and see in the neighborhood and in the city . We highly recommended this appartement very clean, fully equipped and close to everything. You are in good hands with Rena. Michel et Diane

Een prachtig appartement met een voortreffelijke gastvrouw (Rena). Op loopafstand van het centrum en heerlijk rustig bij t appartement zelf. Dichtbij touristengebied, maar ook dichtbij genieten van gewone Griekse buurt met gezellig eet en drinkgelegenheid. Top dus!

Athens sightseeing

Rena personally met us upon arrival, with apt instructions, helpful information of area, and... helped us celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with surprising us with beautiful cake! Apt is very comfy & cute. We especially appreciated its central location near many important sites. We were able to walk to many, and used the “hop on & off” bus line to get to the rest. Very safe neighborhood to walk. Upon departure, Rena arranged a driver to get us to airport for early flight. Rena is a very attentive & thoughtful hostess, always available for communication when needed.

Rena a été pour nous une hôtesse exceptionnelle. Nous avons eu un accueil extraordinaire. À notre arrivée, nous avions des fruits et des pâtisseries à notre disposition, ainsi que des confitures maison. L’appartement était très propre. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils pour l’orientation dans la ville et un restaurant local que nous avons apprécié, bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons tout fait à pied à partir de l’appartement. Il est plus beau que sur les photos. Il dispose de toutes les commodités. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter.

Perfect stay in Athens

Rena’s apartment was absolutely amazing! Super clean and had everything we needed for our stay in Athens. The apartment is perfectly located where it is close to the city but in a quieter area so you don’t get the city noise. Rena was also a fantastic host as she responded quickly as well as gave us some places that we should go and see! Overall great experience!

Perfection!

This was a fabulous apartment. I highly recommend it and hope to stay there again someday. The host, Rena, was so welcoming. The apartment is immaculate, has beautiful design elements and is perfectly located to experience famous landmarks and feel like you are in a community of local people. Rena explained everything in the apartment thoroughly and was available via text for questions. I read another review that said the apartment is nicer than it looks online and I agree.

Well Appointed Apartment

The apartment is well appointed that would be comfortable living in full time. It was clean and in a non tourist neighborhood but within walking distance of all the major Athens tourist sites. Also, as a regular neighborhood there were all the necessary amenities like restaurants, parks, grocery and other stores within easy walking distance. Rena was a gracious and helpful host and very accommodating and flexible with my request to check in early. Other reviewers have commented on the club just down the street that is loud on weekends. I found this to be a non issue. The apartment has tight sliding glass doors to the balcony with metal shutters that keep most of the noise out. Rena also provided ear plugs. However, I did not need them as a (sleep) sound track on my ipad was enough to cancel the remaining residual noise from the club.

The apartment was just what we'd hoped. All the facilities we required within an open plan space.

Even before we had arrived our host Rena had provided lots of helpful information. On arrival Rena met us at the apartment and showed us round and provided some more local knowledge to help us find our feet. The apartment is within striking distance of the centre of Athens and all the sights. Easily managed on foot. Some of the pavements are narrow and there are plenty steps to be conquered in Athens. There are several nice places to eat close by, Greek, Indian, Chinese, Italian etc. Very close to the apartment are a mini market and bakery. There are plenty ATMs. Be aware that not all restaurants will take cards. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Rena's appartment and would highly recommend booking this property if you feel it meets your needs, you will not be disappointed.

Adorable apartment in a wonderful neighborhood with a gracious and kind host

There's so much that is wonderful about this apartment! It's spacious and renovated (and looks better in person!). It's the perfect sized one bedroom, with a lovely balcony. The bathroom is very nice, there's a washer and dishwasher in the apartment, and It has an excellent and large kitchen. I intended to cook more than I did but the apartment is located near delicious restaurants, cafes and bakeries so I mostly went out. The apartment is in Mets, a tranquil Athenian neighborhood nestled in between the Acropolis area (at most a 10 minute walk) and Pangrati, a friendly and hip area with squares filled with wonderful cafes and tavernas (Varnava square was a favorite of mine). The street around the corner from the apartment has a pharmacy, an amazing bakery, a sweet and small but fully stocked grocery story, and a cafe with delicious coffee which was also a nice place to stop for a drink at night. I stayed for a month so I got to know the area, the apartment and the host, Rena, fairly well. Other people have mentioned this but it's worth repeating: Rena is so kind and gracious and responsive. The air conditioner broke the day after I moved in, on a Sunday, and Rena and her husband were over within an hour to check on it and had the unit replaced within 24 hours. I was so thankful (it was hot!) but also so pleasantly surprised at how quickly she responded and how seriously she takes her guests's comfort. She checked in periodically to make sure I was okay, which was really comforting (I was traveling alone). I also had some complications with my reservation (I needed to leave earlier than expected) and she was so accommodating. I really enjoyed my month here and didn't want to leave. Athens is a lively and energetic city and I enjoyed myself so much: Rena's apartment and hospitality was a huge part of my wonderful experience.

Nous avons choisi de passer quelques jours à Athènes. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce et la propriétaire très très gentille et toujours disponible pour les questions. Superbe appartement au centre d'Athènes

Un grand appartement agréablement décoré, d'une grande propreté et très bien situé pour visiter à pied tout le centre ville. Rena s'est montrée , particulièrement accueillante: réponse rapide, corbeille de fruits et pain à notre arrivée, excellents conseils pour nos visites... L'appartement est très calme, sauf certaines nuits du week-end; mais la qualité de cet appartement et l'accueil de Rena nous ont vite fait oublier cet inconvénient.

this was a very nice property. very close to the original stadium for the 1896 olympics. the host, Rena, is very nice host. She will meet you at the property and give you the complete tour. the property is very nicely laid out, with all the amenities you would need. actually, it is walking distance to all the sites you would visit, including the acropolis, presidential palace, etc. i will caution you, the bed is pretty firm. if you need a soft mattress beware. also, there is a nightclub just down the street. on saturday nights, it is open until 6am sunday morning. bring earplugs. Rena has a friend, Natasha, whose husband, Nikos, is a professional driver and he can take on sidetrips, if you would like. All were very nice and hospitable. overall a very nice place

This property is unique because it was purchased and renovated for own use. It provides guests with our personal style and high quality, not only on the way it is built but also service wise.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The apt is VERY central. In the heart of Mets area, only 200 meters from the Panathenaic stadium (Kalimarmaro) as well only 10 mins walk from the Acropolis museum and metro station.
Its high quality (wooden floor, glass doors, kitchen and bathroom construction)cannot be depicted on the pictures. Guests who visit the place always tell us that it looks so much better than in the pictures shown!
