The Country House, ONLY 3 km. from the SEA, it consists of APARTMENTS Mono, Bilo and Trilocali with pool and FREE WI FI. Open from 19 April 2019 to 31 October 2019. WE ARE ACCEPTING ANIMALS of medium and small size with notice.
Apartment THREE-ROOM N. 1 - N. 4 people- max n. 6 guests - composed of: living room with sofa bed separated by curtain, fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, free WI FI, double bedroom with TV and bathroom with shower, from the living room with a staircase leads to the attic (l ceiling height from 1.85 to 1.10 m) composed of a bedroom with two single beds and a separate full bathroom without a shower, air conditioning in the bedrooms (including the attic)
 and in the living room, safe, terrace of mt. 3 X 3.5, wonderful sea view, equipped with table, chairs and electric blind, private entrance.
For guests it is available FREE: SWIMMING POOL, private parking, games corner, meeting room with T. V., barbecue, gazebo, laundry.
We provide Bed linen and towels for € 10,00 per person and every change required.
The pool is in the country house garden and is only for the guest of the property.

The property is situated in the countryside on a hill overlooking the coast of Porto San Giorgio - Lido di Fermo, offering sweeping views of the sea, reached by ONLY 6-minute drive. The fine sandy beach is about 8 km long with the same seafront, equipped with seaside resorts with Restaurant and free beaches. The bottom of the SEA low.
The historical and cultural city of Fermo is reached with 10 minutes' drive.
The residence is surrounded by hills on which rest small, ancient villages. Here, inside the medieval walls, there are restaurants where you can taste the traditional recipes of the Piceno and its generous wines, also famous are the festivals.
The property is located in the center of the shoe district with its outlets and factory stores

This is an excellent, dog friendly accomadation in the hills of the Marken. Perfect for families, groups, couples looking for a place to relax. The appartment was clean, spacious and had all necessities including air conditioning.From our balcony we had a wonderful view over the hills to the sea. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning.The accomadaton also offers a very nice pool which is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The sea and beaches are 7 minutes drive and the historical town, Fermo is 10 minutes drive. There are good supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Sergio who works there was always super friendly and helpful as were the cleaning ladies.We can recommend this peaceful, comfortable accomadation .

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Anlage!

Eine super schöne Wohnung in einer gepflegten Anlage! Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Zu erwähnen ist, dass es zwar nur 3 km zum Strand sind, die Anlage liegt aber auf ca. 100 Meter Höhe! Mit dem Rad zum Strand ist also auf dem Rückweg eine sportliche Angelegenheit, dafür gibt es einen super Ausblick inkl. Sonnenaufgang. Der Pool ist super und wirklich sauber, allerdings Badekappen Pflicht! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ok, wenn man viel kocht, fehlt eine vernünftige Pfanne, sonst ist alles da.

Wunderschönes Haus und Natur zwischen Bergen und Meer

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr (blumig) liebevoll und durchdacht ausgestattet und sehr gut gepflegt. Der Pool und das Grundstück wird täglich mehrmals gereinigt. Ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Hauswart ist vor Ort. Leider konnten wir uns nur mit Händen und Füßen mit ihm verständigen, da wir kein italienisch sprechen können. 'Wörterbuch ist hilfreich' Zur informativen Einweisung kam eine Frau angereist. Mit dieser und auch bei der schriftlichen Kommunikation mit Carla konnten wir uns problemlos in englisch verständigen. Das Haus ist sehr gut für Gruppen geeignet (viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Gemeinschaftsraum und auf dem Gelände) Im Appartement NO 1 hatten wir zu allen 3 Seiten einen wunderschönen Ausblick. V.a. vom Balkon aufs Meer (mit faszinierendem Sonnenaufgang) und zugleich auf den Pool. Klimaanlage in allen Schlaf-/Wohnräumen. An allen Fenstern und Türen Insektenschutzrollos. Die oberen Schlafräume sind etwas niedrig, zum Schlafen war das für uns aber völlig i.O. Die Nähe sowohl zum Meer als auch zu den Bergen ist eine schöne landschaftliche Kombination. Tipps für die Umgebung (Einkauf, Essen gehen und Ausflugsziele/Events) gab es in einer Mappe vor Ort. Vielen Dank an Carla und ihr Team für einen wunderbaren Rahmen für unseren Familien-Urlaub!

La casa di Carla....

Appartamento conforme alla descrizione della proprietaria, pulito, ben curato non manca nulla. Bellissimo il panorama che si gode dal terrazzino colline e mare veramente incantevole. Abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di settembre luogo veramente tranquillo a pochi minuti d'auto per raggiungere la spiaggia. Siamo stati veramente.

Perfect family holiday

Very well looked after accommodation, loaded with all the necessary details and amenities, with an amazing view and an beyond usual helpful staff. The whole house is made for making the vacation easy, from the bbq fully equipped (including the coal) to the free laundry and a very well arranged pool. The room we had was large enough for 5 of us with a cute balcony and very well prepared before our arrival. The region is very charming, the landscape around is stunning, the beach is 10 mins away and very decent grocery stores as well. And again the staff is extraordinary, despite our very late arrival and various requests during the stay, there was always someone to help us. All in all, this property ticks all my boxes, We Loved it !

Beautiful house and pleasant environment

We are happy that we’ve chosen Carlas beautiful casa. It was a pleasure to stay in this house and pleasant environment away from the busy seaside but with a lovely view to the Mare Adriatico and with an impressive view to the city and the dome of Fermo. Empfehlenswert!

Wir haben hier eine erholsame Urlaubswoche verbracht. Die Anlage mit mehreren Wohnungen in einem größeren Gebäude ist sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber, vom Pool bis hin zu viel Grün drumherum. Sehr ruhige Lage. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Kilometer, gleichzeitig ist man weit genug vom Küstentrubel entfernt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, mit schönem großem Balkon (Blick über die Hügel bis zum Meer), allerdings recht nah an den Nachbar-Appartements. Viele schöne Ziele entlang der Küste oder im Hinterland sind von hier aus gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Zuverlässiger und freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin.

wunderschöne Lage, tolles Appartement, super Urlaub.

Wir haben zum ersten Mal unseren Urlaub über Fewo gebucht und waren dementsprechend etwas skeptisch. Das Casa di Carla hat uns direkt zugesagt, also haben wir unser Glück versucht, gebucht und sind im Nachhinein super zufrieden. Alles richtig gemacht. Wir mussten schnell umdisponieren und sind mit unseren zwei Mädchen (3 Jahre und 6 Monate) sowie Oma und Opa ins Auto und in die Marken gefahren. Es ist wunderschön dort. Mir war ein Haus wichtig, dass nicht typisch Touri schreit und eine ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht und kurzer Entfernung zum Strand hat. Das Casa di Carla hat alle meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Vielen Dank auch an Carla und alle Mitarbeiter. Man wird gut ausgestattet und bekommt zu Beginn die wichtigsten Infos zur Umgebung und Behausung, sollten weitere Fragen auftreten, hilft man da gerne und schnell weiter. Englisch sollte man schon sprechen können, am besten noch Italienischen, deutsch ist da nicht wirklich verbreitet, was mir sogar besser gefallen hat. Hier fühlt sich Italien noch authentisch an und das Casa di Carla ist das perfekte Domizil für die Erforschung der phantastischen Marken. Urlaub zwischen Berg und Meer vereint. Einfach schön.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Lage / Traum-Urlaub

Wir waren Mitte Juni 2017 in Carlas Landhaus und haben eine Ferienwohnung angemietet. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und top gepflegt. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend; man hört morgens nur die Vögel zwitschern. Ein Traum. Das Wetter war fantastisch, jeden Tag Sonne und um die 30 Grad warm. Entweder waren wir im Pool, der übrigens auch sehr gepflegt ist oder wir waren am wunderschönen Sandstrand. Abends waren wir immer sehr gut in der Gegend essen. Es war wirklich ein Traum-Urlaub, und Carlas Mama hat uns wunderbar versorgt und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.
