The apartment is end of terrace and is in a prime position overlooking the central village square in The Old Village and is quietly situated.

The Apartment comprises of an open-planned Lounge/Kitchen and Dining area. The lounge has Cable TV and has a built-in air conditioning/heating unit. The Dining area seats four and is ideally placed in front of the double-glazed French doors which open up onto your own private terrace, which has further seating and rattan sun loungers outside. The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave & iron/ironing board. From the lounge an inner hallway opens onto two double bedrooms, and a shower room which has a large enclosed shower cubicle, WC and vanity unit. The apartment also comes with free WiFi and free use of a travel cot.

There are two double bedrooms, one comprises of a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds making it an ideal family apartment. We have a rental licence on this property, which is a requisite of Portuguese Law and is required by all Landlords/Holiday Let Companies to provide you with assurance that the property has undergone a full assessment of all safety checks and all is in working order (please note, there are numerous properties within Portugal including the Old Village which are being let without having a rental licence, please beware of such properties as they are being rented illegally).

ā€œThe Old Villageā€ is situated minutes from the centre of Vilamoura and the yachting marina, a unique leisure resort at the heart of the Algarve, with its wonderful climate, award winning beaches and countless restaurants. The architectural design is based on the classical 18th century town houses of Portugal and has beautiful landscape gardens, three pools, variety of restaurants ranging from Cafeā€™s to A la Carte, bars, playground and supermarket.

You must at all times abide by the rules of the Condominium, which are displayed on notice boards throughout the Village. Please note, during busy months a charge may be levied by the Condominium for the use of sun loungers at the Pools.

When booking during peak periods please ensure your dates run consecutively with any existing bookings in the same period, otherwise you may be asked to move or cancel your booking.

Nice place to stay, very comfortable and relaxing.Everything you need is onsite. Shop, restaurants and bars, all very friendly and good food. Clean and tidy. Pools very good.

Fabulous Apartment

Apartment was really clean and the terrace was lovely, perfect for our stay. It had all the amenities we needed and the old village is great for a family holiday. Michelle and her property agents were superb hosts. I definitely recommend and wonā€™t hesitate to return.

Wonderful Apartment

We spent a lovely relaxing holiday at this apartment. So convenient within the Old Village complex and only a short walk to the Marina. The apartment lacked for nothing and the host responded very quickly to all my enquiries. She was extremely informative and helpful. I would not hesitate to book again on our next visit to Portugal

Just returned from sunny Vilamoura. The apartment is lovely, ground floor with beautiful private garden which was ideal for sun loungers, and patio area for coffee in morning / wine at night. It's in a perfect position within Old Village for shop and restaurants; literally 15 metres away. The Old Village is spotlessly clean. Marina is also just a short 15min stroll away. Michelle (owner) was extremely helpful and any questions I had were answered almost immediately which was fantastic : thank you! Village,Villafeliterally

Relaxing week in Old Village Vilamoura

The communication from Michelle was great . The apartment is a lovely ground floor apartment in a perfect position in the Old Village . Had all the facilities needed and a lovely private garden for sun bathing during the day or relaxing in the evening. We are regular visitors to The Old Village and this is one of the nicest weā€™ve stayed in . Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family .

Old Village Holiday

We came here for our friends wedding and thought we'd stay extra and make it our summer holiday. First time we had been away self catering as we always book an all inclusive package holiday. Was nice to eat out somewhere different each night and sample all of the fantastic restaurants on the marina. The village is very well maintained, and kept immaculate. The pool areas were also clean and tidy, but can be busy at peak times. Overall a fab holiday with our friends.

Beautiful Old Village, Vilamoura

We (2 adults and 2 children ages 7 & 5) had a wonderful stay in Michelle's apartment. The location is just perfect - we've certainly fallen in love with the Old Village and hope to return very soon. The apartment is great - nice bedrooms, living area, kitchen and bathroom - which has a large double shower that was spotless! The location of the apartment is wonderful - so quiet & pretty yet located literally 15 metres from Casa De Lago - the nicest restaurant on the complex in our opinion! We didn't hear any noise from there at night but so lovely to be so close to everything on the complex. We were lucky enough to see a wedding held there too, which was fabulous! The apartment has a terrace with a table and 4 chairs, and 2 sun loungers are provided which we happily pulled on to the lawned area in front of the terrace. We felt very safe in the Old Village and used just one pool as our children made friends there almost immediately (the one near the park) but all pools looked great. I do a lot of research when planning our family holiday's and rarely write reviews unless I'm very happy. I can honestly recommend Michelle's apartment and can't wait to go back to the Old Village again! Re distance to the Marina - you can certainly walk but our children did moan a bit (lazy!) so the little train is a lovely way to get there or you can taxi (literally 3 minutes) for between 4 and 6 euros. We were told Uber is even cheaper but we used the local firms. The Marina is beautiful to visit both day and night. We had a wonderful holiday thank you!

Fantastic

We stayed 8-22 August on our 3rd visit to the algarve and had a fantastic time. From the start Michelle was brilliant, answering questions promptly making the whole process a very easy one. We used clicktooldvillage, discounted when using Michelleā€™s name, for our transfer from faro which took 30 mins. On arrival we quickly got our keys despite being an hour earlier than check in, note 20 Euro deposit for the pool card. The apartment was perfect for our needs with 2 boys 10&12. The bedrooms are a nice size with fitted wardrobes, the kitchen/lounge spacious and a nice bathroom. The apartment was very clean and we particularly liked the garden terrace area especially early morning and sunset. The only issue we had was that the safe was broken. Within a few hours, Michelleā€™s husband had been round and fitted a new one. The oldvillage is a beautiful setting to relax in. The gardens are immaculate with staff raking leaves up every day!! There are 3 pools, we preferred the dolphin pool as it was a little quieter and easier to get a bed. The beds cost 1.50 euros each per am/pm but thereā€™s also grassed areas. We tended to get 2 beds with an umbrella and also lie on the grass behind, the kids spent most of their time in the pool anyway. The pools open at 9 and usually arrived just after this time and always got a bed, people do queue from 7:30 at the main pool though. Pool attendants come round regularly to collect the charge and remove any inflatables from the pool. Not sure why inflatables are banned but despite this they sell them in the shop. A shop is conveniently located on site, not the cheapest but still cheaper and easier than travelling to find another one. The bars/restaurants on site are varied in style and all serve nice food. Every bar has a happy hour period, they all differ but generally 3-9, where you can get a large beer for 2.2 Euros or a G&T for about 4. If you donā€™t want to eat on site the marina is 20 mins away and is a lovely place for a meal out with everything on offer. Zoo marine is well worth a visit as is aqua show. Most locals take a picnic, rug and umbrella and set themselves up on the grass for the day. This is definitely the best thing to do as the food on site is expensive, isnā€™t great and takes ages to be served. Again we used clicktooldvillage for transport who are located on site. Overall weā€™d highly recommend the old village to anyone and Michelleā€™s apartment is perfect for a family of 4 for 2 weeks.

Great family Holiday

We had a lovely family holiday at Michelle's property. The apartment was centrally located within the old village and ideal for us being on the ground floor as we have small children. The facilities within the apartment was everything we needed and the outside terrace was a lovely place to sit and relax. We highly recommend this apartment.
