Our studio is convenient to all the wonderful activities, beaches and scenery the North Shore of Kauai has to offer. Featuring queen bedding, flat screen TV, fully remodeled bath in Oct 2024, mini frig, microwave, toaster, and lanai making it the perfect spot for your memorable Hawaiian retreat. In the complex there is a large swimming pool, hot tub and barbecue area close to the unit and available for your use. Also close by are bars and restaurants, world famous beaches great for swimming, surfing, snorkeling and standup paddleboarding and world class golf.

Perfect Getaway in Princeville

Nice complex, quaint studio. Lovely pool. Location great for heading north and back to town. Convenient foodland, shops and dining options. Perfect for long weekend.

Great little studio in Princeville

The studio was spacious and situated on beautiful grounds. It was the perfect location for our vacation on the gorgeous island of Kauai. I would rent it again given the chance :).

great place to stay in princeville

Princeville is a great location for walks around the golf course. We had access to the pool, the tenant allowed us to use beach towels, snorkeling gear, sun umbrella and boogie boards. unit is very clean and provided all the essentials, no laundry machines nearby however.

Wonderful experience!

I loved the area of this location. It’s a peaceful and beautiful location that’s close to a few beaches, hikes, shopping, and restaurants. The property manager was really helpful and responsive. I had accidentally locked myself out of the property, and the property manager managed to help me back in while also being in a different state at the time. I would absolutely book this place again!

Tremendous Value

This was the least expensive place I could find on Kauai, but it was still nice: clean, quiet, comfortable, and bug-free (I'm terrified of bugs, and there are a lot in Kauai). It's perfect for a couple, and everything needed was provided, including the bonus items like beach chairs and snorkel masks listed in previous reviews. The owners are being very generous to offer this place at such a low price!

The pool was excellent, clean water, nice chairs and lounges. Gas grills available were in excellent shape. The room was a little small with too much furniture. The shower was nice. Parking was easy to get.

In der Unterkunft hat es stark nach Hund gerochen. Die Duschwanne ist sehr alt und beschädigt. Das Besteck war nicht sauber. Die Wände sind so dünn das man jedes Wort der Nachbarn versteht.

Lage und Umgebung super, Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen

Kauai ist eine teure Insel an sich, weshalb das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in diesem Fall noch ok ist. Die Lage im Princeville ist super und die Anlage an sich ruhig und gepflegt. Das Zimmer an sich ist auch in Ordnung, der Housekeeper könnte nur etwas sauberer sein (Boden wischen und nicht nur fegen, da der Lappen dunkel war, als ich Wasser aufwischte. Aus / hinter dem Kühlschrank entstehen strenge Gerüche, müsste bitte auch gereinigt werden und die Dusche entspricht leider nicht den Bildern. Der Boden der Dusche ist kaputt und der Duschvorhang schmutzig und benötigen dringend eine Erneuerung.

Amazing Stay!

We had such a nice time. The location was convenient and hosts were very pleasant and helpful! Pretty much anything you could need was in the condo which was very nice! Stayed with my fiancé and it was exactly what we needed at a very affordable price. Without this condo we probably wouldn’t have been able to make this trip happen. Thank you!!!!

Quiet Sandpiper Village

Well maintained condo community in a lovely neighbourhood. WiFi performed well, Netflix & ample free parking were appreciated. Owner was very prompt in responding to all questions!

Princeville condo

Unit fit our needs. Comfortable and clean with the exception of the shower. Shower needed the mold cleaned and shower floor needed bleached. Did report this directly to owner. (may need a new house keeper). Had plenty of dishes and utensils for the basic microwave, toaster and coffee set up. Unit was was nicely located by pool and plenty of parking. . Owner provided a nice selection of maps and suggestions of local places and provided coolers and beach toys to use, We would stay here again

Great value for a North Shore studio

The Good: -Beautiful and quiet neighborhood -Fully stocked with beach gear -Great pool / hot tub -Convenient parking right outside room -Comfortable bed -Great price for the area -Foodlands (Grocery Store) right around the corner -Close to Hanalei -Lanai was frequented by a friendly cat The Bad: -No beaches within convenient walking distance (but many are in close driving distance) -Room is quite small (perfect for a solo traveler or a couple who don't mind sharing space). -Lots of clutter below the TV. The spot for the coffee maker was on top of the microwave and adjacent to an electrical tv box. Not ideal when filling up the coffee maker with water and having to be sure not to spill the water onto electrical components. -I feel like the table is too large for the room, especially considering the previous comment. Why have a 4 person table in a tight room that can only fit 1-2 comfortably? There must be a way to better utilize that space, especially since there is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and paper towel dispenser all stacked together below the TV. -Wished the room had AC during the mid-day heat. Could not rely on the overhead fan or breeze to keep cool. -Decorative pillows smelled used the first day. I put them off to the side but still worth mentioning. Maybe it was just my nose. -Fridge smelled strongly of mustard (but worked fine). I had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area. Please take my criticisms constructively, none of them were significant in my opinion and I only bring them up to try to help improve the guest experience. Mahalo!

Fun week, OK room

We really enjoyed the island of Kauai. Sadly our room was not as enjoyable. The shower was very dirty. All of the kitchen ware was dirty. It was very hard to get ahold of the property manager. There was no ac but a box fan which we assumed ac would be present even though not listed. Overall for the price it was disappointing as we stayed there for 9 nights. Luckily without the low price we couldn't have afforded this honeymoon. So an OK room for an amazing trip.

After traveling to Kauai since 2002 for vacation, and after buying the condo in Princeville in 2015, we decided it was time to become more committed to the ocean lifestyle my wife and I both love. So, in 2020 we moved to Kauai from Park City Utah during Covid to be closer to the ocean and to have summer year round. With a mother born and raised on the island of Bermuda, my love for island life started early while visiting her parents, my grandparents. And my wife, a 'left-coaster', spent her youth day tripping with her family to Oregon's beautiful Pacific Coast. And now that we live on Kauai, we are afforded an easier opportunity to interact with our guests. As a former Hotel GM, it is important to me and my wife that the guest fully enjoys their island experience.

Kauai's north shore is the location dreams are made of and our studio condo is situated in the heart of this very special place. It is close to all the North Shore has to offer, from beautiful beaches to scenic golf courses, breathtaking waterfalls, Kauai has it all.
