New house !!!
located 6 km from the beaches of Montalivet, just 1 km from the trail and 600 meters from the village of Vendays and shops.
ideally duplex house for 6 people with 3 double bed rooms.
A sofa bed can accommodate 2 people - troubleshooting only - in the living room.
2 satellite TV. One in the living room and one in the ground floor bedroom.
2 toilets, 1 bathroom on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs.
washing machine and dryer.
1 equipped kitchen.
Clothes line and bbq in garden.
1 large terrace with a large umbrella and a garden.
A large above ground pool 7.30 X 3.75 X 1.32 helps to refresh. This pool is equipped with heating.

Un séjour parfait.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette maison, tout était parfait ! Encore merci aux propriétaires pour le panier gourmand à notre arrivée, de quoi nous mettre en bouche afin de découvrir les délices de cette région. Merci à Madame G pour son accueil et pour le linge de maison qu'elle nous apportait chaque semaine ! Piscine hors sol à 25 °C et idéale pour la sécurité avec de jeunes enfants.

Excellent séjour
Excellent accueil de Sandrine avec un panier garni des produits de la région ainsi que le nécessaire pour le premier petit-déjeuner. Maison très confortable et facile à vivre ; on oublie très vite que le jardin vient juste d'être enherbé et que l'enduit n'est pas terminé. Nous y retournerons !!!!!!!!!!!!

excellent séjour location conforme à la description très propre nous étions 4 : espace suffisant manque peut être un peu de vaisselle mais sinon très bien dans l ensemble et quel bonheur de pouvoir se rafraichir quand on le désire dans la piscine !!! très bon accueil aussi

Superbe maison avec tout le confort ,propreté assurée, sans vis à vis et calme de rigueur, village charmant avec commerces à une minute en voiture! Région très agréable ; entourée des forêts de pins; pour les passionnés de nature et sport: piscine sur place, vélo, équitation , océan à 12 min en voiture !! Relation très cordial et parfaite avec les propriétaires ainsi que Sandrine ! Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour dans cette adorable maison!

Super séjour
Nous avons passé une super semaine à Vendays. La maison est très bien équipée. Tout est là pour s'y sentir comme à la maison. Le barbecue, la piscine, la terrasse et le calme permettent de se reposer et de passer de très bonnes vacances au calme. Les pistes cyclables toutes proches permettent de se rendre à Montalivet très facilement et de profiter du grand marché journalier ou de la plage. Les domaines du Médoc ne sont pas très loin et très intéressants à visiter. Enfin le panier garni de bienvenue et l'accueil de Sandrine étaient parfait. Encore merci.
