About The Owner
We live in the Rochester area and love the proximity of this beautiful, peaceful retreat to our primary residence. Less than 30 miles from Rochester and yet just minutes from the numerous recreational options the Canandaigua Lake area has to offer.

We fell in love with this special gem and dedicated ourselves to its total renovation into a bright and spacious, year-round lake retreat. It is now brand new and awaiting families to which to provide special memories, as it continues to do for ours.

The last hoorah!
This home was the best lake home we have ever rented. We have been renting on the lake for years and truly loved everything about it. From the open floor plan to the large deck and lawn, our family was in heaven. My teenage boys and their friends had room for lawn games and to throw the ball around. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and the king master was quite a treat. The owners were wonderful! WE are looking forward to next year!
Lake House With a Spectacular View
This spacious home and patio made our week fantastic. We traveled to Canadaigua for a family wedding. There were three children and five adults and we never felt crowded. The home provided for all our necessities and was extremely clean. Being only a mile from town you never would have known it. The home had a BBQ, row boat and kayak. Wood was provided by the owner for the fire pits and there were plenty of dishes so we were not always having to run the dishwasher. The view of the lake was beautiful. The owner was very accessible and insured we were satisfied.
