Nice Majorcan Style cottage with capacity for 6 people, situated in a quiet and rural area, near the village of Vilafranca de Bonany.
Enjoy a nice evening on the porch with pool views, having a tasty barbecue or a glass of wine with friends. The 8.5m x 4.5m chlorine water pool is private with a depth ranging from 1.2m to 2m. The sun-filled terrace is the right place for basking in the sun on one of the six loungers. After a bath in the pool you may fancy a quick shower in the exterior bathroom. The plot of this beautiful villa is fenced and there are a few neighbors around.

Giving direct access to a terrace with views over the countryside, the cosy sitting-dining room has satellite-TV and a DVD player. The kitchen with gas hob is fully equipped. Besides, there are two bedrooms with A/C, two twin beds each, a shower bath and a bath with bath tub on the ground floor. One bedroom has access to the same terrace as the living area. On the first floor there's a bedroom with double bed, A/C, a bidet and bathroom with bathtub en-suite. For colder evenings, there's central heating. A laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The villa is just 300 meter from Vilafranca de Bonany, a romantic and quiet village, forming part of the rural area of Pla des Mallorca. The motorway Ma-15 gives easy access to many nice beaches in the East, like Porto Cristo, Porto Colom, Cala Morlanda and Cala Magraner. The city of Manacor is 11 km away, providing restaurants, shops and supermarkets. A 20 minutes' drive takes you to Sineu, famous for its Wednesday Market and the good cuisine.

The air conditioning is available 10 hours a day free of charge. The predetermined schedule is from 9.30-10 pm to 7.30-8 am, although it is possible to choose it. In case you would rather use it more than 10 hours a day, the cost will be 0.50 EUR/hour per each room that features A/C.

Pets up to 5 kg are welcome.
There is exterior parking for 3 cars and a garage with 1 parking space.
The holding of events is forbidden.

Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr schön. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war sehr sauber. Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort und es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage bzw. Die Anfahrt zu dem Haus waren nicht optimal. Selbst mit Navigation war es schwer zu finden. Der Ort Villafranca hat nicht viel zu bieten. Aber man kommt von dort überall gut hin.

Beautiful, cozy and clean

Super schönes Haus in Vilafranca. Der Ort war klein und es gibt dort nicht viel, aber wir wollten Erholung und die hatten wir zu 100%. Das Haus ist super sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Küche hat eine tolle Ausstattung. Man muss mobil sein, damit mal Ausflüge machen kann: alles ist ca. 35-45 min. (In here Richtung) entfernt. Wir haben einen kleinen Hund und der hat es auch sehr genossen. Es gibt genug Platz für alle vor Ort. Der Pool war perfekt gelegen und ab 7 Uhr hat man durchweg Sonne! Wir kommen in jedem Falle wieder und danke auch an Toni (Host/Besitzer) Er war für uns immer erreichbar und sehr unkompliziert. Wir können es insgesamt nur weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful villa with beautiful views!

The view from the villa was stunning and the pool and outside space was all so lovely. Toni was a great host and made us feel welcome and at home and comfortable to use the villa as our own. Everything in the villa was clean and worked perfectly. It could have been easier to find. Some directions would be helpful as the pin dropped on the map wasn't very clear.

Eine Finca wie man sie sich nur wünscht! Sauber, perfekt ausgestattet, klimatisiert, ein toller Pool und eine perfekt Lage! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Strände innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Der Vermieter kümmert sich vorbildlich, versorgte uns laufend mit frischem Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten. Bei der Ankunft waren im Kühlschrank sogar kalte Getränke vorhanden!

Beautiful villa

This villa is a little gem! So quiet and perfect for families (with noisy children as there are no real neighbours) Well equipped, the owner is lovely and brings fruit and veg from the adjoining allotment! The town is quaint and only a few hundred metres away! Highly recommended!

Fantastischer Urlaub

Wir haben 12 Tage in dieser tollen Finca verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und die Finca ist sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber kommt regelmäßig vorbei um den Pool zu reinigen u den Müll zu entsorgen. Darüber hinaus versorgt er einen aber auch mit frischem Gemüse aus seinem Garten u jeder Menge Tips . Es gab nichts zu bemängeln und wir können die Finca bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

breathtaking

This villa is nothing short of breathtaking, with a convivial host and lovely touches to bring you an experience to make memories. The villa is beautiful throughout and the pictures do not do it or the view justice. Hot Air Balloons can be seen in the morning, if your up with the dawn and is well worth the early start. It's modern and comfortable whilst keeping an eye on tradition. The pool is an amazing space as is the 180 degree veranda, many hours spent eating and playing outside. Anthony (Tony) the host visits to keep his vegetable crops, pool clean and rubbish is removed. His attendance is not overbearing (every 3rd day) and I encourage you to spend some time with him, you'll find Tony completely engaging and warm to making your holiday fabulous. He even delivers fresh vegetables, follow some of his Mallorcan recipes and you are in for a treat. The location is somewhat remote, however the local shops in the village sell everything and are all too happy to help if you need assistance, as I did. Lovely fresh produce meat and vegetables readily available as is Dr Oetker pizzas. Beaches: There are so many beaches to visit the choice is simply yours. From: traditional Mallorcan beaches with breathtaking views and little in the way of amenities, to England Abroad and everything in between. All within a 45 min drive and able to choose, however I would stay away from Porto Cristo, the beach to be specific. the town is great with some awesome caves but the beach is very much in tune with those that have small harbors, if you know what I mean. To sum it up, I was tentative as this villa did not have any reviews, we were only the 7th people to stay (2 adults 3 x Boys 7-13) and no reviews meant worried! Do not worry this villa delivers on all levels it is merely the perfect location for you to create your perfect holiday.
