カサマロンは、快適な住宅地で高いレベルのプライバシーを維持しながら、素晴らしい海の景色を提供する目立つ場所に位置しています。 家は大理石の床、エレガントなシャンデリアの照明器具、現代美術で非常に高い水準で装飾されています。 この美しいヴィラを作るのに費用はかかりません。 ヴィラには、スマートテレビ/完全な国際衛星/ CDなどのある大きなオープンプランのレセプションエリアと豪華なノールソファがあります。 全体にwi-fiインターネットアクセスがあります。 素晴らしい海の景色を望むラウンジエリアと広いダイニングエリアがあります。 マスターベッドルームには6フィートの革製ベッドがあり、クローフットバス付きの専用バスルームがあり、景色は素晴らしいです。 壁にはオリジナルのモダンアートが飾られ、トムディクソンのシャンデリアが天井から吊り下げられています。 フレンチルームには2つのダブルがあり、3番目のベッドルームにはダブルベッドがあり、素晴らしい海の景色をご覧いただけます。 ケトル、冷蔵庫冷凍庫、電子レンジ、オーブン、トースター、アメリカン冷蔵庫冷凍庫などを備えた設備の整ったキッチンがあります。 外にはプライベートプールがあり、十分なサンラウンジャー、緑豊かな庭園、屋外ダイニングエリア、バーベキューがあります。 プールの周りのエリアは2019年3月に改装され、拡大され、現在は信じられないほどの海の景色を最大限に活用したより広々としたモダンな環境を作り出している複合デッキで覆われています。

This Villa has got to be the best place we have ever stayed. The location is superb and the villa is amazing and very clean. It feels like you are staying in an upmarket hotel. We have been going to El Campello for the last 12 years staying at various villas and this is the only one I would stay in again, in fact we have already booked for next year. Daniel is an amazing host and the communication with him was fantastic. Can’t wait to be back there.

May holiday

Our second time visiting the villa. The location and view are perfect. We enjoy the area, it has lots to offer. Great beaches, golf courses, bars, cafe and restaurants. The villa is so well equipped, clean and comfortable. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Lovely Property

A lovely quiet property with excellent outdoor areas in a quiet location a short distance from a few bars and restaurants. Beach is very small and not the most attractive but bigger beaches accessible via a car. Tram service gives great access to Alicante. Our first time to this area of spain and wiuld definitely look to come again. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic!

As per all the previous reviews, this house really is amazing. Great location with a beautiful beach few mins walk away. Lovely pool, comfy sun beds, stunning views, very clean, well equipped kitchen, great areas to sit outside, great communication and some amazing artwork to admire too! Couldn’t have hoped for a better place.

Beyond amazing

Our stay at the Spanish villa was amazing and beyond our expectations. The villa was impeccably clean and featured elegant decor with beautiful art and meticulous attention to detail. The panoramic view of the sea was breathtaking, and we enjoyed multiple fantastic outdoor living areas. Don't hesitate—highly recommend!

Gorgeous Property in a great location

We stayed at the property as a family of 6 and really enjoyed our time there.The villa has been perfect for us and without any issue, location has been excellent and weather better than we had hoped for considering the time of year. The views are stunning and we’ll miss waking up to them. There are a lovely cluster of restaurants/bars a 5 minute walk away and a great little shop that opens at 9.30am just around the corner from there.Whilst we used a car, getting around could be easy via the use of the tram.Recommend the beach at Vilajoyosa which is a 15minute drive away.Daniel’s communication was great throughout the stay. He was really helpful in recommending places to go, restaurants to eat at, pricing etc.

Marvellous Villa Massaron

Amazing villa with pool and 180 degree seaview. Both inside and outside of villa is very nice, and Coveta Fuma has some small beaches, and a handful of restaurants. There is also a small grocery shop. For more selection there is a tram connecting the coastal towns with Alicante. You really can enjoy the sun at pooldeck all day long. Problem is you never wanna leave!

Beautiful design, Fabulous views

Casa Marron is a lovely spacious home with a design edge, with terrific outside spaces & views to die for. Daniel communicated really well & prepared us for our arrival with excellent instructions/directions. (Google maps gives directions down a one way road- the wrong way!) Coveta Fuma is quiet & easy to navigate (although a little hilly) with a few restaurants/bar & a small supermarket, and easy access to coves & beaches. The tram is a 10 minute walk, runs every 30 minutes between Alicante & Benidorm with a change for Denia so the car can be left at home. We really enjoyed our 2 week stay and hope to return

Wonderful!

From the moment I booked, Daniel kept in contact, giving me very clear instructions and recommendations. The villa is beautiful, exactly as advertised and the views are stunning. The local tram is so convenient (8 mins walk to tram stop) and reasonable. A short journey takes you to Alicante, Benidorm and many other lovely destinations. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and would happily book again. Thank you.

Stunning Villa

Gorgeous villa in excellent location, tram stop approximately 8 mins walking. Views are amazing! Daniel really is the best host we have ever encountered. Very quick to reply. The oven broke and literally replaced immediately with a new replacement. He most definitely wants your holiday to be flawless and this comes across very strongly. We have already booked to return later this year. Honestly the best villa we have ever stayed in. A little note for future renters, be sure to pack mosquito repellent. Thank you to the host, you deserve excellent reviews. 😁

Beautiful view and a great location

We enjoyed our stay in El Campello. The house is beautifully located with a great view of the sea. The outside area for us is the best aspect of the house. This is were you normally spend most of your time. Good size pool, nice lounge bed and garden. The balcony has a very nice view at the sea. The living room is nicely decorated but an airco there would be nice (or we missed it). The master bedroom has a nice bed and is spacious. The kitchen and the other two bed rooms have everything you need but could use an update (the beds and kitchen). The host is very considerate when having an issue and is very responsive. All in all a very nice accommodation to stay in.

The photos honestly don’t do this villa justice, the views, pool and villa are amazing. Just 2 of us stayed, Daniel’s help was top class, we made a couple of personal requests before arriving, which he did for us, can’t thank him enough. Even responding to our questions incredibly quickly. The only tricky part we found was getting taxis from the villa to El Campello or Alicante, however, if you create an account with Pide Taxi, we used the website rather than the app, you can prebook them, their service was 5 stars. El Campello is teaming with beachfront bars and restaurants, all of them provided excellent food and service, just a short drive away. The beach, which is a few minutes walk from the villa was fantastic, and the small town and supermarket is a matter of a few minutes walk. We will certainly be booking again in the near future, 5 stars throughout

A perfect piece of paradise!

I have to say the photos of the sea views on the property announcement do not do it justice, they were A-MAZ-ING. My favourite time, well, was every time I looked out of the huge floor to ceiling windows at the view. It was quite simply just stunning. The rest of the photos of the property were correct and in keeping with the announcement with no hidden surprises. The main house, gardens, terraces and swimming pool were all well equipped and well maintained. Everything was perfect. Located in a upscale residential area within easy walking access to a small supermarket and a few bars and restaurants. For those without a car, a tram station is accessible 5-10 minutes by foot for a little bit more adventure / entertainment / shopping / sightseeing and for visiting larger towns. Quick and friendly communication with the owner for any queries we had. Thank you so much Daniel for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. We will most certainly be back!!

Something for everyone

The Villa is spacious and well furnished providing us all, 3 generations of 6 adults ranging from 30 to 72 and a 4 and 6 year old, with an abundance of family and personal space. We loved the art work and ornaments which added character to the Villa. The well established garden added interest and privacy and was well used by us during our stay. The pool area was very well equipped with a range of seating and lounging furniture. It was used daily and was a firm favourite with the children (and adults) who began their days with a splash in the pool. Daniel was a great communicator before and throughout our stay. He was helpful and quick to respond to requests for information about the local area. The location of the villa is perfect. Local restaurants, bars and a small cove are only a short walk away as is the tram which runs from Alicante to Benidorm. The tram quickly took over from the car as being an easy and convenient mode of transport . All in all the villa ticked all the boxes, providing us all with a fabulous base for a much needed family holiday.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful home

I stayed a month at Casa Marron with my family and would happily return or recommend this home to friends. The home itself was charming and well decorated, with amazing views of the ocean, well maintained gardens and a lovely pool with large pool deck and plenty of outdoor furniture. While the terrain is somewhat hilly, my family of 4 (including two children aged 9 & 12) had no problem using exclusively public transport for the duration of the trip. I think we only took one cab the entire time, in addition to a private transfer to/from the airport. If you take the Tram, just download the Alicante Tram app to check timetables and be sure not to miss the last Tram home if you stay out for dinner in Alicante, El Campello, Villajoyosa, or any of the other charming towns easily accessible from the Tram. The house was in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful homes and a nice village at the bottom of the hill with a handful of restaurants and a playground for kids to play while adults enjoy a glass of wine or have a pint and watching a football match. You'll also find a small cove with a nice swimming beach within walking distance and you can rent kayaks and paddle boards there as well. Overall, this home was exactly what I was hoping for when searching for a place to rest and relax, with options for city-life & authentic food accessible without the need for a car. It was truly a dream!

Forever Views … Total Perfection!

The property was absolutely outstanding….views from almost every room. Although hard to believe, the property is even more beautiful than the pictures. The garden and deck were simply gorgeous with every inch thoughtfully designed resulting in an overall space that was highly sophisticated and serene with views from almost every vantage point. Each morning we had our coffee on the front terrace where the sea views extended to Alicante and beyond. There were also plenty of areas to relax by oneself, as well as large tables both inside and outside for group dinners. The small town center is just 4 blocks away with a few restaurants and general store that offered fresh baked chocolate croissants each morning that we still dream about! Not far from the house, there were several picturesque small coves in which one could swim or just relax by the sea. The lovely town of El Campello is just 8 minutes by car. El Campello has several large grocery stores in addition to famers’ markets which are held each Wednesday and Sunday. The town also has a lovely beach and restaurants with sea views along the water front. The owner, Daniel, could not have been more helpful and responded in what seemed like seconds to any of our queries. I cannot say enough about how easy he made the process from beginning to end. We traveled as two couples and we enthusiastically agreed…we could not remember when we had had a more relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I highly recommend!

Une magnifique villa décorée avec goût, très fonctionnelle, jardin très agréable avec des lumières pour faire une belle ambiance le soir. Piscine chauffée très agréable au mois d'avril et une vue sur la mer magnifique (seul le cable gâche un peu la vue.) Pour visiter Alicante et ses environs, je recommande fortement cette villa qui donne envie d'y rester. Le plus, les propriétaires sont réactifs et gentils si il y a le moindre soucis.

We have had Casa Marron since 2002 and it has seen some changes over the years, but nothing like the renovation of this winter 2026. We love the area as it has fantastic beaches and its proximity to both Alicante and Benidorm set it apart. We're close enough to enjoy both bvut far enough to escape!

Our property is furnished and finished very much like our home and not a rental property. Everything is finished to an exceptional standard and the VIEWS!!! That's what we love most.
