2-room apartment 47 m2 on 2 levels on the 3rd floor with elevator, living and dining room with 1 sofa bed (140 cm), TV. Exit to the balcony.
American kitchen area (1 hob, top fridge, microwave, electric coffee makers and 1 new Nespresso machine.
Shower WC refurbished.
Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed (160 cm), 1 folding bed (90 cm), TV. Exit to the terrace, south facing Terrace 15 m2.

Großartiger Aufenthalt - sehr gutes Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis

Die Buchung und der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber waren unproblematisch. Der Check-in und die Absprachen mit Audrey waren absolut unkompliziert und rundum perfekt. Die Wohnung entspricht vollstĂ€ndig dem Inserat, alles war sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Die GrĂ¶ĂŸe war fĂŒr uns (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) vollkommen ausreichend und die Dachterrasse war einfach traumhaft (sonnig und windgeschĂŒtzt). Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und haben die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Danke, dass wir zu Gast sein durften.

une semaine détestable dans un duplex triste à tous points de vue, tout est limité en place et en fonctionnalité.La salle de bain trop exigue éclairage défaillant,vaisselle limitée mobiler rustique.Les commandes des télés ont été changées par Audrey heureusement!!Une chance les radiateurs fonctionnaient car le duplex est au nord et le soleil absent.SUPER.

80ans du débarquement

L'emplacement de la location est éloigné des plages du débarquement, mais nous le savions, ceci dit a mon grand désarroi les chiens sont interdits sur les plages de blonville du 15 avril au 15 juin. L'endroit est calme. Le parking privé est appréciable.

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und war sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist aber absolut nicht in Ordnung. Überall war es staubig und die Ecken/Kanten schmutzig und in der Wohnung war es leicht muffig (feucht) - vielleicht bedingt durch die Lage nahe der KĂŒste?!? Die Dachterrasse und die Gartenmöbel sind total verschmutzt. Audrey (Concierge) war sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar.

Nous avons été déçu du manque de propreté de cette appartement.quand nous sommes arrivés le seau avec la serpillÚre au milieu de la salle, des saletés entre le frigidaire et le meuble, pas de four, la table extérieur trÚs sale. Au moment de partir nous attendions la personne qui devait passer à 9h elle préviens a 9h15 que sa voiture est en panne.

Superbe appartement ,résidence tres calme, bien situé a 3 minutes a pied de la mer ,la télévision dans la chambre est un vrai plus a cette période et la place de parking est indispensable. Idéalement situé pour découvrir les plages du débarquement, une tres belle découverte, et les autres villes aux alentours ainsi que le mont Canisy juste en face.
