The cottage has a king-size double bedroom with Juliet balcony, a ground floor king-size double and a ground floor twin. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. There is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. The property also benefits from a utility room and a games room. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, an enclosed patio with hot tub and furniture. Beudy Bach is a wonderful base for your relaxing holiday.

The town of Bala is close by and is renowned as a centre for water sports such as fishing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and whitewater rafting.
