El espacio

La cabina Kingfish es una cabina personalizada de estilo único a orillas del lago Rousseau con todas las comodidades de cualquier estancia de vacaciones bien. Recientemente remodelado para incluir una hermosa sala de Florida rodeado de ventanas con persianas de encargo para abrir y ver la magnífica puesta de sol o cerca de su privacidad.

Este 3 dormitorios, 1 baño casa cuenta con todos los nuevos accesorios y acabados. Great location and very clean

This is an amazing location for the really great view of the lake. Amazing sunrises and sunsets. Check in was very easy and it had everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Perfect location, exceptionally clean

We were THRILLED with the location of this cabin. Close to all the springs, downtown dining and the backyard scenery was picturesque. Extremely clean too! So glad we could find a home away from home!

The cabin was cozy and the view from the living room was picturesque.

The cabin was well stocked with toiletries, towels, cooking utensils, and laundry essentials. The beds were very comfortable. Our family particularly enjoyed sitting by the water and viewing all the wildlife.

Peaceful getaway

Property was clean had all essentials available, close enough to town, but far enough away from the noise. The lake was beautiful, just wish I had a canoe. Overall experience was great and would book it again.

Relaxing Respite

Hubs and I drove up from Naples for a relaxing staycation. Couldn’t have asked for more! The property is welcoming and cozy, super clean. Beds very comfortable, lots of extra pillows and linens. Neighborhood is quiet, and hubby got a LOT of use out of the fishing dock. We will definitely keep this little gem in our favorites and hope to return soon!

Thanksgiving getaway

The inside of the home is very nice. Had everything we needed. The view from the sunroom was the whole reason i choose this property. A very peaceful and quiet location. The yard is very large with beautiful trees. The yard could use a lil sprucing up and a fire pit. All in all we really loved the home and enjoyed our stay.

Fish Camp Extraordinarie

Nicest fish camp ever. Coffee by the lake with birds. An otter stopped by to say hello and gators swam by, but not too close Took our kayak out one day and canoed down the Rainbow River the next. Camp was clean and comfortable. The decor was exactly what it should be. A class act from start to finish.

Nice family retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Our kids fished every day. The water is weedy, so best to use fishing gear meant for fishing in the weeds. There are big fish in the lake. The rental was very inviting for guests right at arrival. We loved watching movies as a gamily at the end of the day in the florida room. Was also close to town and tubing.

Beautiful location, wonderful host.

The location was perfect, the lake is feet from the front door. We spent hours watching the wildlife from the dock. The full wall of windows in the front room were perfect for watching the lightning storms above the lake at night. The house had everything we needed. When we lost power due to a storm the property owner called to let us know they had spoken with the electric company and gave us an estimate on when the power would be restored. We had an amazing time.

Very nice

We had a very nice time staying at this cabin. It was very quiet. We most enjoyed watching the wildlife from the sun room--many different kinds of birds including eagles, osprey, egrets and alligators! We visited many state parks in the area, went on two pontoon cruises on the Crystal River and saw many manatees at different springs. There are nice restaurants in the towns around and grocery stores within a few miles. The cabin is well supplied to cook your own meals, do laundry, etc. The owner was very responsive when I had a couple questions.

I enjoyed a wonderful childhood in this cabin full of exciting adventures on the lake, nearby rivers, and the Gulf. Currently, I am a partner in an interior design company. I love getting out to new places, the outdoors and water. Lakes and beaches are the best. I read a lot and enjoy hosting friends and new friends. My motto is do for others what you want to receive yourself :)

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property has been in my family for decades. Its such a beautiful and unique location with some of the best views on the lake. Recently we remodeled it to include a beautiful Florida room with lined with windows making a very relaxing place to sit and watch the lake. Lake Rousseau is also know as one of Florida's most rich fishing secrets. Quiet and tucked away from most travellers, the lake stays full of fresh water fish. For salt water and gulf fishing, only a couple miles away is a boat ramp into a large canal leading directly out to the gulf.

Beautifully remodeled to blend that "Dad's Fishing Hole" feel with the modern comforts of today, the Kingfish is a beautiful and relaxing get away. Away from it all, yet close to Crystal River, gives it the best of both worlds.
