Provencal farmhouse luxuriously renovated in 2016, including a master suite with bathroom and terrace, a large bedroom with four beds, two of which in mezzanine and shower room, two bedrooms with double beds.
Large swimming pool, petanque, garden 3000 m2.
Le Mas is located at the entrance of Salerne, close to all amenities and offers a magnificent view of the valley.
The lake of Sainte Croix a 30 mn driving distance, Sainte Maxime is 45 mn.
A house keeper lives on site and is responsible for maintaining the garden and pool as well as safety in your absence.
Possibility of cleaning during the stay.

Beautiful house in quiet surroundings

Had a great stay in this lovely villa. The cleaning could be better, and the outside area could be improved with a few pots, plants and maintenance effort- however that does note ruin the overall impression. Communication with the host was good and effective.

SĂ©jour du 29 au 30 mai 2025.Le mas est idĂ©alement situĂ©, Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate des commerces et d'une route nationale mais au calme et dans un environnement qui donne le sentiment d'ĂȘtre Ă  la campagne.La piĂšce Ă  vivre est spacieuse et conviviale avec sa cuisine amĂ©ricaine.Les coins nuit (4 belles chambres) sont suffisamment isolĂ©s les uns des autres pour que chacun ait son intimitĂ©.La piscine est apprĂ©ciable surtout qu'il faisait une tempĂ©rature presque estivale.Terrain de pĂ©tanque et table de ping-pong Ă  disposition, ainsi qu'un barbecue.La communication avec la propriĂ©taire et le gardien s'est faite dans d'excellentes conditions, avant et pendant le sĂ©jour.Seul bĂ©mol, les lits des 1er et 2Ăšme Ă©tages qui grincent, ce qui peut ĂȘtre dĂ©rangeant pour certaines personnes.Nous y reviendrons sans hĂ©sitation.

Location globalement ok mais Ă  revoir sans faute: -Gardien sur place discret mais trop collĂ© Ă  la maison, inattendu ! - jardin non entretenu, passage au sĂ©choir difficile Ă  cause arbres et arbuste non coupes. - mobilier usagĂ©, deux chaises en bois cassĂ©es durant le sĂ©jour! - maison et cadre agreable mais mĂ©nage laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer, avons Ă©tĂ© obliger de tout laver (sanitaires et salles de bains plus poubelles car odorantes. -espace de vie et literie ok , climatisation agrĂ©able. - la chambre Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la cuisine pas sympathique si vous ĂȘtes plusieurs -trĂšs belle piscine qui compense le tout - chemin d’accĂšs Ă  la maison non entrenu (orgnieres et trous) nĂ©cessitant un SUV
