Provencal farmhouse luxuriously renovated in 2016, including a master suite with bathroom and terrace, a large bedroom with four beds, two of which in mezzanine and shower room, two bedrooms with double beds.
Large swimming pool, petanque, garden 3000 m2.
Le Mas is located at the entrance of Salerne, close to all amenities and offers a magnificent view of the valley.
The lake of Sainte Croix a 30 mn driving distance, Sainte Maxime is 45 mn.
A house keeper lives on site and is responsible for maintaining the garden and pool as well as safety in your absence.
Possibility of cleaning during the stay.

Beautiful house in quiet surroundings

Had a great stay in this lovely villa. The cleaning could be better, and the outside area could be improved with a few pots, plants and maintenance effort- however that does note ruin the overall impression. Communication with the host was good and effective.

Maison très agréable, gardien sympas et discret, logement propre, nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit mais je recommande cette maison entre ami ou famille ! seul point négatif de notre court séjour, la machine a café était cassée....

Un très bon moment

Séjour du 29 au 30 mai 2025.Le mas est idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate des commerces et d'une route nationale mais au calme et dans un environnement qui donne le sentiment d'être à la campagne.La pièce à vivre est spacieuse et conviviale avec sa cuisine américaine.Les coins nuit (4 belles chambres) sont suffisamment isolés les uns des autres pour que chacun ait son intimité.La piscine est appréciable surtout qu'il faisait une température presque estivale.Terrain de pétanque et table de ping-pong à disposition, ainsi qu'un barbecue.La communication avec la propriétaire et le gardien s'est faite dans d'excellentes conditions, avant et pendant le séjour.Seul bémol, les lits des 1er et 2ème étages qui grincent, ce qui peut être dérangeant pour certaines personnes.Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation.

Séjour - Bilan de la location

Location globalement ok mais à revoir sans faute: -Gardien sur place discret mais trop collé à la maison, inattendu ! - jardin non entretenu, passage au séchoir difficile à cause arbres et arbuste non coupes. - mobilier usagé, deux chaises en bois cassées durant le séjour! - maison et cadre agreable mais ménage laisse à désirer, avons été obliger de tout laver (sanitaires et salles de bains plus poubelles car odorantes. -espace de vie et literie ok , climatisation agréable. - la chambre à côté de la cuisine pas sympathique si vous êtes plusieurs -très belle piscine qui compense le tout - chemin d’accès à la maison non entrenu (orgnieres et trous) nécessitant un SUV

Concernant vos remarques : - Le gardien vit effectivement dans une dépendance, comme précisé dans l'annonce. Il est là pour garantir la sécurité et l’entretien. - Je suis sincèrement désolée pour le ménage. La maison aurait dû être impeccable à votre arrivée, et j'ai déjà fait passer le mot à l'équipe de nettoyage. C’est la première fois que je reçois une telle remarque et j'aurais été heureuse de réagir rapidement si vous m'aviez prévenue pendant votre séjour. - Le chemin d’accès est effectivement difficile. Nous avons contacté à plusieurs reprises la mairie pour demander des réparations, mais cela ne dépend malheureusement pas de nous. Nous continuons à insister auprès des autorités locales pour qu’ils interviennent.

TRES BEL ENDROIT

Une disponibilité de la part du régisseur incroyable et une très belle discrétion un séjour fort appréciable. Le site est superbe, le silence est assuré et une zénitude assurée.
