Single storey villa (140 m2). Situated between Riells and Riells de Dalt approx 600 m from the sea front – Riells beach, shops and restaurants.

Storey house:
- Lounge/ Dining room
- Kitchen
- 3 doble bedrooms
- 1 bathroom + wc
- 1 shower room + wc

Outside:
- Enclosed garden / patio
- Terrace covered and discovered with bbq
- Private pool 4 m x 8 m with stairs

The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.

50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.

Payments will be made by card en ligne.

Pets: to ask ( Suplement 50 €/ week)

VACATION CHECKS NOT ACCEPTED.

The caution: 600 €, will be given at the reception of the keys of the house. (Credit card)

The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 100 €. (cash)
