Located on the west coast of Lake Garda, in the locality Moniga del Garda, the residence is situated in a quiet location, away from traffic and close to the historic center. E 'consists of only 6 units with swimming pool and solarium equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. Large green areas are the setting of this small and comfortable residence where guests will find tranquility and peace of mind, particularly making it an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The apartments are spacious three-room apartments on the ground floor with terrace and garden-sided or first floor with terrace overlooking the pool. All have a table and chairs and curtains for privacy outdoors. Carefully furnished, they are provided with heating, air conditioning and TV. Kitchens are complete with stove, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer and equipped with crockery, kettle and coffee machine '. Bathrooms are equipped with sanitary suspended, hairdryer, toiletries and towels and bed. Each apartment has an underground garage for 2 cars and utility room. In the municipality Garden, a barbeque.
