A wonderful vacation

This apartment was located on a quiet little street close to the Vatican, which was perfect for our stay. Marzia was so helpful in organizing pickup to and from the airport as well as answering any questions we had throughout our trip. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great apartment in a great neighborhood

If you want to experience Rome like a local and still do all the touristy things, this apartment in Prati is a great option. It has the right balance of amenities, space, location, price, and host support. Note that these apartments are usually booked and for good reason. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Rome.

perfect apartment

Beautiful apartment within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants cafes and shopping. Modern and clean with a very comfortable king bed. Marzia was great to inform us of all the surrounding areas and arrange our car on departure. For sure we would stay again on our next visit to Rome.

Amazing stay in Rome

The host and property greatly exceeded our expectations, and we had the best time visiting Rome. The apt. was in a great location, and was clean & beautiful to stay in with many restaurants in the area to choose from. The host also helped accommodate us after the check out time by holding our bags for a few extra hours so we could visit the Vatican before leaving Rome. THANK YOU SO MUCH for such an incredible experience!!

Wonderful place to stay.

Highly recommended, my wife and I (both mid-50's) stayed for three nights. Marzia met us upon arrival and provided us with a great overview. The apartment is modern and spotlessly clean. We used the washer in the unit, stocked the fridge with snacks from the local grocery, then explored Rome via both the nearby subway line and by walking to all major sites. We would stay here again. Our short stay in Rome

Marzia is WONDERFUL! She arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and then taken back, and Marco arrived on time knew the back streets. Cozy, private and close to everything!

This was our first time in Rome and Marzia made us feel right at home with expert tips and must see sights. The apartment was fabulous with all the amenities you will ever need. Lovely apartment on via Germanico

This apartment could not be better: clean, comfortable, great location, safe, and the best manager ever with Marzia. We stayed 10 days and felt at home. It can get a little noisy on weekend nights with the nearby restaurants but overall is a good neighborhood. And it’s close to public transportation. Thank you, Marzia, for a wonderful time in Rome. We hope to come back in the not too distant future.

Beautiful apartment in a vibrant neighborhood close to everything in Rome!

Marzia was helpful in every way, including figuring out the parking meter! The apartment is beautifully appointed with all modern features, and very secure. Just downstairs are great restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and cafes where you’re surrounded by local people, not other tourists. Everything you might want to see is within walking distance. Highly recommended!!!

Marzia was great host. Helped with bags, giving overview of apartment and even helped when needed documents for colosseum tour. 10 minute walk to Vatican. Took bus into center of town or home when kids were beat. If you find issues with the host or place it's probably because of you not the host or apartment.

Great location for Rome Adventures

We greatly enjoyed our time in Rome at Marzia and Federico’s apartment. Marzia was a great host and even helped arrange transportation from airport to apartment when we arrived. Marzia has the check in process down and has a great book listing many of the favorite locations in Rome. The apartment was spotless and has all the amenities we needed to enjoy a beautiful week in Rome. Apartment is in a great location with a super market across the street and several restaurants within a few steps. The Vatican is less than a 10 minute walk, and the metro is a 5 minute walk; so you can easily enjoy all of Rome. Thank you Marzia!

Quiet apartment but convenient to sites

My husband and I stayed here while visiting Rome. The apartment is very modern. It was spotlessly clean. The location is not in the heart of Rome; however, it is very convenient to Vatican Museums and St Peters. Other sites (Colisseum, Forum, Pantheon, etc) were a very easy walk. We enjoyed having an area that was quiet and not so crowded to come back to at night. A Metro station is very close by; however, we chose to walk most of the time. The apartment is in a neighborhood with a grocery store, drug store, shopping, and restaurants all around. Marzia was very helpful with directions and very accessible to assist with anything we needed. I hope I can return to Rome and stay here again!

The customer service and professionalism that Marzia provides is in our experience, unmatched. She and Federico maintain a clean, quiet and well-located apartment that is both comfortable and spacious. The VRBO website accurately depicts the unit, there is a folder of helpful information for neighborhood restaurants and shopping as well as the operating instructions for all appliances. The cooling/heating systems are in both the bedroom and living area and quietly provide the desired temperature. We could not have been more comfortable. Apartamento precioso y muy bien comunicado

El apartamento es precioso, completamente amueblado y equipado con todos los detalles necesarios. Es perfecto para 4 huéspedes (hay 1 habitación de matrimonio y un sofá cama). Hay un supermercado justo enfrente y una parada de metro a 7 minutos. Al llegar nos estaban esperando y todo estaba ordenado y limpio. Ante cualquier duda o consulta siempre han respondido a nuestros mails y han sido siempre puntuales tanto en la entrega como recogida de llaves. El apartamento está a 10 minutos andando del Vaticano y excelentemente comunicado con el resto de puntos de interés de la ciudad. Sin duda, repetiría de nuevo. Nos ha encantado la experiencia.

Una estancia inmejorable y una anfitriona perfecta...volveré!!!!

Marzia, la dueña de los pisos, es una excelente anfitriona...muy amable y super simpática. Ella me ha organizado el transfer desde el aeropuerto y además, nada mas llegar, me ha dado una lista de restaurantes y tiendas locales. El apartamento está de lujo! Tiene todo lo necesario para hacer que la estancia sea confortable. Hay maquina de Nespresso. La ubicación inmejorable: el piso está en una zona muy bien comunicada con los principales lugares de interés. El Vaticano, Castel Sant'Angelo, Pantheon, Plaza Navona...todo es fácilmente accesible a pie. Espero volver pronto a Roma...me ha encantado y cuando vuelva espero volver a hospedarme en Casa Ione y volver a ver mi nueva amiga Marzia!

Excelente ubicación, dispone de todo lo necesario, decoración elegante y acogedora. Ideal familias.

Marzia, encantadora, nos recibió y nos proporcionó todo tipo de explicaciones prácticas aconsejándonos el mejor lugar para aparcar el coche, supermercados y restaurantes cercanos, así como todo lo referente al apartamento. También nos sugirió diferentes opciones para visitar Roma con los niños. Está en un edificio precioso en un barrio con vida tranquila tanto de día como por la noche. Puedes ir andando, incluso con niños, a los lugares de interés. Nosotros aprovechamos la cercanía del centro para descansar a media tarde y volver a salir. La estación de metro Ottaviano queda a unos minutos. El apartamento está cuidado hasta el último detalle tanto en la decoración como en comodidad y por supuesto limpieza. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario. En definitiva es un lugar en el que te sientes como en casa. Volveremos sin duda. Lo recomiendo firmemente.

Rome Stay for the Vatican

Marzie was simply wonderful to work with and the apartment was exactly as described and very clean. The neighborhood is great with lots of restaurants and shops. The Perfect Apartment for a Few Days in Rome

What a beautiful apartment, in a lovely area of Rome, not far from the Vatican. As we look back on our recent 10-day adventure in Europe, this VRBO stay gets two of our made-up awards: Best Shower (so wonderfully hot, with great pressure from a rain shower head and a wand) and Best Welcome. Marzia arranged for our transfer from the airport to the apartment. When we got out of the car in her neighborhood, there she was in the street, ready to greet us! She helped us upstairs with our bags (the elevator is a blessing), showed us the place, then sat down at the table with us to go over EVERYthing, including a map of Rome, to help us make the most of our site-seeing time. The only issue we had was with the laundry, and it was purely my own poor understanding of the Italian labels on the machine. As we packed and prepared for our departure, our clothes were still damp and locked in the washer. Marzia was out of town, so we didn't get an immediate response from her on WhatsApp. So we got resourceful and figured it out! The next morning, she was most apologetic. Obviously, the apartment is well appointed, not just with an "award-winning" shower and washing machine, but a very comfortable King bed, air conditioning, a lovely living area, and a well-appointed kitchen. In our waking hours, we kept the windows open and enjoyed the street sounds below. Then, at bedtime, we closed them and found the apartment quiet enough for good sleep. Beyond the walls of the apartment we enjoyed breakfasts and dinners in the surrounding Prati area. Charming cafes, friendly neighbors, fun shops, and plenty of people watching! Thank you, Marzia, for a wonderful stay in Rome!

Beautiful Apartment in a great neighborhood close to many sites, a subway stop, great restaurants, stores, and gelaterias. The owners were outstanding and ready to help with every question and need. This is definitely where we will stay when we return to Rome.

A wonderful experience with ever so nice managers. Apartment is clean, well situated and close to the Vatican.
