Cablequit the last two days, one garbage can 3 bedroom, two baths one burner on the stove work no oven.Good hot water shower.No, extra paper towels, no tissues. The couch and chairs very uncomfortable old need to be changed. Looks like there were cameras in the rooms. If they would fix those things we would stay again

Very spacious and comfortable, plenty of spots to hang out and relax and we enjoyed having kitchen space. Be very careful in the kitchen as there's a semi invisible ledge that is easy to fall over. I fell on my second morning there and we simply marked it with chairs to remind us to step more carefully. The AC was excellent, and we loved the privacy. Rooftop patio was nice, with great views.

Excellent position for metro and buses. The top floor apartment (accessed via stairs or lift) is very spacious and well equipped and has the added bonus of not having anyone above scraping chairs across the floor. We ventured out every day using our re-chargeable T-Casual cards that we purchased at the local Metro station.. The Metro is simple to navigate and well staffed should you need any help. This was our second visit to Barcelona, it is a city so full of culture and surprises. So much so that we feel a third visit coming on.

This property is in a great location. The Metro is easy to get around and only 3 blocks away. We were so fortunate to be here during some celebrations that were nearby which included fireworks,! Carmen was great to work with!!!

Misleading Advert

Advert for property stated - Parking Available. PARKING was an important part of our booking. However in small prints and in a different section of the advert which can be and was easily missed- stated no onsite parking. On arrival we did not have a choice to park on the back of a rough street and our car was vandalised. Not a wonderful experience. So, I recommend better tranparency from VRBO and property manager when advertising.

Wonderful place

We had five family members, two couples and a single person on this trip. The beds were comfortable an quiet. One person had to do online work, so the little computer room was very handy. Apartment was two blocks from metro that conveniently gets you to Sagrada Familia in 12 minutes, and downtown in another 10 minutes. Metro came every three minutes. The apartment had a terrace to go out on during the twilight for great views all around. The ocean is a 25 minute walk, or a 10 minute bus ride (M26). Apartment had a nice room for dining or hanging on couches. We had a great time.

It was in an ok location about 20 mins from central barcelona. Air conditioner was inadequate. One in lounge didn’t work properly. Oven didn’t work either.Overall the property was adequate for our needs

Aufenthalt zum Rock Fest Barcelona 2025

Ich war mit zwei Freunden zum Rockfest in Barcelona. Die Wohnung von Carmen entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation mit Ihr war sehr freundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Hébergement très bruyant. Proche de la 4 voies et d'une route très fréquentée. Le métro passe sous l'immeuble avec bruit et tremblement.Pas de parking sécurisé. Vitre de la porte arrière brisée dès le deuxième jour...Climatisation en panne : 30 degrés dans notre chambre. Fuyez !!!

Très bon séjour

Appartement très agréable et spacieux pour 5 personnes. Il est idéalement situé, dans un endroit plus calme que Barcelone. En plus, il est à côté du métro et bus pour aller à Barcelone. Il y a aussi des commerces et restaurants à proximité La propriétaire est très gentille et serviable, toujours prête à repondre à nos questions. Encore merci à Carmen.

Beautiful and comfortable

This is an amazing top floor space where families can spread out. It has beautiful views and is outside the city center but very accessible to everything. Carmen was so easy to work with and was very kind to accommodate all of our travel plans. It was wonderful!!
