En 5 minuters promenad till Plaza España och 15 minuters promenad till Plaza Cataluña. Från lägenheten kan du komma till fots till många av stadens attraktioner. Det är också utmärkt anslutet: bussar vid dörren till stränderna, och några minuter, tunnelbana, kabelbanan Montjuic, turistbuss, buss till flygplatsterminalen.

Min lägenhet ligger i ett område som heter L´Eixample. Det är i stadens centrum. Det är gångavstånd från kongresscentret på Plaza España. Mycket nära (också gångavstånd) från Miró-museet och Caixa Forum. Ligger cirka 15 minuters gångavstånd från den berömda Plaza Catalunya och Las Ramblas. Tjugo minuter från flygplatsen på en buss, som stannar fem kvarter från min lägenhet. Vi har också ett stort och trevligt köpcentrum, med alla butiker och restauranger du behöver och det är bara 5 minuters promenad bort.

Min lägenhet är översta våningen i en vacker byggnad med hiss. Våra grannar är lugna, tysta och respektfulla. Det är en vacker lägenhet, full av naturligt ljus och det finns 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, ett fullt utrustat kök, ett vackert vardagsrum med TV, DVD och en musikstereo. Sex personer kan sova i denna lägenhet. Det är i en stadsdel som heter Eixample - ett trevligt, mussla och säkert område i centrum av Barcelona. Det finns gott om barer och restauranger som du kan nå till fots. Vi har en stormarknad tvärs över gatan och tunnelbanan och busshållplatser bara ett kvarter bort.

Thank you Mariona!

Absolutely fantastic stay at this property. Mariona met us when we arrived and gave us some tips about the local area, she checked in a few days later to make sure we were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed It was super clean, had all the facilities expected, a full kitchen and two bathrooms and we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay here. Location was great. Not too far from anywhere you want to be and there’s a tube station literally 3-4 mins walk away from the front door so you can easily get anywhere further if needed!

Amazing

Mariona’s place was great! Nice neighborhood and location. We were able to walk to virtually all parts of the city that we wanted to and the space was perfect for our family (2 adults and 4 kids). We also appreciated her helping us at check in and her help throughout the trip.

Exceptional Spring Break

We lived staying in the perfect locale. We were able to walk nearly everywhere or catch a quick taxi. We wanted old world charm and this flat fit the bill! We felt safe in the neighborhood. There were several friendly eateries and quaint bars just steps away.

Wonderful stay in Barcelona

We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona. The apartment was in a fantastic location.It was perfect for our family of four. Close to many restaurants and there was a great market happening on the main road from the apartment We chose to taxi to historic areas, very reasonable fares. Mariona was an incredible host. She would respond to emails almost immediately. She gave helpful tips about the area and recommendations. Very accommodating!!

Great location and good for 2 couples. Lovely bright dining room - our favourite room. Well equipped kitchen. Very responsive host - her son met us when we arrived and went over everything with us. Would recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is on the top floor of a beautiful traditional building, just off one of the main streets in Barcelona. The main living area and bedroom were very spacious and light, and we also appreciated the large TV in the room! The kitchen was very well appointed and all bathroom accessories were also in place. Mariona was an exceptional host - very attentive before, during and after our stay. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Wonderful location and host

Mariona met us at the apartment and showed us everything. The apartment is less than 2 blocks from the metro station. We were there for 3 days before traveling to Croatia. The apartment is on the top floor but there is a lift so no worries there. We had a great time and Mariona even arranged for a taxi for our return to the airport.

A Nice Place to Stay

Overall, the apartment worked well for our 4 days in Barcelona, before we boarded our cruise ship. The location allows you to easily. travel to many of the places that Barcelona is known for. The couches in the living room were not very comfortable, but we spent very little time in the apartment. The small second bathroom has the most incredibly small sink I have ever seen. That was the bathroom that my 6 foot five husband and I shared and it was not ideal. If you are a coffee lover, you will want to bring your own ground coffee as the apartment has several devices that you could use to make fresh coffee in the morning. We searched all of the supermarkets in the area for ground coffee, and none of them carry that. There are small shops just around the corner that provide coffee and wonderful pastries and that’s how we started every day. All of the beds were very comfortable. We never prepared a meal in the kitchen, but it appeared to have many of the things you would need in order to do that. I recommended as a nice place to stay.

Clean and spacious apartment with amazing host!

Very clean and comfortable apartment with good location 8 minute walk to Placa Espanya and 30 minute walk to La Rambla. We had a great stay. 6th floor in a quiet building with an excellent elevator.

Great Location

The flat is centrally located with great access to the metro and bus, some of the city's most popular attraction are about a 15 minute walk from the apartment. There are a lot of options for food close by. Host was great and was always available when I had any questions.

Wonderful host, very enjoyable apartment

Mariona was a wonderful host and made sure we were comfortable. She checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed and that things were going smoothly. She was quick to recommend any activity, market, or place to eat when we asked. The apartment was clean and wonderfully spacious for our family of four. The two bathrooms and three bedrooms were especially nice with a teenage daughter and young son. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. as well as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and anything small you might need for cooking. The chilled bottle of wine in the fridge was also a wonderful gift on a hot evening. Mariona was a great host, and I would recommend this place, especially to families.

Simply wonderful

Mariona was actually out of town when we got there, so she arranged for a friend (Maite) to be our host. We were there for nearly 2 weeks and could not have been more pleased with the warm and kindness we were given. Mariona checked on us many times from another country. We truly loved the space and would highly recommend.

Great location

This was a good location for exploring the city and the unit was very quiet (6th floor with lift, balcony facing away from the street). One metro station 2 blocks away and a major one (Placa Espana) about 3 blocks away. Neighborhood was relatively and very walkable, lots of markets, cafes and restaurants nearby. Weather wasnt too hot for our July stay, unit cooled via one ac unit, but was comfortable sleeping with windows open too.

Great location, worked well for family

The location is amazing, with elevator for this top floor unit. The AC is small and rooms have only a ceiling fan, so it was uncomfortable for most of us at night. Only one bathroom is of decent size, the other bathroom is so small and uncomfortable for many of the seniors in my family. We made it work for us, but again, great location but unfortunately didn't allow us a comfortable stay due to the AC and small bathroom.

Great apartment with access to everything!!!!

My family and I truly enjoyed this cozy apartment. We had six people and we fit into it perfectly. The host was incredible, very prompt with her communications. The check in process went smoothly, she was there to walk us through everything. She gave us great recommendations for food. The apartment is close to multiple subway(the Barcelona subway is one of the best in the world) lines so getting around the city was easy. The clothes washer is a definite plus as well as two full bathrooms with plenty of warm water. Take time to relax on the balcony and play a few games of Mastermind!!!!

As a family of 5, 3 adults and 2 teens, we truly enjoyed the space this apartment offers…with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms it was perfect. The apartment is facing the back of the street so nights are quiet. The kitchen is well equipped . We liked the option of having our coffee there in the mornings. The balcony and the windows in the dining area created an open atmosphere making this a truly bright apartment. The apartment is close to a grocery shop and there is a Metro station close by. The owner is extremely easy to communicate with. She met us there and instructed us on how to operate the washer, bedroom fans, windows and the air conditioning. She answered several of our questions and easily made us feel at home. And yes, there is an elevator that you and your luggage may travel on at the same time!
