Marcadis Gite @Finders Keepers France. Adult only site with 16 acres and a lake

Finders Keepers France is an ADULTS ONLY site situated at a non-working French Farm. Encased in 16 Acres of rural grounds and with a 3 Acre fresh water lake, you will feel alone and surrounded by nature. Despite its rural peaceful setting the site is close to the towns of Nerac and Condom.

This is a great choice for those who love to relax, recharge and enjoy nature.

Marcadis Gite is a 1 bedroom Adults only gite located in a rural setting. It has its own private gardens, use of the 13 acre grounds, and the 3 acre fresh water lake. Fishing is allowed April - November only. It is a great location for adults wishing to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. The main 6 x 3m pool is only open 1 June to 31 August. The plunge pool is open 1 May to 30 September. Swimming is allowed in the lake all year.

1 June - 31 August, within the grounds, there is a small glamping site of 5 tents. During this time the gite has the opportunity to use all of the additional facilities at no extra cost. This consists of a bar, coffee shop, games room, 1 small plunge pool, a 6x3m above ground swimming pool, plus extras such as board games, spotters scopes and telescopes.

Marcadis Gite is a 1 Bedroom Gite attached to the owners 1817 farm house. The Accommodation can accommodate 2 Adults. It is a large open plan Gite with fabulous views of the surrounding countryside. We try and cater for all needs to ensure that you have a fabulous stay. The Gite offers:

Bedroom: King size bed, Egyptian cotton bedding, Egyptian cotton bathrobes, hairdryer, shoe cleaning kit.

Lounge: 1 electric reclining sofa and chair, log burning stove, French TV, Stereo, DVD player and selection of French and English DVD's, record player and records, reading books.

Dining area: table and 6 chairs.

Bathroom: shower, toiletries, towels.

Kitchen: Dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, fridge, freezer, air-fryer, tea/coffee making facilities, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery.

Private gardens:
Front - outside dining area with table and chairs. BBQ, and Pizza oven. Also, a lower-level relaxation area with sofa and chairs. All complete with lighting.
Rear - outside table and chairs.

Allocated Parking

1 May - 31 August - Finders Keepers France open the glamping area. There is a coffee lounge that sells coffee, tea, soft drinks, milk shakes, drinking chocolate, wine and beer. There is a 6x3m above ground swimming pool, a small plunge pool, plus you are able to swim in the lake.

Around you grounds you will find badminton, Ping-Pong, soft archery, a Canadian kayak, 2 rowing boats, plus much more. Fishing is allowed April - November only.

Shady rest - undercover social area which is home to the coffee lounge, library, armoire with board games.

Games room - contains a pool table, dart board and television.

Allocating parking. No electric hook up.

We have placed many hammocks, tables, chairs and benches in and around the grounds so you can just sit, relax and enjoy the views, wildlife, and weather. This is a truly beautiful place for a relaxing break if you love nature, the outdoors and wildlife.

We are surrounded by nature and fields therefore you may experience visits by wildlife. We try our best to prevent visitors inside the gite however this is sometimes out of our hands during farming season. All animals are removed humanly and returned to their habitats safely and quickly
