This ideally located family home benefits from the calm of the countryside while remaining close to sought-after activities and the sea. It is only 2 km from the beach, 5 minutes by car from Honfleur, 10 minutes on foot from a large supermarket and a good bakery.
The golf of St Gatien and the old basin are also very close.

The house with a capacity of 10 to 15 people maximum - babies included - is ideal for family reunions, for vacation or just for a weekend.

It benefits from all the modern comfort necessary for a pleasant and successful holiday for adults and children: internet connection (freebox revolution), television and DVD for all ages, equipped kitchen (5-burner gas stove), washing machine and tumble dryer, gas barbecue, games, garden furniture, deckchairs, etc.

On the ground floor, the house offers two living rooms for two atmospheres (adults / children) with a large fitted kitchen / dining room in between.
