About this property

Oasis for 22 guests at 15 km from Seville

The main house has 6 bedrooms for up to 18 guests and is spacious, comfortable and furnished in a traditional Andalusian style, but with all bathrooms recently refurbished. On the ground floor it has 3 sitting areas, one of which with a fireplace, a spacious dining room with the possibility of sitting 18 guests, a large and fully equiped kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a double bedroom with its own full bathroom. On the first floor is an apartment with a hallway, 2 double bedrooms and a full bathroom; another 2 double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom; a large bedroom with 4 bunk beds sleeping 8 children; and another full bathroom.

There is an independent guest house for up to 4 guests right next to the main house, with 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a small sitting room and air conditioning in all spaces. Please get in touch with us if you're interested in renting the guest house with the main house, for 100€/night and 520€/week extra in low season and 120€/night and 720€/week extra in high season.

The lush and well-groomed garden has a large swimming pool of about 15x6m., as well as a covered outdoor dining area with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, and different sitting areas with comfortable outdoor furniture. The swimming pool is in working order all year round.

The Cortijo is on a private property called Prado de Uncina, with a 10 hectare surface, guaranteeing full privacy. A caretaking couple lives in a separate building, and looks after the garden and the swimming pool and is available to assist our guests when necessary.

There are several dogs living on the property that can be taken away on request.

We rented the house for a work retreat with colleagues from around the world, and it was absolutely ideal. Everyone had their own space and there were a lot of different common areas for us to spread out and feel like we had enoughroom to work and relax. The outdoor barbeque area is an awesome bonus, and we used it every day. Communication with the host was wonderful. We had everything we needed and they were available anytime we had a question with a very quick response. The only thing was the ad said there was a restaurant within walking distance, but it turns out that it has closed permanently, so you will definitely need a car or be prepared to use a taxi or a ride service to get into the town for food and restaurants, although it’s not far by car (5-10 mins). Highly recommend the space for families or groups!

Overall, a very beautiful stay. The villa was quirky and charming, and the pool area was perfect. Communication was very easy with Viveca and Pedro. Not much going on in the area, would recommend a car. You can uber into Seville for €25.

We had an absolutely fantastic time here as a large group with infants and toddlers. The villa was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. We spent so much time in the garden and round the pool, and also sat out in an evening for food and drinks in the bbq area. Host Viveca had fantastic communication, and Pedro was so helpful and caring throughout our stay… the children were sad to have to say goodbye to him! The villa is a bit of a distance from other places, this wasn’t a problem for us as we just wanted to relax, but it is worth hiring a car to explore further. Thank you so much Viveca and Pedro for being so kind and attentive during our stay!

Amazing hols in a fab location

Amazing hols, we had a wonderful time and loved the house, 3 families, 6 adults and 7 teenagers (19-13). The house was brilliant, great bedrooms with AC and fabulous pool/outdoor living space to enjoy the weather. Thanks to the team, especially Pedro for his great convos and El Loco for the tomatoes and Padrons. The pictures don’t capture how beautiful this house is with incredible outdoor living space. Secluded in a private location, 5 mins from Coria del Rio and 20 mins from Seville. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Oasis of calm

We loved the property. It was spacious and beautifully furnished with lots of historic features which made it feel really homely. We hardly spent any time inside the house, the gardens and pool area were lovely and there were plenty of places to sit. Table tennis was a bonus! Pedro was very helpful and did a great job of looking after the pool and gardens. The location was great: the town of Coria del Rio was very convenient and a pleasant place to shop and eat out; and the proximity to Sevilla made it very convenient to get there both by car and by public transport. All in all we had a great time and didn't want to leave!

Friends on holiday

A lovely spacious property with amazing grounds. Outdoor cooking and seating areas were superb although could have done with more sun loungers. Whilst the pool was a great size there was no indication of depth and hand rails to help getting in and out would be an improved safety feature. A well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. When booking we were unaware of the sewage system requirements. A good supermarket was close by. We understood that restaurants were within walking distance from the property but during our stay this wasn’t the case. However, Viveca was very helpful and invaluable in suggesting and booking a restaurant for us. Pedro was a very welcoming host. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Ruime kamers, mooi zwembad, fijne buitenruimtes, goed onderhouden tuin. Over het algemeen was er goed schoongemaakt, maar niet overal - is ook best moeilijk in zo’n groot huis, dat snappen we. In de kamer met tweepersoonsbed kruipen er elke nacht kleine bruine kevertjes in bed rond.Daarnaast wel apart dat je zelf je vuilniszakken moet weggooien en een flinke bijdrage moet betalen voor een ritje naar de supermarkt van een paar minuten verderop. Dit zijn we heel anders gewend in andere vergelijkbare huizen - daar werden de boodschappen voor je gehaald zonder daar extra voor te betalen... Toen er aan het eind nog wat boodschappen over waren en we aangaven dat de beheerder dit mocht hebben, wist hij niet hoe snel dit naar zijn eigen huis gebracht moest worden en daarnaast stond de schoonmaakster al binnen terwijl de laatste gast nog haar spullen aan het pakken was. Ook dat komt nogal raar over - dat te doen terwijl je nog niet weg bent. Eigenaresse is in contact redelijk onvriendelijk. Als iemand door omstandigheden later aankomt, is het niet gastvrij om te zeggen dat je een uur te laat bent - klant is koning, nietwaar? Ook heeft de eigenaresse niet te bepalen via wie het contact verloopt - ze liet duidelijk merken maar met een persoon te willen communiceren. We zijn meedenkend, maar dit viel ons echt wel tegen. Locatie is okee… in de omgeving is niet veel te doen, je hebt echt een auto nodig om het gebied te verkennen.

Un séjour parfait !!!

La maison est immense, tout comme la piscine et la cuisine d’été. Nous avons uniquement utiliser les nombreuses chambres de la demeure qui sont de grandes tailles et quasiment toutes avec des salles de bains car les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Pedro est parfait et toujours disponible. Je recommande pour les séjours proche de Séville avec beaucoup d’amis ! Par contre évitez de passer par Abritel car je suis en litige sur une autre location depuis 7 mois sans remboursement de leur part et le site de Viveca est sérieux. Pour conclure , nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans le domaine avec des belles visites à quelques minutes en voiture.

Parte exterior muito boa com grandes sofás e comodidades para fazer refeições. A casa tem pouca luz solar e estava bastante suja, principalmente com pó o que causou algumas situações de alergias.

So glad Càtia that you enjoyed your stay! Indeed Spanish traditional houses in warm areas are built to keep the heat out, with thick walls and enough windows to let the light in but not the heat! So sorry about the dust. It's the first time we've had a guest mention it and if you would have let me know right away I would immediately have sent someone over to take it all away! Très belle résidence

Maison typique, très spacieuse et confortable située dans un endroit au calme et proche de Séville. Bien équipée pour recevoir notre groupe de 12 personnes, rien ne manquait pour y cuisiner, se délasser, se reposer et profiter de cette grande piscine. Nous avons profité du charmant poolhouse où nous avons mangé presque tous les jours. Une seule chose manquait c'est le soleil qui n'était pas au rendez vous. Le fait d'avoir un gardien sur place est très rassurant. je vous recommande vivement cette location. La propriétaire est très attentionnée. Danièle et André

De woning en buitenruimte zijn prima. We hebben met de familie genoten van het huis en het zwembad. De afstand naar Sevilla is goed te doen. Één opmerking het wegbrengen van het vuil is raar dat je het zelf weg moet brengen.als je geen vervoer hebt is de afstand erg ver.

Fantastic place to stay

We spent a month here working and vacationing in and around the area. It's a lovely house and really well managed, we had everything we needed and more. It's an hour to the beach and 25 mins to Seville. The local town has a few nice restaurants and bars aswell. Highly recommend staying here.

Splendida Villa Andalusa con piscina!!

Soggiorno fantastico in questa casa con architettura e caratteristiche tipiche della campagna dell'Andalusia. La villa internamente è confortevole e trasmette la storia di chi l'ha vussuta... Siamo stati in dodici (5 coppie e due ragazzi) a metà luglio 2022...Le camere sono ben curate, i bagni e la cucina ben arredate e dotate di tutti i confort. Nelle calde giornate si può stare sia all'interno, nel soggiorno con molti divani, sia all'aperto nella zona piscina. Quest'ultima zona è l'angolo TOP della casa... il Patio esterno è perfetto per le colazioni e per le cene serali a bordo piscina. Il centro di Siviglia è a 20 minuti di auto con strade molto comode! Per qualunque problema quotidiano c'è Pedro che è sempre a disposizione poiché vive vicino alla casa. Orgogliosi di essere stati i primi italiani a soggiornare nella villa... Grazie Viveca e gran saluto al mitico Pedro ( Alé BETIS!!!)

Amazing for large groups!

The property was spectacular in hosting large groups and families. There was everything you could need in the house and around the property to make for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The pool and yard area were a huge highlight as well as the friendless and attentiveness of the caretakers. Would recommend to anyone looking for a more private experience in the Sevilla area!

Unas instalaciones espectaculares para pasar una semana cerca de Sevilla. El porche de la piscina es algo espectacular. Como único pero, es que google maps hace que te pierdas para llegar por el resto un 10.
