We absolutely loved our stay and the only reason some areas got 4 stars was because there was a lot of mildew (mold?) in the primary bathroom shower and some in the main shower. It definitely needed to be cleaned and re-caulked. It would help if there were fans in the bathroom, as well, but they were missing. We loved the accessibility to the pool and beach. It was perfect for 2 adults and 3 children. We definitely want to return!

Hi there John, and thank you for your review. Our front desk has someone on property 24/7 for anything you may need. If you are low on kitchen supplies or they are not in good condition, just let the front desk know. If we do not have what you need in inventory, we will purchase the item. Also, we now have 3 tiers of pricing that is based on the upgrades of the particular unit. The unit you stayed in is a Premium unit, so it is a middle tier. For your next trip, the luxury units have the most updates and upgrades. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to host you again soon!

Unit was well stocked and clean. Our biggest complaint was that they were doing a scheduled beach restoration (out of the hands of the host), but this was not communicated until 2 hours before check-in. We lost any beach access for 2 full days, and equipment ran 24 hours a day during our stay. We had beach access at another condo facility and had to travel for that, which defeated the purpose of renting beachfront! The view from the condo would have been amazing otherwise! No pricing adjustment was made for this issue, which was very disappointing.
