Perfect apartment! The location is super convenient, right across the street from the train station and walkable to everywhere we wanted to see in Firenze. Perfect place to stay in Florence. The apartment was super clean bright and airy.

A fabulous apartment centrally located but also quiet. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay here if visiting the beautiful city of Florence.

Great Location!

We spent two nights in this wonderful apartment on our way to southern Italy and had a great time. Our hostess met us at the property and gave us the tour and explained everything in detail along with recommending places to eat. The apartment was very clean, beds very comfortable and the location was absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back again in the future.

We loved our stay in Florence

The apartment was as described, and very clean. Emanuela was the perfect host. She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had we would recommend this place and if we’re ever in Florence again we would stay here. It is very convenient to the train station which was a big plus for us.

This place is so close to tourists attractions. It is also close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The best part is, it is right across the Santa Maria Novella train station. Cons: AC not strong enough.

Wonderful location!

This property was extremely convenient to us. We hadn’t realized when booking that it was exactly where we wanted to be. The apartment has plenty of space and several areas to sit and relax. Our host was very helpful and even came by to ensure that we knew how to use the keys and heater.😊

From beginning to end our stay was wonderful. Emanuela was in contact with us from the date of making the reservation until date of departure and was available (IF needed) during our stay. Apartment was located in a central location and very convenient to the train station. Apartment was well equipped. WONDERFUL STAY.

Fabulous home

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay here. What a beautiful home and so central to everything. The train station, grocery store, and the major attractions are all within an easy walking distance. Emanuela is wonderful to communicate with. She readily gets back to you and is so friendly and willing to help in anyway. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Florence!

Convenient location in Florence

Emanuela was so helpful with the check in and let us stay late for check out due to our departure schedule. Check in process was smooth. Only drawback was air conditioning was hard for us to decipher which made it hard to be comfortable in this record heat. Also wish we had more laundry detergent available.

First time in Florence

The apartment was a perfect place to stay during our visit to Florence. The apartment is beautiful, clean and quiet. Communication with Emanuela was easy. She gave very detailed instructions on how to access the apartment. The location was perfect. We traveled via train and it was so convenient. Walking to all of the sites, restaurants and shop was also very convenient. We would stay here again and we highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing location!

What a gem. The location was perfect: across from train station, within 10 mins walk from major sightseeing spots, restaurants, bus station where tours departs. Condo was clean, kitchen fully equipped, small elevator for luggages, washing machine to pack less. Linen and towels were clean! Great property management, very easy check in/out process! Despite being across from the train station, the condo was super quiet! Thanks for an amazing experience.

This is a well appointed three bedroom with excellent internet ,centrally located for access to all things Firenze. The host, in particular, went above and beyond to help me with any issues and accommodate my rotating friends and family with linens and cleaning. A very nice place to spend three weeks - thanks to Emanuella in particular!

Un appartement plein de charme à proximité de toutes les merveilles de Florence

Tout d’abord, merci à Emanuela pour son très bon accueil. L’appartement est spacieux, calme et bien équipé. Il est agréablement décoré. Sa situation juste en face de la gare est très pratique si, comme nous, vous voyagez en train. Tous les services sont à proximité dont le marché central de Florence qui mérite le détour pour tous les gourmands. Le centre ville et les principaux lieux de visite sont à une dizaine de minutes à pied. Bref, un endroit idéal pour passer quelques jours à Florence.
