The house is distributed on two floors:

Ground floor: two terraces (with garden, Ping Pong table and Barbecue). Living room with fireplace, sofas and satellite TV. Kitchen equipped with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine. Laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board. Large dining room, a room with air conditioning, two beds and bathroom.

Upper floor: large terrace, two bedrooms, one of which has a terrace and a large double bed and the other with balcony and two beds, each room with its respective bathroom and with air conditioning.

The location of the house is ideal because it is in a quiet and residential area but at the same time, less than 5 minutes from Cala Bona beach, pharmacy, shops, cafes and restaurants.

You will find a small green area next to the house with a path by which you can go down to the promenade of Cala Bona in 2-3 minutes. There you will find shops, bars and restaurants.

The Port of Cala Bona is one of the most beautiful places in the bay of Llevant and still retains a traditional seafaring atmosphere.

Cala Millor is located about 10-15 minutes on foot, 5 by car, but you can also find a rent a bike at 400 meters from the house, if you want to cross the bike lane of the promenade that connects Costa de los Pinos-Cala Bona-Cala Millor- Sa Coma.

The nearest beach is in Cala Bona (400 meters), also nearby are beaches such as Costa de los Pinos, Port Verd, Cala Millor, Sa Coma, S'Illot Porto Cristo... all within a 15 minute drive of the property.

If you like to practice tennis, in the same urbanization you can rent tennis courts. Also at a distance of 2.5 km is the Son Servera Golf Club (Coast of the Pines).

The walking and cycling route "Vía Verde", which connects Manacor, Sant Llorenç, Son Servera and Artà is only 1.5 km away.
