Amazing

We had such an amazing time in Denia. We have stayed in many properties in the past and our expectations were high. This property did not disappoint. The apartment is very clean and spacious with everything we needed. The pool area was clean and well kept and was never overly busy. The location was perfect we tended to get the bus into town (as too hot to walk) and walk back in the evening (20 minutes). The beach was a short walk, easy enough for my 70 year old in laws. The communication throughout from Juan Manuel was excellent. As was the checking in process with Naoelle. Thank you Juan for letting us stay, we hope to book up again for next year.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons loué l'appartement 2 semaines à 4 (famille) et nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'annonce est correcte, l'appartement tel que sur les photos avec une grande terrasse. Propre dans l'ensemble (petite invasion dans la cuisine à notre arrivée, vite maîtrisée), ustensiles de cuisine fournis, la piscine de la résidence était très propore et bien entretenue, une très belle plage de sable à distance de marche (une grande route à traverser, mais il y a un feu), un supermarché accessible à pied. Quelques remarques néanmoins: certains meubles/fournitures sont un peu vieillots (les chaises de plage p.ex. sont anciennes et très lourdes, nous n'avons pas pu les utiliser), les salles de bains sont correctes mais il elles gagneraient à être modernisées (au moins une douche serait la bienvenue à la place des 2 baignoires) et il faudrait absolument renouveler (régulièrement) les tapis de bains et les brosses WC (!). La machine à laver était tellement bruyante qu'on ne pouvait l'utiliser qu'en dehors des périodes de repos, ni le soir ni le matin...Mais dans l'ensemble, notre séjour s'est très bien passé, c'est une résidence bien entretenue, très propre et calme (le fond sonore venait surtout de la piscine de la résidence voisine) avec toutes les commodités. Le contact sur place avec Naoelle s'est très bien passé, elle a été très réactive et a toujours répondu très vite à nos demandes ou appels.

Des très bonnes vacances

Nous avons eu de très bonnes vacances dans ce grand appartement avec une superbe terrasse. Dans la résidence une grande piscine A 200 m une très belle plage de sable fin . Le logement a tout ce qu il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille (dans notre cas) La climatisation dans la salle est un plus et la ventilation dans les chambres sont très bien. Je recommande cet appartement

Séjours merveilleux

Nous avons passé de super vacances. L’appartement est très très agréable La plage a 5 mns avec des enfants ce n’est que du bonheur, et Dénia est une super ville pour les vacances. De plus c’est très agréable d’avoir un propriétaire aussi sympathique Nous vous conseillons cet appartement pour passer d’excellentes vacances

Beautiful quiet apartment

We were a family of five who spend a week in this lovely quiet place. 5 min walk to the beach and 1 min to a nice pool area. The apartment is perfect, clean and cozy. We spend a lot time time on the balcony where you can always find shade. There is a bus stop right outside that will take you to Dénia - if you walk it will take you half an hour. Can definitely recommend this place - thank you to our hosts for taking care of us.

Unseren Aufenthalt mit 5 Personen vom 18. - 25. 05.2019 haben wir sehr genossen. Die räumliche Aufteilung des Apartements ist sehr gut. Neben den drei Schlafräumen stehen zwei Bäder zur Verfügung und ein großzügiger Küchen-, Wohn-, Essbereich. Highlight ist jedoch überdachte Terasse - sehr schön, jedoch nicht für Sonnenanbeter, da nach Osten ausgerichtet. Ideal zum Frühstück bzw. einem gemütlichen Abend im Freien. Das Inventar der Wohnung lies keine Wünsche offen, die Qualität der Betten war hervorragend. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter erfolgte auf Englisch war sehr angenehm. Die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort und kurze Einweisung erfolgte durch Paco (englischsprachig). Dieser war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war der Backofen leider defekt - dieses war uns jedoch im Vorfeld bekannt. Sonstiges: Saubere und gepflegte Bausubstanz, Gemeinschaftspool auf dem Gelände, Überdachter Parkplatz, Zugang zum Grundstück durch Automatiktor bzw. Zugangstüren nur mit Schlüssel möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, Stadtzentrum ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß, Bushaltestelle ca. 200 m von der Wohnung entfernt.

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, Denia ya lo conocíamos. Así que en parte lo cogimos por su ubicación, y además luego dispone de todo para unas vacaciones muy confortables.

Very good accomodation close to sea, sand and food.

Overall a great vacation. Apartment very well equipped throughout, with lots of balcony space. Beach and Restrauants 5 mins walk. Denia town close by with lots do do and see. Olivia Beach 15 mins drive, and one of the best beaches in Spain.

Cant fault the apartment, just a few tweaks would make it 5 stars. Guest towels are very poor and old and shabby The oven needs to fixed or anew one, we like to cook and could not because of no oven and hob not working fully. The internet is totally weak, and we would not of rented the apartment if we knew beforehand, this was not acceptable. Other than that, the location is good to Denia and the apartment was spacious and clean.

Dear Caroline, We are sorry about the internet issue. The reception in the area of Las Marinas is not as afficient as at home through phone/tv line. The solution would be an antenna on the roof of the urbanisation but this must be negociated with the community. Even if the towels are not included in the renting (notified in advance to the guests), we will try to solve the minor issues you raised. Latest minutes information : We followed your recommendations and did the following changes/improvements : Towels have been replaced by new ones. Oven has been repaired Internet Fiber 300mb has been installed Thanks for your comments which help us to improve the quality of our apartment kind regards Juan Manuel

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans ce superbe appartement. Très bien équipé, et surtout très bien entretenu et propre. Belle vue, urbanisation très calme et quelle piscine.! Tout est à proximité, plage, restaurants, commerces. Et la ville de Denia est très belle. En un mot : parfait ! Merci

Lovely apartment. Well-situated.

We stayed at this apartment for one week. The owners were most helpful in communicating prior to our stay, upon our arrival and throughout our holiday. The apartment itself is very well-maintained and clean throughout. It is well-equipped and very spacious. It is situated a couple of minutes walk from the beach and about a 20 minute walk from the town centre. The pool is very clean and well-maintained. Also, the private parking space is a bonus.

Un très bel appartement, parfaitement équipé, dans un secteur calme proche de tout.

Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines dans l'appartement de Juan Manuel. Cet appartement est très bien équipé, spacieux, vraiment très agréable. La résidence avec piscine, est calme et bien placée par rapport à la ville, nous nous y rendions à pied (20mn), la plage est proche (- de 5mn), un petit supermarché à 5 minutes également. Une bonne adresse.
