The accommodation offered by Daniel is faithful in every way to the description and photos presented. It is a super comfortable and well-equipped rental. The house is well-located in a peaceful setting just steps from the sea. This location allows you to go from the pool to the beach in less than two minutes.Within an hour's drive, a wide range of activities are available. Golf, water sports, hiking, cultural tours, vineyards, and gourmet restaurants are just a few of the activities offered.Daniel is a wonderful host, attentive and proactive. Our family has forged unforgettable memories over the past few days that we will carry with us for a very long time to come!

Little slice of paradise

We stayed here for two weeks with friends. The house is immaculate, even nicer than in the photos and easily the best equipped holiday house we ever stayed at. The kitchen contains everything you need with plenty of cutlery etc. We had no difficulty finding the house and the communication with the owner was great. The neighbour, who comes by to maintain the pool and the garden, was very friendly and let us know we could always contact him or the owner if we needed anything. The house is located a short 3 minute (yes we timed it) walk from the beautiful sandy beach. There are restaurants within walking distance, between 5 and 20 minutes walk away. Valencia is an hour by car. A car is recommended, the nearest big supermarkets are about 10-15 minutes away. The house is next to a holiday complex which we were a bit anxious about when we booked, but we never had any hindrance from it. In previous comments there was some mentioning about damp, as it is a house near the beach this didn’t frighten us. The owner has a dehumidifier in the living room, we made sure to ventilate in the bathrooms and we left the doors to the wardrobes open and had no problems with humidity even though it was very humid outside during some of the days we were there. We would gladly return here, we are even contemplating if we would like to go back next summer whilst we usually never go back to the same place twice for our summer holidays.

Todo muy bien!

La casa está muy bien, renovada hace poco con muy buen gusto. Como en las fotos (hasta mejor en persona). La cocina muy bien equipada, con electrodomésticos nuevos y de alta gama. Todas las habitaciones con aire acondicionado, aunque no los usamos, vienen muy bien. Y la piscina está genial. La playa está a cinco minutos caminando de la casa. Y la comunicación con Daniel sin ningún problema, ha estado pendiente y atento en todo momento.

Das Haus, hat unseren Erwartungen komplett entsprochen. Ausstattung war sehr gut. Der einzige kleine negative Punkt ist ein etwas muffiger Geruch in den Schlafzimmer Schränken.

Modergeruch den Sie mit nach Hause nehmen.

Ruhige Lage, nahe am Strand, Bäder und Wohnraum neu gestaltet, perfekter Carport. Starker Modergeruch im ganzen Haus welchen Sie nach Hause nehmen. Mehrmaliges Lüften am Tag nützt nichts. Wohnung müsste entfeuchtet werden. Unsere Lederjacken haben wir entsorgt und die Wäsche zu Hause mehrmals gewaschen. Haus sollte so nicht angeboten werden.
