Both masters have flat screen TV's mounted on the wall and ceiling fans. The large master suite has a king size bed, a 60" Samsung flat screen TV and an office with a desk and printer for your convenience. The sliding glass doors from the master lead to the large patio facing the golf course and lake.
The master bath is quite large with Jack and Jill sinks (so no fighting allowed) and a very large shower with a bench. Both bathrooms have hairdryers and wall mounted make up mirrors so you can leave yours at home.
The 2nd master bedroom has 2 double beds, a 55" flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. It has its own large shower with a bench.
The third smaller room has a double bed and a 42" flat screen TV.
The living room is large and has a 72" Samsung QLED90 flat screen TV which is crystal clear, a ceiling fan, a glassed gas fireplace, and a private bar. The sliding glass doors which are covered with plantation shutters go directly to the exterior patio which faces the 17th green of the Arnold Palmer golf course. The patio is large and totally covered and has an outdoor fan for your comfort. There is a barbeque on the patio for the chefs in your family. This home is very beautiful and comfortable, and I love sharing it with others. The home is the epitome of relaxation.
The house is stocked with everyday items so all you have to bring is yourself and your personal belongings.
There is a highchair and play-n-pak available for the little ones.
