If staying more than 30 days,, message us for a customized quote. We don't have many reviews on VRBO because most of our guests have called us directly from signage we have on the property and our guests come back for multiple years.

Newly upgraded three bedroom plus office home with private pool and views of the mountains and golf course. This is a guard gated community with four pools and four spas in Mission Hills East. The home has four remolded bathrooms, upgraded kitchen with new cabinets and quartz counter tops, new appliances, all new interior paint, new wood plank flooring, new fixtures, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, new furniture, and an unbeatable view! There are two bedrooms and an office in the main house. The third bedroom is in the private casita.

There is a natural gas allowance of $300 per 30 day rental (prorated at $10 per day if longer than 30 day stay). If guest goes over the allowance, the guest is responsible for the difference.

There is a electricity allowance of $450 per 30 day rental (prorated at $15 per day if longer than 30 day stay). If guest goes over the allowance, the guest is responsible for the difference.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We loved our stay at this villa which ran from February 1st through March 31st, 2026. The location was nothing short of spectacular. Right off of the tee box of a Par 3 hole with the beautiful mountain range behind it. The pictures on the VRBO website are accurate. Our host, Ken, was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do in Palm Springs. He even let us use his electric golf cart to drive around the Mission Hills community. The villa is spacious, clean and well appointed. The kitchen, which has everything you need to cook on a daily basis, overlooks the golf course and the mountain range. The downstairs master bedroom and ensuite bathroom are wonderful. The upstairs master bedroom and the casita are spacious and have ensuite bathrooms. Great for guests. There are two community pools, both with Jacuzzis, within a short walk. We loved our stay so much we are coming back next year to stay at this beautiful villa for 2 1/2 months.

Spacious and clean house with awesome views

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Ken is a fantastic host. He is generous, helpful with tips for the area and always responded to my messages within a few minutes. The location is hard to beat, with views of the Golf course (the Tee box of a Par 3 hole over a lake is right in front of the house, which was quite entertaining :-) and of the beautiful mountains in the background.To get to the Westin Golf Resort and Driving Range we were allowed to use their electric golf cart which was very convenient. There is a supermarket just 3 minutes away, and within 10 - 15 minutes you reach many hiking trails, Golf courses and "El Paseo" with tons of shops and restaurants. The house is well renovated, spacious and very clean (which the owners would like to keep that way with a set of common sense house rules). The house has 2 Master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs (with the A/C being more audible in the downstairs bedroom).The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances, a gas range and a Keurig coffee machine. There is a 5G Wifi with great reception throughout the house and patio. The owners allowed you to use their printer as well, which came in handy occasionally.The grounds and pool are well taken care of by regular maintenance service. There are 2 bigger pools for the neighborhood within 100 feet, too.This was our third stay in the area, and this house clearly offered the best match for our needs. We hope to be able to return one day!

Ideal Home for a Getaway

A truly exceptional home with extremely helpful and thoughtful hosts. Can’t thank Ken and Trisha enough — they were great to work with and super responsive. Incredible location on a par 3 tee box for those who enjoy watching golfers go by. Great heated pool. Immaculate kitchen with everything you need (sharp knives, vitamix, pots/pans, etc.). Beds are comfortable and A/C works great. My wife and I stayed here a month during the pandemic and can’t wait to be back. For the golfers — Ken left his cart for me to use and it was a 3-5 minute ride within the community to the Mission Hills Pete Dye course and range. Plenty of other great courses nearby, too. 11 out of 10.

Great Villa in Special Mission Hills location

Rented this Mission Hills villa for the month of February. The villa is great and the pictures on the website are very accurate. It’s recently renovated and everything is new. The location is special with fantastic views of the golf course, water, mountains and sunsets. The inside is very well equipped. Kitchen has everything you need, and the bedrooms are extremely comfortable. For entertainment the living room and master bedroom each have big screen TVs. The LR TV has a DVR to record programs. The WiFi is strong and we could be online while enjoying the outside pool area. The villa was well stocked with bath and pool towels, and there was a good supply of paper towels, trash bags, etc. The washer and dryer are new and the air conditioning system also new; ie quiet and easy to set perfect temps. In addition the owners allowed us to use their golf cart. We met the owners when we arrived and they are wonderful people. Communication with them was easy and helpful. Great place!
